My sister ordered these for me and had them delivered same day. Crumbl is very delicious just very sweet. I received a 4 pack at my door step, all different flavors. Chocolate chip sea salt--perfection and my favorite. Great rich spin on a classic. Soft and tasty. A Fruity pebbles cookie--Tasted like cake. The fruity pebble cereal on top was slightly stale. Still good tho. A Mint chip cookie taste fluffy like a cake sandwich. Excellent combo mint and dark chocolate one is light and fluffy. Great flavor balance. The final flavor was a Lucky charm cookie-- It was very sweet with Lucky charm marshmallows on it. White chocolate chip cookie. Good just very very sweet. I recommend always sharing these cookies. Great value. Great delivery service.

Came in to treat my small children to a cookie for good behavior. We were not greeting with any sort of kindness or smiles. We were told to use the tablet to order. Another lady comes in and is rung up immediately and given her cookie... I thought that was odd as we waited. Anyways my kids see the stickers so they waited for the lady to come around and asked for a sticker and the lady said no. And these people ask for a tip after buying a $5 cookie with zero service. Seriously if small children aren't your cliental I've got to wonder who is? The cookie I had was no good either. The frosting was warm and melting and just not good.tasted stale and crunchy/ dry. I typically go to the Roseville location. Looks like this location is just sloppy.

A little history from their webpage: Www.crumblecookies.com It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes -- a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process -- until they created the world's best chocolate chip cookie. ... Jason McGowan & Sawyer Hemsley had a passion, and that passion has brought the United States & Canada flavors that are only created by Crumbl, which we crave. With over 800 bakeries today, they've shown us what putting your dreams where your mouth really means. I personally love purchasing cookies at Crumbl because they have a flavor that I crave that you can't get anywhere else. Plus, the first thing I eat with is my eyes, so I love being able to personally see what my cookie options are being offered by walking inside. When my sister and I walked in here, this location was spotless, with a few workers buzzing around in back, you can see them mixing, balling, baking, and dressing the cookies right in front of you. This week's cookie flavors: 1. S'MORES 2. STRAWBERRY MILK FT. PIROULINE® 3. APPLE CIDER MUFFIN 4. SEA SALT TOFFEE 5. CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE 6. MILK CHOCOLATE CHIP My sister & I picked the world famous Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie and S'mores... they boxed up our cookies and were on our way home to enjoy our dessert. Calling these cookies is an understatement... these are a masterpiece. I love that I have the option to order online and have it ready to pick up. At first, Crumbl only served fresh milk chocolate chip cookies for takeout and delivery, but other services slowly began being offered, such as curbside pick-up, catering, nationwide shipping, and more! And that's the way the cookie Crumbls Don't forget to follow them on social media to be able to see the rotating cookie flavors. Also, if you sign up for their loyalty club. You can earn points towards free cookies on the app!

Service was below average and very sloppy, we purchased a total of 4 boxes of cookies and baked goods, all of the boxes had frosting smeared over them despite some of the boxes were being gifted. The featured item, fudge brownies, was a genuine miss and the consistent opportunity was poor presentation / assembling of the over priced product. The generalized impression from the employees was that "it is what it is". Disappointing, will not be back at this location.

It was a straightforward transaction. Ordered via self-service station, got our box of cookies, store was clean. However, compared to an experience at another location that was quite friendly, we weren't greeted or really interacted with, and we weren't shown our cookies prior to them closing the box. Scanning the QR code from my phone to use Crumbl cash was tricky & took a lot of attempts. Lemon slice topper had seeds. Cookies were pretty tasty-- Molten Lava--not very oozy, chocolatey rich like an Oreo is chocolatey, not too sweet, texture made it stick to the roof of my mouth a little on some bites Lemonade--no pucker, sweet lemon flavor, shortbread-type cookie was tasty, but texture becomes crumbly and fragile if not chilled Cinnamon Frybread--sweet, very flavorful with cinnamon presence, soft and thick texture, our fave of our picks

Everyone was friendly and quick. Cookies were fresh and tasted delicious! Good flavors and solid quality. I'd definitely come back.

