Sundeep I.

Been waiting for crumbl's dubai chocolate version. And it's a hit. Topping is excellent with crunchy kataifi and pistachio. Brownie is very basic and tastes like a cake. Somehow it had slightly burnt taste. I tried many Dubai version chocolate and this will definitely stand among the top ones. Price is $8 which is a bit expensive. But I have bought a chocolate bar for $15, so this isn't bad. They keep getting sold out within 5mins after they make it available. I have seen a lot of people waiting and the people of working super hard to keep up the load. Plenty of parking available.

After I wiped off all the chocolate and jelly smears all over the bottom of the GIFT box of 12 cookies I carried to the car.

Ordered $50 worth of cookies -- a box of 12 as a gift for a friend and a box of 3 to take home. Unbeknownst to me, the bottom of the gift box had red jelly and chocolate smeared on the underside of the box. I could feel it with my hand as I carried the stack of boxes to my car. Luckily, I had some napkins and a water bottle in my car that I could use to clean the underside of the gift box. The picture below is what the napkin looked like when I was done wiping. Also, the gift message that was supposed to be written on the box was not, so there was no difference between the box that I was taking home versus the box that I was giving as a gift, except for the gift box was smeared with chocolate and red jelly on the bottom.

Dirty floor and equipment

Not a "hi hello welcome in" 7ish employees right up front. First time in right off the bat not a great start! We spent some time trying to wait in line and was not told it was a self service iPad/POS so we waited for some time and then someone else walked in and waited behind us and then informed us it's self service on the tablet. So finally we order! 4 cookies 20$ Not 45 seconds after we pay a human pops up (FINALLY) Diego I believe, he says they are out of the cookie we drove here for and that they "don't know how to remove it from the options"! Someone's shirt said "crew lead" someone who's the leader should be well versed in how to utilize your own system! The place was dirty no one was cleaning plenty of people standing around chatting. It was just a terrible awful experience, especially for our first time, especially for premium dollar! Sad disappointed and will never return here!!

Staff was welcoming upon entering and the person who helped me at the register was super sweet - I retrieved my birthday cookie which made my day! THANK YOU - Crumbl - Tatum!

The staff at this location are very kind and they do get a lot of business. Unfortunately i'm just not a big crumbl cookie fan it just taste so doughy i'm sorry y'all! I will say this location is clean, fast and they have wonderful flavors of cookie options so I'm still going to give them a rating because while I may not like the cookies that doesn't reflect the amazing service at this location whatsoever!

The new Brownie was pretty incredible. Very moist with chocolate chips inside and very chocolatey. It was about 7 bucks. The fudge was good, but the icing can be skipped.

I like the crumbl cookies but 1 takes 4 days to eat due to how sweet they are and now they've made cakes which are nicely balanced in flavors!! The dulce de leche and lemon cake are so yummy!!! These are a fantastic addition to their menu and fix that late night craving!!

First time going to a crumbl, and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was nauseating. Completely overwhelming. We ordered a six pack of minis that showed they were available on the website and in store. When we went to go pick them up they said they were completely out and had nothing else to offer. This happened with multiple others walking in, who had ordered other cookies and were told they would be given them, just to be told their order was canceled with literally no other context. One man was visibly confused because the staff didn't say anything to explain besides "oh we canceled it on our end don't worry!" Didn't say they were out of stock, or if he was refunded. He wasn't given any other alternatives either, bad business choice. Ended up ordering 4 entirely different cookies, and they were terrible because THEY FORGOT HALF THE COOKIE?? Photos attached. No chocolate drizzle on peanut butter crips, and no streusel on blueberry muffin cookie. Need some advice? Offer a 25/30/50% off for people who order cookies, but then are sold out once they get there, even though they ordered before. Or just teach your stupid staff to not sell products that should be set aside for people who ordered online. Greatly needs renovation as well. There needs to be some sort of wall or barrier so it doesn't just feel like you're just walking into a prison-like, depressing kitchen. I understand that the cookies also obviously have to bake, but that can't take more than 10-20 minutes. There really shouldn't be things that are that sold out, when there's massive tubs of cookie dough just sitting there. Maybe invest in another oven? Absolutely terrible business model.

There's no place to sit inside, but there are two nice parking spaces out in the front since it's a busy parking lot by a gym. They have several cases of sweet options, cakes that you can customize on the spot, and pastries that are topped fresh to order. They also have so many cake pop flavors. I didn't even know how to decide! The owner, Melissa, was so sweet to me! I asked her questions about the business, and what they do for catering. I love supporting local businesses, especially bakeries because I'm a baker myself. I talked to her about customizing an order for my place of employment in the next couple of months and she was totally on board to customize it how I wanted. Aside for my too good bag, I ended up buying an ube cake pop and a Boston cream tart, and both are out of this world! On Fridays and Saturdays, they do buy one get one free cake, pops, so it's a perfect opportunity to try all of the flavors! Definitely try this place, you will not be disappointed!

I was so excited because I heard about this place a long time ago and had yet to visit. It's fairly small inside with a small glass case on the side with cookies and one main one filled with both sweet and savory options. There were also a few loaves of bread on the counter. Everything looked great, but it was a such a warm day so my mom and I opted for something light. The Coffee Cake was indeed as light and airy as it looked. The cake layers tasted like a sponge cake with slightly dry edges (a little over-baked). I think the espresso layers were mousse and not too sweet. It was topped with a chocolate covered espresso bean that was tasty as well. Overall it was a nice afternoon treat. They offer a variety of cakes by the slice, specialty breads, and other pastries. I was tempted to get a slice of cake, but I was able to fight off the craving, lol. They don't have any tables inside, so it's a grab-and-go kind of place. It's located in a corner strip mall with decent parking. I would come back again, and when I do, I'm getting a slice of cheesecake!! =)

I am infamous in the family for my dessert rxtravagance. But I share with all at our table. Take your choice! Our niece got cannoli, I got lidded shortbread custard cups, vanilla and almond. Sweet D got a cherry and an apple turnover delivered into the box. It is five days later. My sugar intake has dropped a lot. In our home baking we cut sugar ingredients by half. Older Hopi bakers put in enough sugar for a hint of sweet in their cookies. Modern bakers glaze them. I'll take those traditional ones. When I say the shortbread cup with custard was too sweet for me, that's my 21st century palate speaking. The almond cup was a buy-again item for me, still sweet, very almond. The cherry turnover was flaky, the filling tart, oozing fillng and cherries. The gold medal, blue ribbon "I'd buy this again, for sure is the apple turnover. I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. Ambiance (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is connected to The Sicilian Butcher. It's a small bakery, with only a few seats. More of a grab-and-go type of spot or the source of your dessert if you're dining at the restaurant. While small, the decor and ambiance is nice. Service (3/5): A little bit of bad luck, but on my most recent visit, they were having trouble with their refrigeration so no gelato was available. While interacting with the staff, it was an average experience. I will say that the service was much better in the restaurant. Drinks (N/A): I only got dessert, but they do have coffee and a few other beverages available. Food (4/5): The Sicilian Baker is known for its cannolis, tiramisu, gelato, and lobster claws (dessert, not real lobster haha). On my most recent visit, I had a cannoli. They have your classic cannoli but also a nice variety of other fillings including pistachio, Reese's, and more. A+ for creativity, though I decided to stick with the classic. Solid.
