Decided to give them one more try because I have generally had positive experiences with all other stores. Much better tonight. Workers were very friendly and positive. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the cookies seemed a little overcooked. I also tried to use my birthday discount but it is only store specific, same with points. As a franchise that should all be linked. Brooklyn the manager understood this was dumb and explained they were trying to fix it. She went out of her way to make sure we had a good experience and good service. You could tell they were trying to make things better. read more

Really all I have to say about this location is how amazing the customer service is! All of the workers greeted us and gave us time to look over the menu before selecting what we wanted to get and were so kind the whole time. This is truly a location that I will come back for just because of their amazing customer service. I ended up ordering a box with a few of their weekly treats, with my favorite being their pumpkin chocolate chip. It was unlike any other one because it was airy and fluffy and had the perfect amount of pumpkin and chocolate chips. I fortunately got the last one in shop, and it did not disappoint one bit! I was a little hesitant to get this one because I am not the biggest fan of pumpkin but it had just a hint of pumpkin that made it fantastic! read more

I believe they don't stand for the kind of attitude I experienced, especially through their very kind interactions since. If I could give 0 stars I would. So disappointed. We have been avid buyers of Crumbl in Gilbert and racked up points so we went to the new Mesa location to redeem them and we were told points don't work for franchise locations. Umm huh? Every other franchise works for reward points. Asked for managers number and it is the number for the store with no voicemail to manager. We will stick with Nothing Bundt Cakes I guess. I've had Crumbl Cookies before but this was my first experience with buying them for myself. I live the rotating menu idea. The cookies are huge and super decadent. I stopped in to get the rice Krispy cookies. They were working on them and had a complete pan she just finished and the worker said they would be ready in 30 min. I ran an errand and stopped back about 30 min later. When I arrived they said they were not ready. They referred me to a nearby Crumbl. At this point I had 15 min to get to work and I told them that. The manager was super rude and told me they were not ready. So what has to happen to make a rice Krispy treat ready that takes more than 30 min? These people are not willing to work with their loyal customers. read more

Just because you're out of the 6-pack box shouldn't mean you can't sell 6 cookies at the 6-pack price -- meaning someone shouldn't have to pay the premium to buy a 4-pack plus 2 individual cookies. (I should say I didn't pay the premium and instead left without any cookies at all.). All the more disappointing since another Crumbl (the one on Ray In Ahwatukee) was similarly out of 6-pack boxes the other week, and they did still sell 6 cookies at the 6-pack price even without that specific box. Also just doesn't make good business sense because I came in with about 30 minutes until closing, so presumably those are cookies you just didn't sell. I'm unwilling to pay extra just because you're out of that size box, because we wanted the cookies not the packaging, so I passed on the whole order. Lost my business. read more

I had never been to this location before tonight but I think I'm going to make this spot my go-to from now on! On my way home from work I stopped by to get some cookies as I wasn't going home and this was my closed location and wow! Everyone was so kind and quick to make me feel welcomed. The store itself was so clean and I felt so comfortable walking in to place an order. The touch screen was clean and also very convenient, although it's the same at my other location. My orders are always quick, in and out, but when they're quick and fun, it's even better and that's what this store did different. I had conversations with the few staff available to talk, no one stood around and stared, they were either working on something or making conversation with me and I loved that! 10/10 would recommended this location :) read more

Love the cookies at Crumbl'd and Mesa Grand is no exception. It has been really busy each time I have stopped but the cookies retain their quality and the staff stay pleasant and friendly. There is only one reason I am not giving this location 5 stars. It is so understaffed that I feel bad for the employees who seem to always be playing catch up. With additional staffing, it would run much more smoothly. read more

I placed a delivery order through THEIR app around 11 Friday night, an hour before they closed. The driver got there at 12:07 and said they were closed and they wouldn't give them my order. While waiting for my order, I noticed a worker preparing/scooping cookie dough. She used her gloved hand to scratch her head underneath her cap and continued to use the same gloved hand to touch dough. I mentioned it to one of the workers who seemed to relay the information to a manager. Pulled up to the store about 5 minutes before close. So Ofcourse we didn't expect them to be happy about it. But we immediately we saw both employees roll their eyes. We saw one employee stay in the front but the other employee was not wearing a mask so she went and stood in the back where we couldn't see her. We walked in and there was no greeting she just stood there and when I walked up to order she walked up and slammed her hands down on the counter. I placed the order and she didn't say one word besides "k" and the total. We left at 11:57 and they immediately walked behind us and locked the door and turned the lights off and took her mask off of her face. As a former employee of crumbl I understand the annoyance of late customers, but you're still open and they were just standing around when we walked in so obviously we weren't stopping them from anything. Lost the address for the person getting the surprise birthday delivery!!!! Called my phone and asked for the person they were delivering to! I had one text saying they were 7 min. Out to delivering, then one saying they didn't have the address. Texted both times and then got a 3rd call saying they need the address. Ugh... how many times do I need to give it to you ? I typically order crumbl once a week but usually from Ahwatukee location as it's close to where We live. I was in Mesa Saturday afternoon and stopped to order a party box. There were at least three people visible working, one taking orders, one fulfilling orders, and one...not sure what she was doing, possibly weighing cookie dough. I walked in there was customer waiting for an order and one customer in line to order (she ordered two party boxes). When it was my turn I promptly asked for a party box and the reply was ridiculous, "sorry, we just took 4 orders for party boxes, so.......". No explanation, no sincere apology, no expectation of new cookies being prepared or baked, no "we can have some in 20 minutes (or whenever), just a deer in headlights look. I stood there perplexed and when he said again, we took 4 orders, I stopped, let him know they need to be more prepared for times like this and walked out with the intention of never returning to this Mesa location again. This location clearly lacks training from an operating perspective as well as customer service perspective. I understand how these things happen, I've been in the food industry, but to keep customers, have a plan and communicate those expectations during busy or challenging times. read more
