Ran in here to pick up A cookie for a friend and ended up with TWELVE! And I won't complain one bit as they are delicious. Staff was excellent and super helpful, especially when boxing my many cookies into smaller boxes so I could conveniently share! This location is horrible I do not recommend them at all. When I order from them they took my money and did not send the correct order. Most restaurants will let you know what you order is not available but they didn't. When I called and wanted to know they couldn't have done that the lady was super rude. She wouldn't give me her name and hung up on me. read more

Everytime we go to this location they are out of at least one of the cookies. It is very disappointing after driving a good distance to get them. Will try a different location that is even further in hopes that they may be on top of their quantities better. read more

Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life and I have worked in the restaurant industry for years. I ordered cookies early Wednesday morning for a child's birthday party. They said they would be ready for pick up at 10. I asked if I could come at 11:15 instead of 10 they said that was perfect. I got there and waited in my car for 25 minutes for curb side pickup before going into the store front. They would not let me in and gave a whole lot of attitude saying I just needed to grab my pre order. One of the managers came out to speak to the 4 people that were waiting on orders. She began yelling at us saying they had no cookies and had about 7-8 orders in front of mine. I was already running late for the child's birthday I was bringing all the desserts for because of the delay. I asked for a refund and she said they didn't have time. So I have called every day since then to get my refund and have waited at least 25 minutes on the phone. It's now Monday and I have been on the phone for 1 hour and 15 minutes and no response. If you just want the taste of pure sugar, these are your cookies. Personally I like a little flavor and texture, but no matter which cookie I try at Crumbl, all I get is SUGAR, and lots of it. Walked in and not even one person said hello or anything. They just looked at me and my little niece. Had to order on the kiosk thing and not once did any employee offer assistance. I said excuse me twice and no one walked over to help. I bought 4 cookies and there was only 1 person in front of me waiting yet it still took 20 minutes for them to box up the cookies. They got the persons cookies in front of me wrong and when I got mine they didn't say anything they just put the box down and walked away. Very displeased. Staff is rude slow and cookies are either under baked or burnt and they are out of specialty cookies all the time . Had to get the sugar cookie that had cherry icing I am assuming by mistake and the chocolate chip that had no flavor and was burnt . The kicker is everything is done on a kiosk the staff doesn't even say hello but they ask for a tip as u checkout ... for what the attitude and ability to pick up a spatula . I received a text notifying me that my Crumbl order was cancelled, approximately an hour after the expected delivery time. I called the Tatum store to inquire and was told, very rudely, that they were very busy and doordash drivers were just taking orders that were not their own. Further, this practice would automatically cancel the "stolen" order from the appropriate buyer. I inquired with the person on the line about this business practice and asked if they normally just had food sitting out for a "free for all" for delivery drivers. I also asked if there was any check to keep the drivers from doing this. I was barked at by the "customer service" person and told that this just happens and that they were really busy today. And to add insult to injury, he proceeded to hang up on me. I will NEVER be a customer in your store. Thank you for making my Valentine's day super special. read more

BEST COOKIES EVER! I knew these would be good but they are absolutely amazing! The size is huge so one is plenty to share.

Some were delivered to my house for my birthday and were tasty, but a cookie nonetheless. I decided to have some more delivered. O.M.G - what a pain in the .... Online ordering is a complete joke, calling the stores proved to be helpless, finally decided to a pick up and was hung up 3x in a row. Dishes are done. Good luck to this company. Armed with a hellacious appetite for sweets I decided to stop by one evening and get it a try. Arrived around 9pm (they're open till midnight) luckily no line, as I heard it can be a long wait on most days. On display next to the register are the flavors available they all looked so delicious and huge! decorated beautifully and always with a theme like they had a Nutella filled cookie drizzled with Nutella. Or a lemon cookie decorated with delicious lemon cream frosting! The flavors are always changing keeping your pallet curious and wanting more. I love the innovative way they make them and most of the time I'll buy pack of four.. Cause one just isn't enough when they look so delicious!! Plus it saves you money (ya that's the real reason)! I usually have good experiences with this crumbl location but on Monday I ordered a box of four cookies through door dash to be delivered to me. The cookie I was most excited about was the funfetti milkshake and to my disappointment when I opened the box I noticed it was replaced with a chocolate chip cookie. I called the location and the girl I spoke to started off by saying "we're out of the funfetti" like okay, that's fine but you need to let customers know that before they get their order. They said they could give me a refund but the girl for some reason could not find my order anywhere on door dash and she said she would leave a note for their manager to refund me. Now it's Wednesday and I still have not received a refund. read more

