Crumbl cookie is a must, the hype is real! The cookies are super sweet, sugary and delicious! If you're looking for a sweet treat that you could eat throughout multiple days, crumbl is it! They are always changing up their menu so it's fun to see what they come up with next. This is a pick up and go dessert place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If I recall correctly, they don't have public restrooms.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food: 10/10 Service: 6/10 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance: 10/10 it always looks clean and you can see them making the cookies![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Everyone in awe at the cookie choices
Desiree A.

You can't go wrong with these fresh, buttery, sweet, absolutely delicious cookies! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were at Doc's Backyard with some friends and walked by and literally everyone asked for cookies so we walked in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't eat sweets often but I do enjoy these for special occasions, parties, or sharing with friends. My favorites are the lemon poppy seed and banana bread cookies.

My previous review on the same establishment.

i will NEVER RETURN to this location ever again. I posted a review a month ago about the horrible " cheesecakes" I bought. i say " cheesecake" because it wasn't even half full and that's how they sold it to me. Now this review is about how I went back later on that week to try them again and yet again. horrible cheesecakes. they had been sitting out on a tray rack for a while it seems. And they were watery. I ordered the cheesecakes on February 21'st @ 4:21/4:22 pm ( in case you want to check cameras) i ordered 4 cheesecakes, walked out to my car, opened the box, took a picture and then immediately went back inside to get a refund, because i was not going to pay for food poisoning/ crappy cheesecakes. I left my name and number with the girl in the store, was told the manager would get a hold of me that week, if not by tomorrow. It has been OVER A MONTH. I have called multiple times over the last few weeks and was always told " the manager will get ahold of you soon". This is ridiculous. I am now out money, on an order I never received. And from the other review I posted the " owner" commented and said to reach out directly for concerns immediately. and so I did. Nothing. No response. No calls. And if they did call; they left No voicemail indicating / identifying that they were the manager/ owner of the establishment. Horrible service and experience. I will never come back here. And I'm sure you're happy about that. But seriously crumble HQ needs to come do a review of the establishment and the people working there if this is how they conduct their business.

Raw cookie

Went there with my kids and they served us a raw frozen cookie. I heard the lady who was adding on the decoration declared "savage," in retrospect they knowingly gave us a raw cookie. But I guess they would have since it was frozen too. So .....

Amazing service! Owners Jordan and Maddie are the best! Carrot Cake and Raspberry Cheesecake were delicious!!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun shop, great service and delicious selections![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A banana bread cookie that was way too gooey and underbaked to safely consume
Sarah P.

My first foray into the world of Crumbl cookies was a mixed bag. Here's a rundown of the flavors of the week: - The strawberry cake was too sweet for me, but a fan fave amongst my crew. Fruity with a generous swirl of cream cheese frosting. - The chocolate milk was a surprise hit. Think brownie meets cookie. Dense with a smooth mousse topping. - The dirt cake tasted like a classic piece of chocolate cake. A little too rich and one note unless you have a big glass of milk to wash down the chocolate overload. - The banana bread was so enticing, but my first (and only) bite was shockingly undercooked. We're talking nervous glances at one another upon realizing we played an accidental game of raw cookie dough roulette. Eek. Crumbl is the answer to your sweet tooth prayers, but the surprise underbaking means I won't make a beeline back anytime soon.

Stephanie W.

I've only ever gotten these delivered so can't comment on service or ambiance buttttt the cookies are HUGE, delicious, and very shareable! They're VERY sweet and hundreds of calories each, so DO share them!

The outside is a little boring, but the interior is dressed up a bit with a chandelier and bright shiny display cases full of baklava and other desserts. The employee offered us a free sample, which was a good start. I may be guilty of falling for the "Dubai Chocolate" trend, but I chose a few pieces of baklava that had chocolate pistachio flavor profiles. I also took a risk on a nest shaped pastry filled with lemon filling, and I think it was my favorite of them all! They have tables where you can eat your treats there, and wash your hands afterwards, which is important because there's almost no way to do it without getting sticky fingers. I ate two pieces there, and saved two more for the evening, which was a lot for one day, but it was sure a treat!

Came here with my hubby and two toddlers and we got one cone to share (the kids just get a little bit). This is usually enough but I felt like I wanted MORE. It was so creamy and flavorful. We kept it simple -- fish cone with nutella and ube soft serve. We had the option of swirling it with a milk tea ice cream but it had a little bit of caffeine so no good. Glad the choice was made for us -- the ube was perfect on its own. Also happy we skipped the toppings since the creaminess really came through. They sell mochi donuts too -- they were pretty good but not as good as the ice cream. Parking is limited but we had no issue snagging a spot at 430pm on a Sunday. Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. My favorite is still Cider Belly in Albany, NY, but I digress. The PB&J donut here is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I dragged it out for 3 days. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. I bought these donuts in lieu of birthday cake this year which may become my new tradition. Honestly, I think these are my new favorite donuts in Austin now.

When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.
