The service & staff was great. They do bingo night every Tuesdays. We had such a fun time on bingo night. The lady calling out the numbers was hilarious. But the food was just ok. My son didn't like his Mac n cheese & said it was bland. My fish n chips was so small & overcooked. I only got 1 fish & my whole dinner consisted of mostly just fries. The fries was good tho. My husband's crushed burger was overcooked, meat patty was small, and the buns weren't toasted. We would love to come back here for the bingo night. Maybe try other things on the menu.

I stopped in last night to grab a cocktail. I had wanted to do the trivia night but I came too late and missed it. I'll have to come back another day. I love that they have Christmas decorations this year. There wasn't too many people inside, but I did come later in the evening close to closing time. I don't recall the name of my drink, but it was delicious. I didn't catch the bartender's name, but he was great and Aspen is always very nice as well.

We went to Crush & Brew for dinner during a Bachelorette weekend, and overall had a good time! Our server did a great job keeping up with our group of 12, which isn't easy. The restaurant was pretty full and seemed like a local spot, which gave it a fun, lively vibe. It happened to be karaoke night--maybe it's every night? Either way, it was entertaining, even though most people seemed to be picking really depressing songs. Not Crush & Brew's fault, just an observation. Food-wise, we mostly enjoyed everything, though there were a few misses within our group. I personally loved the fried zucchini--freshly made, crispy, and a generous portion. The bacon fries were also solid and came in a good size. My caprese salad was the last dish to come out, and while it was fine, it definitely needed some salt and pepper. The owner sent over some shots for our table, which we really appreciated! Overall, we had a fun time and would definitely go back.

I was traveling home and decided to take a walk to stretch my legs in Downtown Temecula. For it being a Sunday it was so busy and crowded with folks, seeming to do the same. After my walk I decided to grab a bite to eat before making my way home, so i stopped at Crush & Brew. The featured foods were along the lines of California Cuisine - fresh and quick. The menu had a brunch side, which had me curious about the fried rice with pork belly. Instead I opted for something a bit lighter: caprese salad and wings. The staff was very accommodating and offered me their favorite way of ordering wings - which worked out nicely. The wings came well seasoned and prepared as I requested: extra crispy. The salad was fresh, clean, and the basalmic drizzle was great. The restaurant was pretty quiet with some folks opting to sit out doors, so it made for nice ambiance and a quiet lunch.

Super cute Halloween decorations! Came to old town for a drink. I found parking right away on side street and was headed to 1909. I passed this place and honestly, it was so cute that I just had to try it out. I was seated right away. I ordered an espresso martini (which was good and strong) and the brew burger. The burger was ok but I wouldn't order it again. I would definitely come back to try other items on the food menu.

The food was okay but I was expecting better for the price. The service was again just okay. The service was good but nothing a little attention to the customers wouldn't help. The serving sizes was good but again for the price I would expect more. The ambiance was the Star of the visit. Sitting outside and watching the people was a great. Cool breeze was awesome. Overall a good experience and I would give it another try. Maybe because it was a weekday lunch was the reason for the okay experience.

The service here is phenomenal, I literally can't say enough great things about the manager! The T&T burger(hold the onions) was AMAZING!! Bartender(Jacob) made amazing drinks, we will be back, and visit their other locations solely because of the manager Erin.

Service was ok. Our waitress seemed to ignore us after we got our first drinks so we ended up just having the single round. The ambiance was pretty nice. Dimly lit wine bar look. Our drinks were really good. The bartender really knows what they are doing behind that bar. I would've loved to sit at the bar and just ask the bartender to make their specialties. We also had Vinegar and salt fries. They had to be one of the best fries is not the best fries I've ever had. Definitely recommend the fries. They have a few different options. I highly recommend the giant Pretzel also. It was pretty much a perfect pretzel. They obviously care about quality at this establishment. I would like to try more things here but I tried to wave down the waitress for about 30min. She would even look my way with my hand raised. She would even check in the table next to us face my direction with my hand raised and she would just walk by even if we made eye contact. We weren't rude or loud or anything. We were very courteous so we couldn't figure out why she was like that way with us. We felt we could've walked out without paying our bill but we are too honest to do that. We timed it as it was definitely over 20min close to 30min with my hand raised and the waitress just walked around our table so instead of ordering more we decided to pay for what we already consumed and leave.

From Chicago, first time in Temecula today. Stopped at C & B for lunch. Some thots: --the kitchen was slow but the service was outstanding, excellent communication! --ordered the fish and chips. The fries are average steak fries, but the fish was high quality. Really lightly breaded and delicious. --some people in our group ordered chicken fingers and didn't like them, not great chicken. --however, two in our group ordered the chicken wings and really liked them. Overall, good ambiance, service, and food. Highly recommended!

The food here is not up to par with the other restaurants around Old Town Temec. I have been here several times for drinks, but never eaten here. Let's just say I'm not gonna come back for the food. The fish and chips is sadly not worth it at all and the steak is really sad as well. The Slam Burger was OK at best. Don't get me wrong, the atmosphere and service was great and not a let down. Way over priced food and not that good for what you pay. read more

I have always walked by this place while in Old Town but I never went in until last night. Place is very open and looks like there is a lot of seating. Large TV in the back of the room. Bar seating is limited and curved at a weird angle and where I sat, it was slightly uncomfortable. I had the Pork Belly Fries during happy hour. OMG...best fries I have ever had!! They had several toppings for their fries. I cant wait to go back and try them all!!! read more

Came in on Friday on a horribly hot day. It was unfortunately also warm inside. We had Liz as our server and she went over and beyond to make sure we still enjoyed our time there. Our drinks never went low she was on top of it all I will definitely becoming back for more Margherita flat bread and Elizabeth's excellent service. read more

