Extremely disappointed in the 4 cookies we got today. All "different" flavors but seemingly enough they all tasted like flour and salt. Not only that, all workers were not wearing masks properly to ensure the safety of anyone they were serving. I actually love cookies. When I found out a dedicated gourmet cookie shop was coming to Turlock of all places I almost lost my mind. The place is very nice and modern. It's very clean and cold in the store. It's very aesthetic inside. Okay so the cookies. They change every week and they were great. I'm not an orange or snicker doodle person so I tried the other 4. The chocolate chip, molten lava, Reese's, and chilled sugar. The chocolate chip was my favorite but also kinda wished they used a semisweet chocolate chip and not milk chocolate. Still really good though. The second best was the molten lava cookie. It was warm and soft. The chilled sugar was good as well as per the name it's served chilled while the others are warm. And lastly the Reese's. I'm not a peanut butter person but I thought I'd try it. The cookies are HUGE. I usually can finish a cookie at once but these ones you have to take your time and come back to it. The price is a little high BUT that's expected for a "gourmet" cookie. It's reasonable. They're not cheap deli cookies from a grocery store so you get what you pay for. I've gone in store and delivered and both times the staff has been alright. For some reason I expected them to be really friendly since they're new but they were pretty lackluster. Even the quality of the boxes the cookies come in are high quality. Overall, I'm so glad we have something like this in town. I've been waiting for this. They also have a pretty convenient app that you can order and have cookies delivered. Fun gift ideas. Never thought I'd be writing a review about cookies but i felt like I had to after trying a few of them. I got the chocolate chip and the cinnamon, they were hands down the best cookies I've had, fresh and with a homemade feel to them. They were warm when received and describing the first bite in one word would be "melty". Very fresh, very good, and the smells when you walk in won't have you leaving with less than 4 of them guaranteed. 10/10 and I would definitely say they are worth the drive if you aren't from the area. read more

Can i just start by saying i was excited to try out the cookies here at cookie crumble. I ordered 4 cookies for i believe was $14. I ordered 2 chocolate chips, one Nutella and a brownie cookie. The presentation was nice and the atmosphere was upbeat,bright, friendly and fast. Why the 2 stars, well if you go for an Instagram pic i guess it serves its purpose. I was looking for a simple gift to give my son's teacher when we turned in books and computers. My sister in law had posted on IG receiving these cookies from a friend. I immediately eyed the peanut butter and jelly cookie. I went online ordered a 4 cookie box for his teacher and a single peanut butter and jelly for us to share. I chose curbside we were in a hurry to get back to Modesto. We pulled up text "here" and in about 5 min cookies were hand delivered to the car and we were on our way home. On our drive home my son opened ours and he isn't a huge fan of peanut butter. He said mom this is delicious. He handed me the box. The cookies are huge and perfectly baked. It takes alot to impress me when it comes to cookies. I despise flat pancake cookies. These were thick, crispy edges and soft center. Exactly how a peanut butter cookie should be. It's not over! On top was this fluffy peanut butter and I think rasberry jelly. This extra little punch of tastiness put it over the edge for me. I am honestly glad they are in Turlock or this could be really bad! They come in an adorable box. You can add a cute sticker which we did for his teacher and add a note which was hand written on the teachers box. It was a perfect gift. His teacher emailed me later to tell me the chocolate chip cookie was delicious and she would be hiding them from her husband so she wouldn't have to share. I am always going to Nothing Bundt Cakes because they are cute to give as gifts etc. Now I think CRUMBL will be my go to!!! read more

I've been to Crumbl Cookie once before today & had a great experience. I had ordered curbside pickup today while at a store nearby. They received my order and I clicked "I'm here" as I was pulling into the parking spot in front of the store. I waited and waited. As many other cars had pulled up after me and received their order. I was in a hurry and needed to get home, hence the reason I did curbside. I finally waved down an employee that had just delivered another order and told her I had been waiting for 25 mins at this point. She goes inside and gets her tablet and asks for my name. Told her and she said she saw the order on her screen and they would "remake it" and get it right out. I waited and waited some more. After another 10 mins, I called the store and stated I had been in front of the store waiting for now 35 mins!!!!!! The employee again asked my name and stated they would "remake it" and have it right out.I love Crumbl cookie but its not worth the 40 mins I waited for the cookies. There was no trying to make it right or anything. I would've just left a long time ago had I not paid for my order prior to getting to the store. I just received an "I'm sorry." Went to try since friends have talked about the place. I went and had asked about using three of the 4 count boxes instead of the one box for 12, due to me having an allergy to nuts. They said for a little extra per box they would, but notified me it is an open bakery. I said I am severely allergic, but I didn't want the peanut butter things in the box with the cookies from me. After going through the whole conversation with two people, one of those two used the same spatula on peanut butter cookies and mine, while there were two clean spatulas hanging on the side of the refrigerator. After spending about $30 on cookies, I was personally unable to eat any of them. Highly disappointed that they don't take nut allergies seriously. read more

