It is crazy in here, the employees are swamped but doing awesome! Dubai brownie

Crumbl is conveniently down the street from my office. Location is great but it gets super busy. The last two visits I have wanted to try the desserts and I have ordered online during special promotions. The 1st visit was the release of the Dubai chocolate Brownie and it was super packed and even though I had a certain time for pick up the wait was 40 minutes over. This last visit was apparently free chocolate chip cookie day and same but the wait was 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Both times I felt bad for the staff because the store was crowded and loud and not all customers were the nicest. Even as busy as it was the store was very clean and the staff was as nice as they could be. My favorite was the lemon pie, crust was buttery and flaky and the lemon was nice and tart. My daughter said the cheesecake was nice and light as well, the coconut cake was ok. It was moist but did not have much flavor. Both of us were excited to try the Dubai brownie but were disappointed. It tasted more like a layer of peanut butter on a dense chocolate cake like brownie than anything else. Not our favorite of all of Crumbl's deserts. Cannot wait for the holiday cookies and stuff to come out!

Pros: - DELICIOUS!!! - Lots of shared parking since they're near other restaurants / businesses - They deliver! - This location doesn't seem to run out of flavors often Cons: - No inside seating (although I think this is common for all Crumbl locations? Not sure though) - Their POS system is constantly down every time I come to visit. Not a big problem, but when there is a line late at night or right when school gets out, it can get annoying knowing that if the POS was up, you could order and wait outside or in your car until it's done - Service / team members can be either really nice or passively rude. Maybe that's just because they're mainly staffed by teens/young adults but it bugs me the wrong way when they look at you like you're an inconvenience when you order

I know that the cookies are definitely overpriced, but I think they are worth it for the size! I got a Dubai chocolate cookie and it literally lasted for 4 DAYS before I finished it I think the cookies are the best!

It was my first time trying crumble pastries they were really good! Not too sweet, which I liked. I loved the pink cookie too. They didn't have the Dubai flavor, so I tried the cheesecake and tiramisu instead.

It's upsetting how good these cookies are because they're ~800 calories each. I get the hype. If you're like my mom and gravitate towards fruit for dessert or anything "not too sweet" these are not for you. But if you're like me and have a gigantic sweet tooth, then you will not be able to stop thinking about these cookies.

Went here on a Sunday night and it was busy. It was easy to order on the app for pickup. Place was disorganized. People were waiting inside and outside and it was hard to tell if they were waiting or trying to order. Cookies are very sweet so not something I'd buy very often. Also kitchen looked very messy and dirty. Just doesn't look good since they have an open kitchen area for customers to see.

Amazing! Waited for this to open and it's so good! The cookies were moist right out of the oven. Only suggestion is to sell those small cookie versions so we can buy more flavors rather than giant ones. We spent $10 for 2 cookies but probably would've spent $15 for same amount of dough for more variety of smaller cookies. read more

I love Crumbl cookie, but this location needs improvement. I ordered and paid 3 days in advance for a Party Box for my birthday to pick up Feb 14th at 6:30. I arrived at 6:30. Gave my name and waited around 20 minutes as I stood there, people were ordering on the kiosk, and getting boxes of cookies right away and walking out. I asked if there was a problem with my order, they just kept asking for my name. An employee finally tells me "it doesn't do any good to order online"" Huh???? After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for a refund. Was given no explanation of what happened and zero communication. I got my refund and walked out with no cookies. Pretty weird way to do business read more

I came here today to buy a box of four cookies. I asked for two semi chocolate chips cookies, this place makes their cookies so sweet that I asked the girl to add a few extra flakes of salt to the cookies. This way it could dial down their sweetness. However, one of the girls there told me that they "could only add to the cookie but can't take away". So they weren't able to give me a few extra flakes of salt on my cookies. Then what's the point of asking whether the cookies look alright when you gave them to me? What's the point of asking for my preference when you couldn't even fulfill even a simple request? If I'm gonna pay $5 for a cookie, the least you could do is dress the cookies to however I want it, whether it's extra sprinkles, whipped cream, candy mix, or even extra salt! That's the least you could do. I mean I'm paying $5 per cookie, that's a really high rate even with today's economy. I mean I can add $1.49 and buy 24 cookies at Stater Bros. So what I'm saying is... don't act like you'll accommodate my request when you won't because that's very hypocritical. read more

This Crumbl has rude employees, I opened the door at 10 and was batted away and denied cookies. I never made it in the door. 3 minutes later a customer is gifted a box of 6 cookies. I was there to pay and wanted some cookies, and was instead met with a sharp and an unpleasant atmosphere. read more

Paula went above and beyond! A delivery order went complete wrong and my cookies were destroyed. She went out of her way to make sure I got refunded and then free cookies delivered the next night. She even tipped the delivery person herself just to ensure I got my order in perfect condition this time. These cookies were not only delicious but came with a lot of extra love. Cost is high, but great cookies! Each week you want to go back to try more! Great way to get people coming back. Wish they had a smaller size to choose from. Too big to take to meetings. Too big for older people. Hate to cut them smaller, but hate to throw away. So I only buy for my family. They would sell a lot more with a smaller size to choose from. People there are wonderful! Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

By far the best thing I've had from this place is the tiramisu. The tiramisu I had was amaaaazing! Super fresh, not too sweet, and not too strong! Perfect layers and they were adequately portioned. The service was a bit slow but perhaps we went at a slow time but overall it's not a bad place to get a small dessert. Coffee wasn't stellar so I'll pass on the coffee next time.

The staff have made their small corner store into a friendly and comfortable place to pickup treats for your events or sit down for a fulfilling breakfast any day of the week, and with special made-to-order treats for larger events, such as their giant birthday donut, Donutopolis is your one stop shop for all your donut needs. A personal favorite of mine is their maple bacon bar which I can comfortably say is the single best maple bacon donut I have ever had, and they are consistent. In fact once when I went in to get one before work they were sold out, and when I asked if they had any the baker offered to make me one right then and there. For no extra cost he didn't just sprinkle bacon bits on a plain maple bar and call it a day, he used fresh maple icing to glue the bits onto the bar, a bit of extra effort that I truly appreciated as I had to eat it on the go. "Visited Crumbl with high hopes but left utterly disappointed. The single star is a testament to the abysmal service encountered. The crux of the issue lies with their online ordering system - a facade of efficiency. Despite selecting a pickup time and receiving confirmation that my order was ready, reality begged to differ. Upon arrival and signaling my presence through the app, I was unceremoniously placed in a queue, as if my order was an afterthought. A 35-minute wait ensued, tarnishing the experience further. This ordeal wasn't just a personal inconvenience but a failure in a moment meant to be special. The order, intended as a gift, lacked the personal touch promised. Despite assurances received after calling to confirm, the notes meant to accompany each box were absent - a result of 'running out of paper'. Such oversight is inexcusable. Moreover, the 'wrapping' I paid for was nothing more than a string adorning the box - a stark contrast to the presentation expected. Retrieving a cutter included in my purchase became a 10-minute saga involving three employees, adding to the frustration. Observing the palpable tension among other customers, some of whom opted to leave, it was clear I wasn't alone in my dissatisfaction. The situation was dire enough to deter future personal orders, had this not been a gift. While Crumbl's cookies might be commendable, their service and operational efficiency leave much to be desired. A reevaluation of their app and order management system is imperative.