The cookies here are amazing however in my last visit I wasn't served how I normally am. First I had to wait awhile to just order my cookies. Then one of the workers gave my order to a couple and they walked out with it. One of the workers realized what happened and went after them to get the cookies. She then tried to give me the same boxes the couple touched. With how times are now this is not appropriate at all, some extra training needs to be done. Just had dinner next door and saw more people going in and out, so we decided to go in and try a cookie. Staff was very good and helpful. We had the sea salt and Nutella. I am a great baker, but these were so soft and way to much butter for us. It left grease marks all over the bottom of the box! Am sure it left an imprint on my heart also! Cute place but just over the top with butter from our perspectives! It may be the first time we didn't finish a cookie at one sitting. May have a bite tomorrow! read more

My review is in regards to the "store manager" not the taste of the cookies. I have now called 4 separate times to speak with her in regards to placing a larger order, 125-150 cookies for our clients to let them know we are thinking about them during this time. I spoke with the store lead, a teen by the name of Payson. Nice kid, however, he was not able to answer a lot of my questions and took a message to have the manager call me back. I still haven't received a call back after calling 4 times. I guess business must be fantastic for them and they don't need anymore. I will go to a different location, where the manager called back within a few hours. read more

I really love Crumbl I do. The cookies are awesome! I just had the worst customer service experience which makes me very sad because I love these cookies so much! I ordered a party box for my family and did curbside pickup. After I arrived and I clicked the "I'm here" button on the app I waited and waited and waited thinking they were just busy. After 30 mins I called the store was put on hold then put on hold again then put on hold for 3rd time and then got hung up on. Once I called back they said they had my order and they still needed to prepare it... unfortunately I I just had to cancel my order as this was going on 40 minutes. I really hope I get refunded for this as there is no way to get ahold of customer service besides calling your local store... I really don't want to have to call the store back to try to get my refund to be put on hold or hung up on again and I am not very confident in the customer service. read more

Just visited this place, even though the cookies where good, their not worth $4.95 a piece. I guess that's high class for ya.

Cookies are always good, however delivery service was exceptionally rude today. Out of state family ordered cookies for my wife's birthday. They inadvertently gave one wrong digit in the zip code. He came to our door yelling and complaining about how much of his precious time we wasted trying to find the address. This all in front of my wife who was standing at the door with me. A sorry start for this company. After ordering and paying for 2 dozen cookies we waited and were told they would not be ready for another hour. After 90 minutes at Safeway we returned and informed the order was not ready. We returned two more times until we asked for a refund. The poor workers had to call the owner at home because they did not know how to provide a credit card refund. We left without our desserts, but the real victims were the high school age workers who were in way over their heads without any type of real management. WOW! I had never heard of this place. Stopped into the Bell & Tatum location not knowing what to expect. There was a line of about 5 people. The lobby already had about 6 people waiting who had placed their orders. The line went quick. Waiting for the product probably took about 6 minutes, but I didn't time it. They had a dark Oreo cookie with vanilla buttercream. This was The BEST cookie! They had a peanut butter muddy buddy. As well as a S'mores. I'm super picky and I have expectations. My food views of what's bad, are not always best. Example, I tried a sliver of their "worlds best" chocolate chip and I was not a fan, at all. The iced sugar, the outer edges were crumbly leading me to believe it was a butter cookie which I'm not a fan of. Once I got past the outer edges, it was better. It's flavored with almond (extract or paste) and I'm a huge fan. That chocolate Oreo though, still the best! The employees had great attitudes. Very happy and perky. The place is crisp clean and new. There was a glass refrigerator up front for ice cream, but no ice cream. The cookies are big, soft and chewy. We need locations on the West and North side please!!!!!! read more
