Their cookies look amazing and you get them right out of the oven. I've been to the store twice to purchase some cookies and walked out both times empty handed. They seem to go out of their way to loose the sale. Today, went in to purchase 2 dz of the smaller cookies for a Friday pickup. Was told minimum order was 50 cookies at $1.35 each. That was way more than we needed for the small party we were planning. The larger cookies were over $2 ea. I'm not planning on ever going back there to purchase anything from them. The staff does not appear to care if they sell anything. Finding someone to talk to is a challenge. They expect the customer to walk up to a computer screen and order what they want - no interaction with the customer. The "bakers" hanging out in the baking or prep area - appearing to be more interested in horseplay than serving the clientele. In all honesty, I cannot give them even 1 star for this review but was required to do that in order to post this review. If I was the owner of this business, I would be embarrassed on how the staff treats their customers. read more

COOKIES WERE DELICIOUS... BUT there was one employee girl handing and making dough WITHOUT gloves on... I know the food handling rules and that's not okay. This place is absolutely magical! Their cookies are enormous and sooooo good! For sure the best cookies I've ever had. I love the rotation of different flavors each week. The service is friendly and super quick when you go into the store. Not a bad price point either. I haven't tried their delivery yet. I've found the cookies keep very well in a tupperware container for up to four days. I like to microwave them for 20 seconds so they are extra gooey and warm when I eat them. Super cute concept!! Gourmet cookies! There is typically six choices. Two always stay ( The chocolate chip and the pink sugar cookie) with four rotating. We had the raspberry cheesecake the chocolate peanut butter and Smore's not going to lie the chocolate peanut butter was not my favorite. But the raspberry cheesecake was awesome the cheesecake frosting was delicious. Wife and I dropped into Crumbl Cookie on a late Saturday night. It was awesome! Some reviews I've seen have compared their cookies to biscuits. Wrong. They are incredibly soft and chewy! We ordered 4 cookies. A chocolate chip, a sugar cookie, churro, and nutella with sea salt carmel. The chocolate chip and sugar cookie is amongst their permanent menu, which were fantastic! The Churro and nutella were part of their weekly cookie menu (which changes week to week ending on Saturdays). The price for 4 cookies was approximately $10. However they are really big cookies, which makes the price reasonable. Customer service was great and we'll for sure be back in the near future! read more

I tried to make a group of people's day yesterday by dropping by Crumbl Cookies to pick up a 6-pack. My experience started when I arrived to the counter and was politely asked to input my order through the kiosk. Hmmm. Labor shortage. Ok..... I used my debit card. It was declined. I did it a second time. It was declined. A gentleman came up to me and asked if I needed any help (YES!). He asked for a different card. He attempted it twice (swirly circle of death) and DECLINED both times. Another customer comes in from outside and says he tried to order on the app and the same problem persisted. I was asked if I could pay cash. I did so. While waiting for my group's cookies I checked my bank app. 4 charges in total for $21.45 each. I share this with the group behind the counter. I provide my name, phone number, and the last 4 digits to both my debit and credit card. They share they (or an appropriate manager I'm assuming) will handle and follow up. Today (1-day later) I check my bank app and the 4 charges are still there. I call the store. The phone is politely answered by a young man. I politely ask for the manager on duty. After a few seconds the same young man comes back to the phone and shares he's the manager on duty. I explain the situation. He looks into it and see's 1 charge and will work on the refund. He can't see the other 3 or doesn't know how to check on them. He provides a corporate Customer Service Number and a Tech Support number and wishes me good luck. Everyone in the store that I have dealt with is polite and well intended. They are just young and either not fully trained on how to handle these types of management issues and / or a manager (adult in the room) needed to staffed. I call the Customer Service number provided (801-410-1313). The message on this number says to go to the website and start a chat. Wonderful. When you type in your question it tells you 'someone usually responds within an hour.' So now I have to sit by my computer for an hour to type my challenges to someone. In addition to being provided the customer service number I'm also provided with a Tech Support (for online issues?) number. I simply assume it's called Tech Support because I used the kiosk at the store. As I'm calling the Tech Support (waiting for the chat bot to engage) the message attached to this number is stores are to abide by the recent memo that went out regarding how to text for assistance. This is an internal number for franchisees who are struggling with internal infrastructure. Not intended for customers to use. I then had to call my bank, explain the situation, and file a report just in case the charges do go through (no longer pending) my bank has record of the situation. So, I paid $107.25 for 6 cookies ($17.88 a piece) in order to help brighten up someone elses day. In return, I'm working through the corporate customer service flow chart that dumps you at the same place you started. The beginning. If someone from my team wants to help brighten up my day, please don't bring Crumbl Cookies. Ugh....does this happen with bitcoin? Maybe I need to convert. read more

Not only were the 3 workers there clearly not enjoying their job and having a bad attitude but, the "warm" cookies we received were not warm at all. The marshmallows on the s'mores cookies were crunchy not fluffy and they were "out" of cookie dough when there was a giant tray right next to the register. My wife and I were planning on going back when we saw they were out of cookie dough but now we won't be. Every customer is charged a 2.5% transaction fee (since January 2021) whether you pay with a card or with cash. When asked about this fee no one at the store or at corporate was able to tell me what it was for. 2.5% isn't much until you add up how many customers are paying it each day. I'd rather know the cost upfront instead of having to decipher extra fees tacked on at the end. Exceptionally poor service the last few times I've been in. I've come to this location since they opened and have watched the quality of cookie and service decline. Gloves worn by employees are not changed as frequently (between food prep, ringing up the register, touching face or mask) as they should be making one question sanitation practices at this location. read more

I've heard about this company for years and finally got around to trying their cookies... First impression: The sweetest cookie I've ever had. If you LOVE sugary and rich desserts, this is your kind of cookie. I prefer my desserts to be a bit more muted. I'm also the kind of person who gets a stomach ache if I eat two donuts. If you are too, then one cookie will be about 3-4 servings for you. We decided to do four cookies and I know we won't be finishing them. In a couple more days, what hasn't been eaten, will have to get tossed. I am a chocolate lover. A true chocolate lover, typically the darker the better. With that in mind, I did not enjoy their chocolate chip. It's not rich in cocoa, it's rich in dairy. You can taste it. Very disappointing. The dirt cake (valentine) cookie WAS enjoyable. It's very good in very small amounts. The Nutella sea salt cookie was just blah. Nothing special about it to me. If you're a big Nutella fan, you may enjoy it more. And the last one we got was the birthday cake cookie. While it was ok, I think it's very similar to the grocery store sugar cookies with the frosting on top that people always bring for various work and social events. We came here three nights in a row, and the cookies are fantastic like usual. The reason for the lower rating is, we were solicited to give a tip. I am always very generous and pretty much always tip. However, the person specifically asked us to tip them, when we were paying and that was a big turn off, I've never been asked that directly before even at full service restaurants.