I usually have a good experiment when these two are not working I ordered pickup for 7:30-8, I come in at 8, they say it's not ready and they're just standing there chatting, not working , no orders, no one inside. I leave back to my car and see them laughing, this is the second time this happened with these two, they laugh at customers and I will not be coming back, I don't appreciate them I hope they see this and manager does as well,

Wow wow! I don't know why this is my first time trying Crumbl. I had their special for their month, a sugar cookie with Mother's Cookies X's & O's, Birthday Cake, and Milk Chocolate Chip. February Sugar Cookie - I got it because it was their special for February. I liked it a lot and enjoyed the cookies as toppers. Birthday Cake - This is very sweet. They do not skimp on the frosting and I love the touch of heart sprinkles on top. Milk Chocolate Chip - This is always a classic and I regret not getting two of it. I love that their cookies are fairly big, thick, and soft all at the same time. There is no way I would be eating all four cookies in one sitting. I saved some for the following day and heated it up a little bit in the microwave and they were still delicious. The Birthday Cake cookie became less sweet after a day.

    Examples of the cookie choices.

The cookies were so SWEET one could hardly tell what flavor they were. I won't be back for more. It was my first time. I got the box of 6 thinking we could all sample the different flavors. The cookies are about as round as a donut and 1/2" or so thick. They came in a super nice box. Way more sturdy than a donut box. Flavors sampled: classic peanut butter- barely any peanut flavor molten lava- so sweet the dark chocolate couldn't come through white chocolate chip-super sweet like a candy bar milk chocolate chip-had a weird sour background flavor that was not good Teddy Graham Cracker- just sweet on sweet with the frosted swirl. Where's the Graham flavor? Limeade-this was the only cookie we finished. I think it seemed less sweet, because of the lime. The staff was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and cute. My only problem is I've had WAY better cookies at other places. A good cookie... isn't that the only reason to come back?

There was plenty of parking spots during that weekday at 9pm. I immediately noticed that they were neighbors to a pizza place, a smoke shop and a CBD store. Businesses that complement each other? The cafe had a nice color tone to it, creating a pleasant atmosphere ideal for dessert consumption. There were only two crew members (helpful) manning the counter. With all the pending orders, our built-from-scratch dishes came out past 15 minutes. It's good we didn't mind the wait as we made it up with catching-up banter. The ChocoSushi was smothered in two-toned chocolatey syrup and was perfectly warm and succulent. Sliced strawberries & bananas... yes, please! The Dubai Crepe was also delicious. My Dubai chocolate greenhorn friends absolutely loved the blend of Nutella, kunafa and pistachio. These would've been perfect with coffee but it was kinda late for a caffeine fix. Well, ChocoLit Cafe satisfied our cravings. Food wasn't too sweet, just perfect! This is a great spot for dessert, and we'll definitely be back for more late night sweet cravings. I definitely recommend this shop if you're looking for something diverse & delectable.

After trying a couple flavors and joking around with the crew, they suggested the Birthday Cakes & Blackberries. Sold. It was the perfect mix of sweet with just enough blackberry to balance it out. Definitely hit the spot on a warm night. The ice cream was great, but the people working there made the visit even better. Friendly, patient, and happy to let me sample a few flavors without making me feel rushed. If you're at The Fountains and that dessert craving sneaks up on you, this place is worth the stop. Just don't blame me if you leave with more than one scoop.

Right when you walk in, the sweet aroma of fresh baked sweets welcomed you in. There was a good crowd inside which we thought were waiting to order but found out they were waiting for the fresh baked sweet bread. A must if you ever try any. Just looking through the case of all the amazing creation. Basically fancy donuts. One after the other. They also had a few savory items included. Didn't get any but they looked amazing. We ended up going with the bad bundles. Half dozen donuts and 20 piece staxx. Found out that's what people were waiting for when we walked in. Everyone was waiting for them to come fresh out of the oven hence the long wait. It did take a while for us but we were offered a cookie to try while waiting. It was delicious, I do recommend the ube cookies. After what did take a long while, we tried our fresh HOT box of staxx. Let me say, wow they were amazing and of course hot. Straight from the oven. Nice moist bread with a nice sweet glaze. I can see what the hype was about with them. Everyone in line for them. We didn't get a chance to try the donuts right away. By the time we had them, it had been sitting for a while. Still good but better if they were fresh from the start. It was good regardless and this place was great. The staxx, would definitely get again.

I've always had it as a pick-up experience when my co-workers and I would get afternoon sweet cravings and one of us would pick up. And now that the weather is warming up here in Roseville the shop is obviously busy. There are definitely a plethora of yummy flavors to choose from. I chose Coffee Chocolate Chip which is a specialty ice cream and although the line was pretty long I was able to get to the counter at a decent time. There were plenty of workers to assist. I was handed my ONE scoop on a cake cone... and I forgot how huge these scoops can be since I haven't been in a while. Sooo good!
