The service is the issue I had problems with due to the young lady tossing my cookies into the box like she didn't give a care that I was there watching her. We were at the nearby PetSmart and noticed this was nearby... So I placed an order for four cookies because why not. Little did i know each was huge and I don't regret eating one bite of any of them! They were soft, and each with a distinct and delicious flavor. I'm looking forward to trying more soon, and hopefully they will have some ice cream flavors available next time.. because if they're as good as the cookies... I can only imagine. My *only* complaint I wish Crumbl had more central Austin locations (there are none) only in the suburbs! I also wish the mini cookies were available for delivery too! I attended a grand opening for Crumbl Cookies on Brodie back in March right before COVID-19 hit. It was an awesome, lively event full of people. Now that we are doing all the things to stay away from people and stay safe, Crumbl is on top of safe, social distanced, easy-to-order sweets. Crumbl has a user-friendly website where you can order your cookies in advance, select a time, pay online, and then text when you arrive. A person will then bring out your order to the car. For example, we ordered a 4-pack with two smores, 1 sugar cookie, and 1 chocolate chip, and it was easy as could be. They definitely get 5 stars for safety! I deducted 1 star because I am not a fan of their chocolate chip recipe. However, that chilled sugar cookie with pink almond frosting is DIVINE, and I will order one every time from now on! PS: These cookies are large and plenty to either share or have 2-3 servings for each. OR just when you need a really big cookie, Crumbl has you covered. read more

Crumbl cookies never disappoints! It's honestly one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving something sweet. Maybe around 2 or so years ago I found Crumbl randomly one afternoon after searching cookies on google because I just really wanted and was craving a cookie - after looking at the size and how delicious they looked I knew I had to try, and the rest is history. I am an avid Crumbl advocate now :) The cool thing about crumbl is that each week they have a different rotation of amazing cookies. They do keep the classic sugar and chocolate chip cookie around every week though! They are so good I have no started to go look on Crumbl's Instagram every Sunday to look at the lineup for the cookies for the next week - it's always a surprise as to what they are gonna be (and it's fun to try and guess the lineup too). I have tried a good variety of their cookies and it's incredible how they manage to create different cookie flavors that actually taste like what they are. The cookies are huge and is great for a sweet tooth like me because they will last longer (if you can hold off on eating them all). I've been to multiple locations across the country and they never fail to provide great customer service! This store at Sunset Valley is always clean and is super fast. Good morning, Austin peeps! I was having a gnarly sweet tooth craving a few days ago & found Crumble (it was like 11PM), ha ha! I love that they were opened so late. Upon entering, I saw that there were so many ordering machines, which was interesting. It was my first time there so I wished the workers were more attentive. They had so many pre-ordered boxes to prepare (crazy). Parking: super easy! Lots of it. Aesthetics: cuttteeeee! Very Instagram-y Price: okay, this was the interesting part. The price reflects our nation's struggle (inflation). But it was cheaper to buy a bulk, rather than just 1 cookie. Taste: I would only go back for the chocolate chip cookie, to be honest. Stopped in on a whim after leaving Doc's. Got a chocolate chip cookie. Overall, it's a very good cookie. Less ooey gooey than Tiff's when they're fresh. Crumbl cookies are massive. I basically ate 1/3 at a time and was more than satisfied each time with how much cookie I had. The edges had a nice crisp buttery edge, but the middle felt underdone. I don't mind my cookies this way, but others might. The sheer density of the cookie makes it clear why it seemed underdone. There is a good buttery flavor though I could also taste the vanilla in it. After tip a single cookie was nearly $5 so this wouldn't be something I'd get regularly, though based on the pricing the more you order the cheaper the cookies are. I just couldn't justify ordering 2 when it would've cost almost as much as 4, but I didn't want 4, so it's a quandary lol. Anyway, cookies were good and I'd go back. I wasn't drawn to other flavors they currently had. Service was blah. There were several employees but they seemed to all be focused on trying to fill online orders so no one was particularly attentive. The girl rang me up and handed me a cookie. Felt a bit impersonal even though it was a simple transaction. Honestly, I'd still go to Tiff's over Crumbl because of price, variety and overall service. So I'm scrolling down my Instagram feed when I see the newest post from Crumbl regarding their weekly cookie flavors then it hit me... I needed to try them out! And let me tell you, I'm so glad that I did! I got the: - Birthday Cake: Are you familiar with those sugar cookies with the icing on top that you can get from the grocery store? It's like that, but better. It's fresh and not artificial tasting. Not overly sweet either! - Hazelnut Mudslide: This one tastes almost like a brownie, but dense and with Nutella on top. Great chocolate flavor! - Cornbread: The idea of having cornbread in cookie form may seem a bit strange, but rest assured, it's GREAT! It tastes exactly how you'd expect, the only difference is the texture is more dense and chewier. This was very interesting! I'm a big fan. - Mallow Sandwich featuring Oreo: This one was probably my favorite of the 4. If Oreo ever made a soft-cookie variation of their signature cookies, it would probably taste something like this. I like how great the flavor comes off without being overly sweet. You'll see I've mentioned "dense" a couple times to describe the cookies and that's what I like about them. They're big-size portions and are a lot more filling than they seem. Overall, this was a great set of flavors they've had for the week. It's unfortunate these aren't permanent, however, I do love the idea that they have NEW rotating flavors every week! I have no gripes and no complaints whatsoever. I love how creative this place is. Even the price is very fair because not only are they gourmet cookies, but as I said, they're very filling too. Got a box of cookies delivered from here and they arrived hot and delicious! Liked the chocolate chip the best. I prefer a better chocolate chip to cookie ratio but still the cookie tasted great. The picture sucks but the cookie was quite delicious. I had to heat it up since it was cold and the website says it's served warm (heated it in the oven while it preheated to 400 and once preheated, let it bake for 1-2 minutes.). It wasn't too lemony or too sweet with the glaze so the combo of the cookie plus glaze worked well. It could use a little salt though but altogether delicious, highly recommend this one! read more

Tried Crumbl for the first time since a few friends hyped it up quite a bit (maybe too much). We ordered 2 Birthday and 2 chocolate chip cookies which were covered in a rack. The cookies were big and not flat. Even after an hour drive they were not hard and took minimum warming. The location was really busy but the staff were still very nice. The only con was the cookies that were left on the counter. I noticed a fly feasting on it. It never flew away and even remained there as a worker grabbed the cookie next to it. I then made sure to ask for cookies that were covered. However, I would have loved to try the lime cookies but wouldn't since they were just out in the open uncovered. read more
