I'm like everyone right now, I couldn't wait to try crumbl! Finally back in the area and we stopped by to give it a try. When you walk in there are two options to order. Make line in the queue to the front counter or in the tablets mounted to the walls on the right. We used the tablet and it being our first time - it's pretty user friendly. You go through the menu and select the quantities you want then the cookies you want in your box. Then you put your name, pay and wait for it to be called. Within minutes our name was called and we got a box of fresh hot cookies. I GET THE HYPE. The cookies were all amazing in their own right and I love that it's a changing menu weekly. Overall, it's a good place to pop in quickly and grab a quick sweet treat. Their packaging is cute and would make a nice small gift for anyone. I'm sure I'll be back to try more flavors. The cookies were all delicious and definitely lived up to the hype I'd seen/read/heard about. I ordered all six flavors they had available - the 2 flavors that are always there: Milk Chocolate chip and Classic Sugar, and this week's flavors of the week: Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffin, Peanut Butter Ft. Muddy Buddies, Midnight Mint, and Key Lime Pie. I love that they switch out the flavors weekly, so you can always pop in and try something new/unique. Our family of four did a full tasting and enjoyed them all. Since they're huge cookies, we still had about 1/2 of each cookie left to snack on later. The customer service was okay, but nothing overly friendly. It wasn't busy when we were there. They had at least 5 or 6 employees working in sight, and only 1 seemed happy/enjoying their job;the others just kind of just systematically moved about doing what they were doing. I know they're working, and wearing masks, but when you have a clear view of everyone in the store it adds to the impression. A quick glance up with a smile or just a friendly hello would go a long way in making customers feeling more welcome. Especially since my 4 year old and 7 year old were with me, and were so excited to be able to see what was going on. The past few times I have been here were quite disappointing to say the least. However, this most recent visit was awful. I opened the box immediately and the chocolate sauce and mousse on the skillet cookie was not as advertised. I ordered on the app and walked into the store within seconds, it was a little too fast. The cookies were very lazily made for no other customers being present. The overall workplace was not the cleanest. It was much worst once I got home and tried the cookies -- the skillet cookies were as hard as a rock, as if it had been sitting out for days and the mousse cream had an awful taste that tasted like it had been sitting out or gone bad. The first time I had the skillet cookies at another location was much better and this was not the same taste at all. It was not edible at all, and what a waste for such expensive cookies. read more

Since it's been awhile I decided to give Crumbl Cookies another try. On this visit, I decided to try the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie, & Rocky Road Cookie. Unfortunately, the lemon cheesecake cookie got smashed in the box some of the lemon curd got pushed to the side which left the a messy cookie =[. All in all the lemon cookie had good flavor, nice consistency I wish the lemon curd was more tart it was too sweet. I give it a 7 1/2 out of 10. Now onto the Rocky Road Cookie. This cookie is not too sweet, is kind of bitter. It's loaded with almonds has a dark chocolate drizzle, and marshmallow in the middle. The cookie was just ok I give it a 5.8 out of 10. This location continues to go down hill. The cookies get worse and worse. I kept going to this location to get cookies for my students and employees, but there is always a quality issue. Today in particular was the customer pick day, and my favorite cookie was on their menu (strawberry ice cream bar). When I got the cookies they had no topping, so when the employee asked me if they looked okay I asked if I could get a bit more of the topping since they look bleak and not how they usually are. She was new and was sweet and said she was going to ask. The baker in the back looked at them, looked at me and "whispered" not they look fine. The girl nervously walked back to me and I told her it was okay and wasn't her fault (she didn't decorate the cookies, the girl in the back did) and I told her not to worry that I would just go to another store and get what I actually paid for and the girl in the back proceeded to roll her eyes. As a person with 14+ years in customer service and hospitality this was completely uncalled for. I had just asked cause this was the first time I had ever gotten cookies that didn't look anywhere near what the photo shows and how I've received this exact cookie in the past. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location and would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to the Eastvale or Redlands locations. read more

Unfortunately, the reason for the 1 star is due to the woman who checked me out, Katie. She didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in and waited at the front desk. I was picking up an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:00am. Then another person came in and for a pickup and she started serving her instead. Then she finally went back to me after moving almost purposely slowly and it is now 9:21. She was very grumpy and told me the one cookie was piping hot out of the oven but she proceeded to place it next to my other cookies that were chilled. I asked if the hot cookie could be perhaps in a separate container but she just put one of the cold ones in another container. She also forgot to put the bow and birthday sticker I paid for so when I asked about it she was southern so unhappily and very slowly put the sticker on and then griped about how the bows were the Bain of her existence before asking another staff to do the bow. Just not a very happy or even content person to be working at a happy cookie shop like this...just disappointing and didn't feel welcome so won't be back. read more
