Service is an absolute nightmare at this store. The staff is down right rude. According to staff Kendra is the young ladies name who can't keep her cool when it gets busy and feels the need to take her frustration out on the stores customers. We frequent this store often but today was the absolute last time we will deal with the staff for mediocre cookies. Not sure who the manager was but she started off horribly with how she answered the phone. And then she kept coughing right into the phone and it was really gross. I was waiting at curbside for like 10min and my app said it had gotten to me which it had not so then I decided to call and I don't even think they tried looking for my car because I was right in front and they claimed they could not find it . They then said they had to make a whole new one because the other one was "gone". So now I am still waiting and think that they need to be talked to about this because it genuinely is really unprofessional. They were a bit busy which isn't abnormal because they are so good. The employees are friendly, courteous and they made sure my friend with nut allergies did not come in contact with the Reese's cookie by putting it in a single box and he changed gloves just incase. I would definitely recommend. They have a variety of cookies each week which is nice. I feel like they should have a popular cookie for more than a week lol over all the store was pretty clean from what I can tell. Not bad cookies. Very generous size Tried the chocolate chip and the biscotti lava I am going to go back to try a few more as I think the rating could go up. The chocolate chip was very moist with a generous amount of milk chocolate chips. I would describe them as chunks of milk chocolate After biting into the cookie my mouth was left a lingering warm chocolate yummy taste. This is the cookie that let the rating down. Monday to Saturday 10 AM to midnight, these guys keep a classic chocolate chip and sugar cookie along with 4 flavors of the week. You might see the price tag and wonder why anyone in their right mid could justify a $27 pre-tax for just a dozen cookies. Just look at the box if you're unsure. Each cookie is honestly bigger than Krispy Kreme donut, with a lot of the icing and stuff they'll do to-order. They keep the cookies in a warmer and will honestly stay that way on the drive home, and stay incredibly soft. If you're dumb enough or have enough friends who need drunk food, a box of a dozen cookies is honestly heavier than a large pizza. You're 100% getting your money's worth in both quality and quantity. These are giant cookies that are super thick and so tasty. It's about $11 for a box of four, but trust me, I could barely even finish one cookie in a sitting. They're that big. They have a rotating assortment of flavors but we snagged a chocolate chip, two iced sugar cookies, and a dark dream. There is no eating inside, it is purely a takeout operation. I think they deliver too. The guy working the front was nice and chill. The boxes they put the cookies in are cute. Once we got home we tried a bite of each cookie since they were warm (except for the sugar cookie which is served chilled). I really enjoyed all of them. The chocolate chip and the dark dream are chocolatey and gooey and a total guilty pleasure. The iced sugar cookie is enjoyable but not what you may anticipate. It had a strong almond (I think?) taste and the cookie itself was more crumbly with the icing being pretty sweet. If you don't like almond stuff then this is not the cookie for you. I was a fan though! If you want a sweet treat I would definitely recommend trying out their cookies. They have milk and some other beverages available too. read more

Crumbl Cookies Box of 4 cookies are $10.98, selected the double trouble, churro, chocolate chip and Nutella. After I ordered, was told that the Double Trouble was out and would take 15 minutes. Located next to Pokeworks and Rubio's. I liked the churro cookie and if you enjoy churros this cookie is for you, they recreated the taste very well. Nutella is another flavor I would recommend, especially if it is fresh and warm where the Nutella will ooz out. The chocolate chip is good and reliable. The double trouble was the least favorite of the four, not I can of dark chocolate, but if you are you may want to give it a try. Will try the other flavors, they only offer 6 flavors bit rotate so will be back Keep in mind the cookies are big and not cheap. read more

These cookies are massive before you think it's too pricey it's truly not especially for the size of cookie you are getting I can never finish it in one sitting. Tried this location a few times, the last was not great. Emailed in via Crumbl website and got a call from manager offering refund. Fast forward several months to last night 03/24 and my girlfriend and I opted to grab a few cookies before heading home and since we were close by, we decided to try this location again. Went to app for online order to save time, interesting that it defaults to "leave a tip for the bakers" with $3 as the default. Not sure I'd seen that in other businesses but tips are earned based on service and products so decided "maybe when I see the cookies". Order said it would be ready 7:55 pm, and we were 5 min away at 7:50 so... perfect. A little backstory on my first visit here late last year: picked up 4 cookies, one was barely risen and flat, with icing that looked like a toddler applied it. The other cookies looked better but were dry. Had high hopes after hearing "those were a test and the parent company got the recipe wrong" but after being in franchise ops for a while "blame the parent company" is a go to, but got the refund. Had high hopes when I walked in at 8 pm. Place was busy, but lots of employees in store. Lots of employees, but one cashier/order taker, one person boxing orders, 7 people doing little but looking busy, and what looked like a couple trainees being shown around. Also looked like a shift change since a few employees were leaving. I stood back and saw where the pick up counter was with one box and thought "hey that must be me" since everyone else was waiting to order or just had. Checked the box, nope not me but Tammy had her cookies ready. Waited more and saw everyone who ordered while I was there was getting their boxes. Eventually the one person filling orders and bringing them over to the counter asked if I'd been helped. Explained I placed online order, gave her my name, she went to look for it. Started having sinking feeling since the lack of customer focus, lots of employees but not many focused on the business/customer, and people standing around were part of issues first time around. Eventually cookie person asked me "did you have a 4pack" and explained yes, with my name again. Eventually she seemed to find my order and brought me the box. I repeated the order to be sure (two toffee, one Texas something, and one monster which supposedly had M&Ms) she said yep that's it. Got in car and drove 5 min home. When we opened the box, it was... disappointing. Monster cookie had 1 M&M maybe, the Texas cookie was clearly not from Texas because it was a lot smaller, and the two toffee cookies looked decent. I waited maybe close to 10 min in the store after the online order said it was ready much earlier (and the store was not slammed with orders). For nearly $20 I expected better. Will be last time at this location. As a side note, went to Crumbl by my moms last week and had phenomenal experience. Quality of cookies were great, service was stellar, and it see,ed like they wanted my business. This location just seems to be a rudderless ship and not sure if franchisee or manager gets the concept. In my 12 min there, literally watched one girl slam pink icing over and over on the same cookie for 10 min while she gossiped with her friend. I watched what looked like a manager standing in the back. I watched employees leaving with cookies (maybe a perk), and I watched a lot of frustrated customers who waited in line (one cashier on two registers), or saw others getting their order who were after them in line (one girl filling orders). No teamwork, no focus on customer, and really poor value in the poor quality. Last time for me at this location. The picture says it all. Oh and the M&M cookie (with one M&M) was smashed on one side. Here are my pros and cons Pros - The cookies are absolutely delicious. The chocolate chip is on point and the fact that they constantly rotate new flavors is truly awesome - The size of the cookies.. woah. I do wish they offered both the small(catering only) and normal ones, but my goodness .. - The inside truly is awesome. Makes you feel like your in a cookie factory.