I ordered a special delivery for someone and the time to be delivered was important. I order through the Crumbl app. When I finished the order I notice that the delivery time was for 8:31am And I wanted for 4pm. I made my order at 7:53am And notice the store doesn't open until 8am. there was no edit option on the app to edit my order. I called at 7:58 and the recording said they were closed. I called again at 8am and a recording came on and prompted me to stay on the line if I needed to talk to the store directly. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I explain my situation to the girl who answered the phone. She said there was nothing she could do And then asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. When she got on the phone I explained my situation again and she stated there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault that I was on hold for 20 minutes and there must been something wrong with their phones. She offered to give me my money back if I brought the cookies back!! they were being delivered to someone else not to myself. They were not trying to do anything thing except state that it was not their fault. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handle. read more

Crumbl Cookies are delicious I absolutely enjoyed them they are so full of flavor and fluffy goodness! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would've liked to give them 5 stars however, when I was there and have been the past few times the customer service has not been the best the workers didn't leave a very nice impression and when it was my first time there I was rushed the entire experience which was confusing because there was no one else there and PLENTY of workers when my family left we were confused as to why there was so many workers. The chocolate chip cookies were warm and gooey. Crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. The sugar cookie was refreshing with a hint of lemon. The cutest packaging I have ever seen. I recommend 100%!!! The cookies were huge and totally satisfying. read more

Very disappointed in the selection for ice cream available and extremely disappointed in the Churro ice cream I purchased. I was expecting the ice cream would resemble something similar to your pictures not a small pint size container with frozen ice cream I would pick up at the grocery store, this also includes the taste, nothing special. The ice cream was so hard it almost broke their plastic spoon. Definitely does not look anything like your ice cream pictures you display and extremely expensive for what I received. read more

This place is great! The cookies are tasteful and cookie flavors changes every week or so! They also have curbside pick up making it super easy. Ordered a dozen early for Father's Day but they surely will not make it to Sunday. So delicious. I opted for curbside pickup and I was served immediately by a very friendly staff member. I feel they are priced right for the size and quality. We tried salted caramel, double chocolate, cinnamon and iced sugar. The sugar cookie was THE best cookie I have ever had - and I am 51 years old. Glad they came to Turlock and I am looking forward to trying more flavors. Crumble cookie is sooo delicious. My family and I love coming for a quick treat. The down side is they are very unprofessional here. The staff is very rude. They do not greet you when coming in and down right make you feel like a bother. Still I return every time because the cookies are so delicious. After my experience last night I will no longer be returning and telling all my family and friends to not return either! I went in last night to horrible service and the manger ( male) was on his phone on the floor with his mask down! During a pandemic?! Just gross. Then proceeded to touch things after texting on his phone while he giggled with all the girls. They were nice to each other but not the guest. As a manger who works in the food industry as well I was highly disappointed. Crumble cookie lost a customer who had been loyal since the begging. Cookies are good but the service sucks. I had got curbside order pickup I had text I'm here so the young lady came out with one order of my orders as she approach the car I told her I had three more orders in my name. So I waited and she brought one of my order of cookies. I was still missing 2 more orders of cookies. she came back to the car and said there was no more orders of cookies in my name making it seem like I was lying as you should know Turlock is a white town I had to show her my receipt to prove I ordered and paid for my cookies before I got there. Then she continued with the service she brought me my two others orders of cookies but when I received the box of cookies they had gave me the wrong cookie. So I had to get out the car go into the place and show her she gave me the wrong cookie she replaced my cookie but I was still not satisfied with the service she could have accommodated me for all the trouble I went through. These are very good cookies....as they should be at $4 each. With the exception of the chilled sugar cookie all cookies are warm when you get them and they do "crumbl"... almost fall apart so I like to wait and let them cool slightly. I did not care for the chilled sugar cookies because they use almond extract instead of vanilla and I'm not an almond extract person....just a personal taste. The chocolate chip cookies are OK...again just a personal taste thing, I'm a chocolate chip cookie purist and I like semi sweet chips in my CC cookies....wish they gave you the option like Mrs. Fields used to. Those two cookies are on the menu all the time. The other four choices change weekly. So far, my favorites are the Andes' Chocolate Mint and Kentucky Butter cookie. Both are to die for. The Strawberry Shortcake is OK and the Rocky Road cookie is so-so. The Peanut Butter Fudge cookie is pretty good and the Oatmeal cookie is average. Still waiting to try the Churro and M&M cookies.
