The cookies at this location aren't nearly as good as the Chandler store. I came in for the pink icing and I was told they were sold out and it'd be a long time to get them. I asked how long and the young girl didn't know. The confetti and cinnamon sugar are both dry and seem to be over cooked. The chocolate chip tasted well. We picked up cookies there last night. We have been there many times before. I'm not sure if we had a bad batch or what...the chocolate chip cookies we got were very salty and I'm not sure why. It's almost like they put extra salt and forgot the sugar. We couldn't even eat them! I threw out the two chocolate chip cookies from our box of four cookies, so that was quite disappointing. What a waste of money....I have ordered these same ones before and I really liked them previously. read more

The staff is really nice, I wish I could speak just as highly about the cookies... Maybe an unpopular opinion but after trying the 2 most popular cookies, (sugar and chocolate chip) I don't think I'll be returning. The chocolate chip can only be described as bizarre. The dough itself while soft and crumbly, is almost sugarless. The cookie relies solely on the overly sweet chocolate chips which to me taste like cheap Easter basket chocolate. I was really excited for the pink frosted sugar cookie. Maybe it was an off measurement in this batch? It tasted like I just did a shot of almond flavoring. We stopped in last week to try the Boston Cream Pie cookie. Crumbl's website has a short but very nice video of each new cookie of the week. I had such high hopes for this cookie. It looked absolutely scrumptious in the video showing the yummy vanilla pudding filling being poured into the thick cookie pie shaped base, then the ooey gooey chocolate ganache on top of that. It showed the cookie being easily cut or pulled apart with the ganache being SOFT. This could NOT have been further from my experience. The chocolate on my cookie was a very hard chunk that you could NOT cut or even bite into. It had to be completely lifted off and set aside. I had to take a bite of it separately and it just tasted like melted down semi-sweet chocolate chips that had re-hardened. This cookie is served chilled so the hard piece of chocolate is what you get. The overall flavor was also disappointing. The custard didn't have the home cooked flavor that I was expecting and the cookie portion tasted like raw dough. Maybe that was because the custard moistened it. I also tried the classic pink sugar cookie because I had read on line that this was the last week for it and I had never tried it before. It was good. The swirl on top is just the cutest. A few pink sprinkles could have really made it pop. Someone should have informed the workers at this location that this cookie will be history as of April 23. We are frequent customers, but the service is never consistent. Not sure how on a Tuesday you can already be out of one of the new cookies of the week. It's one of my girls favorite places and they look forward to the Sunday update of cookies, but this Brand could do so much better if they actually went and watched the operation that takes place in the store. Maybe today was an off day. Got there around 5pm. Staff not friendly at all. No one greeting customers as they come in and there were 5 people working right there in front. 4 making cookies and 1 helping customers. On National Chocolate Chip Cookie day, you'd think they'd have chocolate chip cookies available. There was a 15 minute wait. They had 4 types of cookies available out of 6. Bought 4 cookies. Alittle pricey but the cookies are huge and tastes great. they need to be alittle bit more friendly and not seem like we were bothering them. read more

Best cookies I've ever had! I used to go to the Gilbert one all the time, and this one is so much closer to home. My favorites are all of the ones with semi-sweet chocolate chips. They have a new menu every week, so I've been coming here every week. The people who work here are so much fun! And when you join the stars program, once you reach 90 stars you get a free box (4 cookies)! You get 1 star with every dollar you spend before taxes, so I've been able to rack up quite a few stars. read more

There were only two people in front of me in line (3...but one was waited on) and two customers came in after me whom had made pre-orders and they were helped before us . I have ordered from this place before. For a location that has so many staff members on at one time not a single one of them could be bothered to acknowledge the extremely long line of people waiting for cookies. To top it off they ran out of an icing. The only reason I heard about it is because the person they told who ordered directly in the store instead of using an app had to play telephone to pass the message. This is the responsibility of the staff and management not of the customers to tell other customers what is and isn't available. Instead of approaching and saying hey everybody we ran out of a flavor (in this case the Hawaiian) and are offering to switch things out for a mew favor, they decided to only tell the people who are making direct orders off of the tablet inside the store. While people picking up through door dash and other apps were left without any cookies because their orders couldn't be completed. Because they weren't making them until we caught the attention of a staff member. I had to approach staff member and catch them in order to have my order adjusted. Never once when I have entered that facility has anyone ever greeted me. Their customer service is lacking. Their consideration for others and their time is lacking. For a place with so much staff they need to train at least one person to learn to say hi when the door opens. They should also have someone regularly approaching those standing in line at the pick up counter. To top it off the woman in front of me who also ordered through door dash pick up had ordered her cookies and was told over an hour ago that her order was finished. When she got there they said they had no clue why her order wasn't started and they completed it then and because they ran out of icing had to replace a few of her cookies as well. read more

These cookies are interesting. Seems like a very cool place but the cookies aren't the best especially the chocolate chip which you expect to be the best but was subpar. Before I moved, I would go to a different crumbl location and they were amazing, staff was super friendly, and was a super nice experience. Now that I've moved and have to come to this location, I have never had a good experience. Whether I go at 11am, 3pm, or 5pm, they are sold out of at least 2 cookies every time. Today, sold out of all 6 flavors at 5pm. Isn't the one thing y'all do is make cookies?! They turned away people that had done online pick up orders and were able to place those orders. What awful customer service. The girl managing telling people rudely that they were all out, gave the guy in front of me a free cookie voucher and than gave me "yups" any question I asked. So you'd think the workers would be hustling to make more cookies since that is the only thing crumbl does, but no they sat there just careless to the fact that customers were upset. Not hustling, not doing anything to at least try and be considerate. My bf and I would go 2-3 times a week and I will NEVER go back to a crumbl if that was the last cookie place on earth. This was the worst customer experience I have ever seen. They were out of 2 of the 6 flavors, only 1 person was helping customers and there was a line. While the girl was taking my order she was getting yelled at by another employee because her phone was ringing. After she took my order she gave me the incorrect cookies and then when I told her she didn't care and walked away. I was excited to come check this place out. I was hoping a place would open up near by that baked fresh homemade cookies so that I could easily stop in for fresh baked cookies. I was pretty disappointed in the cookies. I was expecting warm soft chocolate chip cookies that are gooey when you break them apart. Instead the cookies were thick with a cake and flour like taste to them. They had only 2 flavors to choose from Chocolate Chip and a Sugar cookie with icing. I chose to get the sugar cookie as well and was also disappointed. The icing they use has an awful taste almost like medication taste. My husband and I couldn't figure out what it should taste like. The sugar cookie would have been great without it!. Maybe offer icing as an option. I am hoping that these issues are due to just opening and will get fixed.. I find it hard to want to spend over 3 dollars for a not so great tasting cookie. read more

I ordered and paid for cookies online. When I arrived to pick them up, they did not have the cookies I ordered. Shawn and David told me "just because you ordered and paid online, that does not guarantee you will get those exact cookies." In addition to Shawn and David, I was unfortunate enough to speak with the manager Chelsea. She was combative. Here are a few of her quotes, "I am going to stop you there", "I will not let you talk about my employees" and the best one, "they were doing you a favor!" I requested to speak with the owner and Chelsea hung up on me. By the end of my conversation with Chelsea, I was furious. I should have received an apology for the inconvenience and a choice of resolutions; return later to pick up my order, choosing different cookies or a refund. This whole fiasco could of been diffused by simply apologizing and the employees ensuring I received what I ordered and paid for! read more
