If I could give this -100 stars I would. We waited FOREVER for our one cookie and it came in cooked and a mess. They were out of numerous cookies and I am convinced that they simply didn't cook the cookies all the way because they didn't have any. All of the workers are young, rude and could care less. Absolutely delicious. I tested Crumbl against Sweeteez to see who was better and to be honest- it was CLOSE. But overall, Crumbl is my favorite! I got the chocolate peanut butter, sugar, and churro hazelnut cookies and they were delectable. Oddly, my favorite was the churro hazelnut. I will say, there was a hint of almond in the sugar cookie that I absolutely LOVED. Hands down, the best sugar cookie I have ever had. But, in case your allergic- might be helpful to pay attention to that. The peanut butter topping on the double chocolate cookie was FABULOUS. I really don't get it. This place popped up in my neighborhood a few months ago so I stopped by last night to try it out. I got a box of four cookies it was around 20 bucks out the door. They looked nice enough but the overwhelming characteristic was sweet. They were four different cookie flavors but the only thing I could taste was sweet. They were kind of doughy and really not very pleasant at all. I had a meeting and I wanted to bring some cookies to it, I stopped by the store around 9:25am, they did not have any chocolate chip cookies ready and I needed to wait 15min for them; I of course needed to get whatever since I was going to be late if I waited, then when I tried to pay they said they were not taking cash on that machine, So I asked how about the other one they said we cannot get it to work, is frozen. ok fine I paid with my CC. The employee asked me if I wanted to add a tip (I'm sorry, but I remember I was not asked before to give a tip for anyone ordering cookies in a store, COOKIES! ) fine I gave him a tip. Crumbl, you blow my mind with your amazing cookies! Not only are they the size of my head, they're chewy and moist and delicious. I just couldn't get enough. We got a box of four. Chocolate lava cake, raspberry cheesecake, sea salt caramel and sugar. Each one bringing a different element to my taste buds. Salty and sweet, sugar overload, all the chocolate I could ever want and a raspberry topping mixed with sweet cream cheese - my personal favorite. I am from out of state and Ordered a box of cookies on May 25th (via their website) to be delivered to my granddaughter's house the next day (5/27) in celebration of the end of school. Her house is about 1/2 mile away from store. She never received them. I called the store today, 5/31 and asked what happened. Stopped by on a whim yesterday. I was out that way for an appointment and my boyfriend had some friends at the house so I thought I'd stop in to grab some treats. Location is very simple to find, it sits inside of a larger shopping center. There is a ton of parking right in front of the store. When I walked in there was no one else there, but it was also a Monday afternoon. It smelled so delicious inside. I walked up to the counter to order. Next to the register, all of their cookie choices are available. I ended up ordering the party box, which was 12 cookies. I ordered chocolate chip, churro, muddy buddy, and circus animal. A few of the cookies come with toppings which are applied before they are boxed. The cookies tasted good. Were they the best I've ever had? No. But honestly the flavors are fun and the cookies are large enough to share. I will say the cookies were also boxed very nicely. As for the price point, they were a little expensive in my opinion. Like I said the cookies are huge, but the taste just wasn't worth $3+ a cookie. This would be a fun treat for a birthday or something like that, however there are just better cookies in the valley. read more
