Excellent service, great atmosphere and ambiance in downtown Temecula. Not only was our server so sweet and attentive, there was another younger gentleman who also checked on us throughout our meal. We sat outside during a busy lunch around 1pm on a Saturday and the area is bustling with people strolling up and down the old town community. I tried their fish and chips entree. Meals were served quickly. My entree came with one fried fish and a meager array of fries with their tartar sauce. I wasn't a fan of the fried fish, as it fell short on the crisp texture I typically expect with fish and chips, but their fries were crispy like I prefer, but not enough seasoning in my opinion. My friend enjoyed her burger without bread herself. My meal came to about $26 with gratuity. Overall, I'd return definitely for the wonderful service and ambiance, but I'd try something else from their menu. read more

Stopped in for a quick cocktail before dinner. Such a good move! The mixologist Andre was amazing. We each told him what we liked and didn't like and had him craft up something for us. Amaze-balls!!!!! All I know is that my drink was whiskey based and tasted delicious. I'll be heading back to Old Town just to see what else he can mix up for me! I wanted to love it here. I had called and made a reservation for 13 for after my bridal shower. When I spoke on the phone with the person they said it should be no problem, and that there will be room for us. When making a large reservation they do ask for a credit card and if you don't show up, you get charged $10 per person. We arrived on time and were seated. After we sat there for awhile we became frustrated with how loud it was. You practically had to be yelling to hear the person next to you because the music was so loud. It would have been nice when booking the reservation for a group that large that they could have offered us the option of a private room. Anyways, we spoke with a manager about it and they were able to turn down the music. We had been sitting there for about 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink orders which was a little annoying as well. I ordered The Greenhouse Effect which was made very well. It wasn't too sweet and tasted very fresh. For my meal, I ordered the pan seared chicken breast. It was very tasty, but it did have a fair amount of salt. The menu was helpful by listing what is gluten free, and what is available to be made gluten free. Overall, if I were to come back here I would want to sit outside to avoid so much of the noise. My Moscow mule had so much lime it was overpowering, they didn't ask how I wanted my burger and by the time I realized it was too late, it was well done with very little flavor. I was expecting pretzels like the ones I saw prior pictures of any help, but these are the pretzels that were served everything we had was fine, but there was nothing that made it exciting or a "must come back" type of restaurant. The shrimp and polenta dish was good but the sauce could've used much more depth in the pool and that was more like grits. It was good. Our waitress was super cheery and a joy to be around. She was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu, but everything you asked her about was her favorite, so it was hard to decipher the good from the bad. We ordered a cocktail that was delivered incorrectly and then they attempted to fix it and it came out worse. They did rectify that situation, but it wasn't a difficult cocktail in the first place to make. All other drinks and food came out correctly as ordered. Garlicky, spicy and super flavorful. Would definitely get again. Truffle fries were super yummy. I'm not a huge truffle person, but these were really good. The fries came out super, burning hot and they were well seasoned with a really nice truffle oil. It wasnt overpowering how many truffle oils can be. Located in old town Temecula...parking can be difficult at busy times. However, this time we lucked out and got a parking spot on the street right in front of the restaurant. This place is casual but clean with a friendly staff. We decided to try and share the pretzel with cheese dip. It also came with mustard for dipping. The pretzel was warm and delicious however I thought the cheese sauce was runny and was only mediocre and lacked flavor. We also shared the crab and spinach dip. That was yummy, warm and cheesey and came with toasted slices of baguette. I got a salad for my entree. It was made with arugula, hazel nuts, buratta, and beets. I got the salmon with it and it was cooked perfectly and delicious. I would definitely get this salad again. This place has a nice selection of local beers and wines. This place is awesome! I came with friends for appetizers and drinks and all three of us loved our experience here. First of all the location is perfect. It is right in the middle of Old Town Temecula and within walking distance of everything else going on in this quaint downtown area. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing with a sort of rustic elegance. I appreciated the beautiful bar and the creative wall made from barrel staves. I've never seen that before and it is very impressive. Now on to the good stuff: the appetizers and drinks. We ordered the Prosciutto and Red Wine Flatbread and the Seasonal Hummus. Both dishes were beautiful, fresh and delicious. We each ordered a drink as well. I ordered The Lahaina. It was as good as any drink I have ordered on Maui. I would definitely recommend this refreshing tropical drink. I don't want to forget to mention our server, Aspen. Poor service can ruin a restaurant for me and that was certainly not the case today. Aspen was helpful and attentive but the Manager, Lester also came by to check on us a few times. If you visit you can't miss Lester. He's the one with the big smile. The restaurant was not busy at all, so when we ordered 2 flatbreads we didn't expect it to take 45 mins to get our food. Once it did finally come out, the dough on both flatbreads was still undercooked. They were so tiny for almost $20, and just not good. What a bummer, we should have gotten the burger, if you go here I'd suggest just stay away from the flatbreads. When our server asked how the food was, I said it was just okay and he didn't blink an eye. I guess someone saying the food is "just okay" is acceptable. ‍ To say we regretted coming here for our Father's Day celebration is an understatement.
