I picked up cookies at 3:30pm on Saturday August 22 and drove right home and opened the cookies to find that they are jumbled together and next to raw. They are so mushy and disgusting, they are disgusting. And I called the store and they were rude and said there was nothing they could do and that I could only email. And then refused to give their name and the name of the "other employee" who was rude inside the store. When I picked them up they were super rude already and a dark haired female grumbled in a huffy manner that the orders are on the shelf without any pleasantries or help. When I opened them up they were in one big jumbled mess and several of them very undercooked and almost raw and super mushy. This is unacceptable and the handling of it was even more unacceptable. I want a refund for the full cost. I will have to throw them away. Apparently others have had this same problem on this same day. If the staff hate their jobs I wish they wouldn't take them out on the customers. I regret tipping these people who clearly have sabotaged several orders today. read more

Service is really bleh here. The two girls who were working didn't even say hi when we came in. We order from the 4 different kiosks and they gather our cookies. They would make so much more money selling milk. These cookies need like a knife, so having that would've been nice. I did like that there wasn't a rush to pick what you wanted. I also liked the different flavors. Snickerdoodle and the chocolate smore one was our favorite. And this is where my review of Crumbl cookies starts. Not just this location; here's my take. Imagine you are a contractor for one of the biggest communication companies in North America. You're job is to advise said company what's going on. You send requests and or email over and over...crickets. OK, no it's NOT Cricket Wireless. They in turn make some adjustments to keep the network kicking. BUT, 90 percent of their peeps don't give a flying F. One day whilst nearly drowning in paperwork you find one person who actually wants to help. OMG, after weeks of bliss you decide from states away that this nice lady needs some recognition. Not a good idea for me to drive 5 states so what to do...Search around her hood for options and enter my first dealings with Crumbl. Not too far from her place. BTW, recognition to former CM Kelly S. in Austin for helping me be able to look up anyone in the US via a secret website. Here I am in Texas and I can deliver cookies to my new best work friend. Slide a few cookies into a box on a website and surprise. Cookies on her doorstep! Creepy??? Nope, just a thank you for making my job easier. All on my own dime because it sucks not getting help. Review of the cookies; just like those old commercials the product doesn't look like the pictures. She on at least one occasion has had toppings missing. Same with this location in my home town of Austin, Texas. Not saying it happens all the time but my personal order was missing the Reece's topping. Let's recap as if you don't know you're paying $30 for six cookies. They are large; for the price they should be as described or pictured. i will NEVER RETURN to this location ever again. I posted a review a month ago about the horrible " cheesecakes" I bought. i say " cheesecake" because it wasn't even half full and that's how they sold it to me. Now this review is about how I went back later on that week to try them again and yet again. horrible cheesecakes. they had been sitting out on a tray rack for a while it seems. And they were watery. I ordered the cheesecakes on February 21'st @ 4:21/4:22 pm ( in case you want to check cameras) i ordered 4 cheesecakes, walked out to my car, opened the box, took a picture and then immediately went back inside to get a refund, because i was not going to pay for food poisoning/ crappy cheesecakes. I left my name and number with the girl in the store, was told the manager would get a hold of me that week, if not by tomorrow. It has been OVER A MONTH. I have called multiple times over the last few weeks and was always told " the manager will get ahold of you soon". This is ridiculous. I am now out money, on an order I never received. And from the other review I posted the " owner" commented and said to reach out directly for concerns immediately. and so I did. Nothing. No response. No calls. And if they did call; they left No voicemail indicating / identifying that they were the manager/ owner of the establishment. Horrible service and experience. I will never come back here. And I'm sure you're happy about that. But seriously crumble HQ needs to come do a review of the establishment and the people working there if this is how they conduct their business. read more

Super easy, super cheap to make. You're not paying for some artisanal baked masterpiece here. We ordered delivery from this location and when we received it, the sticker seal had been clearly torn off and a cookie was missing. We called the store to see about rectifying the situation and the woman who answered came in hot with an attitude. She said "so do you want the dasher fired so they can never work again?" And we said "no, we just want a refund" "so you want a partial refund?" "Well we don't feel comfortable eating any of it" "so I'll give you a full refund and report the dasher and they'll be fired from door dash" Then she got rude about verifying the refund and literally started laughing dismissively at one point like c'mon. The first time it was in the frosting and when I gave it back to them they only replaced one cookie in the whole box and did not replace the box. I tried to be cordial and not report it but this time was just unacceptable. I was eating the Oreo cookie and as it was in my mouth I felt a long hair in my mouth knowing it was NOT mine because i pulled the rest of it out of the cookie. The cookies are all pretty rich and big, so they are good to share or nibble on over several days. My sister really likes crumbl but I'm not a huge fan.
