Crumbl has been on my bookmark list for a while and I finally made it there. Upon entry, your eye is attracted to the decor. It's so simple with such a calm and clean vibe. It's the shade of pink for me! You also receive a warm welcome from the employees. They practice social distancing amongst customers wherein there are markers on the ground to keep 6ft. Employees do wear masks. As you are waiting in line, you can see some of the eggs being cracked and batter being mixed. It gives it an authentic feel in my opinion. If I can remember correctly there was an option of 9 cookies to choose from. I was told two remain the same at all times and the flavors of the rest change accordingly. We enjoyed our options selected. We were hesitant the cookies would be too sweet but actually they were just right and fluffy. We also felt like the price was reasonable for the size of cookie you were ordering. The only thing I would suggest would be probably a menu of the cookie options on a touchless easel or something while standing in line. Customers weren't able to decide what they wanted until they got to the front to order. With it being many guests first time, there are questions which I felt like slowed the line down. read more

This Crumbl Cookies Stonecrest location is fabulous. The staff members are extremely helpful and courteous when going into the store. The cookies are baked thoroughly and the weekly special selection cookies are decorated nicely and packed properly in the attractive pink boxes. There is another new Crumbl Cookies store just a few miles from my home but I have had many issues with their cookies being sold raw, half-baked, long strand of hair baked into the cookie, which I bit into...Yuck!...and several times missing toppings. This has happened several times and I haven't noticed it until I get home and bite into the cookie later after dinner. After several issues I went back into the store to speak with the manager. When I spoke with the manager, quietly and not in front of other customers. This manager use to be pleasant and welcoming every weekend when I picked up my pre-ordered 4-pack but she quickly became unpleasant with my concerns regarding the undercooked/raw cookies which may cause salmonella. She just roughly tossed the raw cookie I brought in for her to see in the trash abruptly and handed me a free cookie coupon with no apology for the inconvenience of receiving a cookie that was raw. Very rude and disrespectful exchange to a weekly customer or anyone that tried to be polite and respectful to her by not bringing this issue up while other customers were in "earshot" of the conversation. I found the Stonecrest location, which is about triple the distance from my home, but worth the extra mileage, and have had no problems with the baking issues and/or customer service at all. Maybe i expected too much. They have a selection to choose from. We had the toffee, choc. Chip, oatmeal, and carrot cake. Chocolate Chip is too much for me. To sweet. The toffee had so much salt on top. The only one i truly could eat was the iced oatmeal. They are way too dense. They are big cookies. So i guess if you like them they are worth the price. So we saw this new modern looking cookie place and decided to try it out. The decor is modern inside and out with a bright white and high contrast, clean look. They have a cookie menu on the counter and they're absolutely amazing looking cookies. The staff can be seen making cookies while you order and everyone is very nice and helpful. They placed our chosen cookies in a high quality pink colored box that could easily be used as a high end clothing or hat box. Unfortunately, the taste of the cookies is very disappointing. The cookie batter is very bland and almost as if the batter is a low calorie or diet batter. I have to give a two star review because the main reason is the taste. The four cookies we chose were over $12.00 and honestly, a $1.29 cookie at a fast food restaurant is much better tasting. The menu changes weekly to feature 4 or 5 different flavors of cookies, some returning favorites like the classic milk chocolate chip cookie. The frosting on top completed the cookie. My only complaint is that it was a pretty big cookie. They do sell smaller ones but they're for catering orders only. Happen to be in the shopping center and saw this little gem. Stopped to check it out. wound up ordering a dozen cookies. I just had one of their carrot cake cookies and I must say it was pretty tasty. Baked just right. Felt like I was eating a slice of carrot cake. Facility was very clean, service was great. Since it was my first time visiting the girl behind the counter explained everting to me. The cookies were warm when I put them in the car. I happened to be in Stonecrest shopping center and saw the store front. Decided to check out the website and saw "Buckeye Brownie" ice cream! Yes! Thought about a cookie because they had them all on display. I asked how much for the mini ones & the cashier said that those were only for catering. Kinda disappointed because I wouldn't have minded a small variety. I couldn't decide on one large cookie, so I decided to stick with the original plan and get the ice cream. It's a tad disappointing, it wasn't the best tasting ice cream and barely any "brownie bites", but I guess they are known for their cookies and not their ice cream. I stepped in today for the first time because my husband loves cookies. The store is very clean with a wonderful sweet aroma. I couldn't believe my luck when my husband's two favorite cake flavors, birthday cake and red velvet, were both available in their cookie forms. Big beautiful cookies. I purchased a four pack - two of each and they were boxed as a gift so I could surprise him for Valentines. He ate half a cookie of each flavor as an afternoon snack and said they are both absolutely delicious. The store even had and I love you sticker for the box. I expected some good, yummy, and soft cookies (like I always receive from another cookie company called Twisted Sugar in downtown Belmont, NC) but what I received were dry, tasteless cookies with sugar literally falling out of the cookie that I bit into. I am so impressed on so many levels with Crumbl at Stonecrest!! First, my family have been hooked with their changing variety.. so fun and delicious to have the different rotations each week. So delighted with the taste and their wonderful staff, that I decided to do a catering order for teachers return! The wacky weather and ice prediction left me waffling between when I could get into the school and I changed the timeframe on them for pick up a couple times... not only were they understanding and worked with me but they boxed each cookie perfectly and helped me out to my car. So I had the pleasure of going to a location today. Instead of going to tiffs treats I drove a little farther to this location. I came in and there were way too many people inside for locations for the size. A young lady took my order and with the same gloves she approaches the case to reach for a box, she decides to change her gloves and hits the iPad screen after putting on a new glove. Then she attempts to grab my cookie. I explained to her that she just changed her gloves but yet touches something other than my cookie. It completely went over her head because she proceeded to get the cookie. I then had to explain to her what I said and what transpired. That's the problem regardless of Covid or anything else when you're handling food you don't touch random things and then get the persons food. I asked for a refund and I also along with a refund receipt I was told that they could text it to me which I never received a text. read more