I have been here for drinks but this was the first time I went here for dinner and so happy we did! We ordered the wild boar sandwich and the Cajun fried chicken and everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were delicious. Our food came out in a very timely manner and our server was great. Definitely will be back for a date. Night soon. read more

All the protein that I had here was over cooked and chewy. I had the fish and chips and chicken lettuce wraps. But their flatbread was really good, but it was probably because I got the vegetarian one. read more

Good ambiance and waiting staff. Slow service, low quality food (cold, low quality ingredients, under seasoned), over priced. The restaurant was close to empty and it took 45 minutes from the time we ordered for us to get our food. Would not go again. read more

We stopped in being craft beers lovers and heard about a new place. They have 30 local craft brews on tap that they say rotates to keep new beers moving through. Their wines are also a local Temecula focus. The food menu was trendy. I think they are a tad ($2-3) on most everything over priced. They are capitalizing on their hip vibe with higher prices. Front St. is a tourist destination now. Staff was abundant and nice. Chairs we very uncomfortable, bad patio furniture. Too rich for our taste and the value that we expect. read more

Was pretty ok minus star for the construction going on the wall has a black tarp on it but u can't really hear any construction going on which is good . Heard they're making a speak easy at the back room so that should be exciting when there done with it . Ordered crab cakes n lettuce wraps and a bottle of meritage it was ok next stick I'll stick with the house cab . All in all it was good . Would def Come back when there done with the construction . read more

Went for my birthday and was super disappointed in the food. Had a very wimpy salad. It did not taste fresh. The vibe is cool and the location even better - I'm sure if you are going for drinks it's fine but we went for lunch with no drinks and maybe that's why it was lackluster. read more

Super busy here today had about 5-drunks yelling off the patio area at everyone on the street -biker types, very annoying. Was seated after a 30 min wait, no reservations at this place. Then the waitress came extremely nice and great customer service. Ordered drinks and appetizers. Then ordered the main course a few burgers, steak and a salad. Think it took over an hour seemed like forever. The waitress came by three times to say the kitchen is a little behind and sorry. If it wasn't for her this might be a 1-2 star. The food finally came and I wasn't impressed. The bill was over $130 and in my opinion not worth it. The drinks and appetizer was good, main course thumbs down. read more

Too bad I never got to go for my birthday dinner. Called at 11:30 to make a reservation for a party of 4 at 6:00. Was told that they "werent taking reservations". I thought that was due to Covid. When we got there at 6 we were told they were booked all night because most people made their reservation online and that was what they meant by not taking reservations. Drove from Fallbrook and just wasted gas for nothing. Won't go back until you train your employees in proper English read more

Lol waited 45 mins for a salad, apparently those take a long time to prepare. Ordered a soup and they didn't give me a spoon - the waiter said he'd get me one then never came back. Our waiter got our order wrong, never checked on us throughout the night & our water glasses remained empty. Food was alright. Paid $3 to add 3 very little, dry pieces of chicken to my salad. +1 star bc the beer was good. Probably wouldn't go here again. read more

Saturday night after 9p. Hadn't eaten in eight hours. Having a couple beers, so nourishment was essential. Knew going in food was pricey. C n B def capitalizes on this, as customers are a captive audience with few other options in the area at that time. Ordered the $13 Pesto Chicken with Bacon Sandwich. Panini-style preparation. Flavor was good, though I had to hunt to find much in the way of chicken between the bread. Sandwich cut in triangles from a 4" x 4" square. Absolutely uninspired presentation. Served on a white square plate. No garnish at all. Parsley, cilantro sprig, orange slice, something to create color contrast, please. Served with a small dollop of potato salad (from a carton. For $13 boo!) in a white ramekin placed in the center of the plate. Small? Each triangle gone in two bites. Other restaurants use a ramekin this size for condiments such as ketchup or tartar sauce. S/b $8 item, but the $5 goes to the rent. I get it, but at least make it look like you tried. One word: Chint-zzzzy. read more

What a place! I got a premium beer flight (only $10!) and the beers I chose were all phenomenal. Along with the beers I ordered we got the cheese platter (YUM!) and truffle fries! The food was fantastic and the service was great, too. Yea it was kind of loud and the food is kind of pricey but it's such a great place. I want to spend more time there and I most likely will read more

The atmosphere is nice, kind of hipster meets wine cellar There's two bars and couches to relax and enjoy your cocktails. I enjoyed myself here, my only gripe was the service. A nearly empty bar but the server / bartender never came to check on us. We finished our one drink and had to request our "check please" Still, the large selection of beers and the ambience will bring me back. read more

Lots of places to choose, picked this place because of the cool name and good reviews. Went on Tuesday after Valentine's day, so really slow as expected. Walked in past the 2 hosts that ignored us. Took a moment of confusion with male bartenders as to where to sit. Seat ourselves? Get the hosts? Finally was told to seat ourselves. Literally a few seconds from walking out and trying another place. Then Tina came by to take care of us. Great personality, easy on the eyes, knew her stuff with product and made us feel welcome. Had a really good time. Blown away by the wine flights tower. Beer flights were great. Love the ability to pick my own choices from a wide variety. Food was decent, mussels were very good. Parmesan bacon fries were excellent. Kobe burger slightly overcooked, but seasoned well. All in all a good experience that Tina made a great experience. Looking forward to next visit! read more

This place is incredible. This place reeks of America and freedom, from the dank ass pastrami and cheddar fries to the hand crafted cocktails from our personal favorite bartender in probably America (Chris). I highly suggest you visit this establishment vs the other places in old Town! Also the hostess is a complete banger. I would come here everyday if I could afford it. read more

Maybe I had really high expectation that were not met but good food and nice modern decor, with a rustic flare you would expect from old town temecula. Great bar and even a hidden speakeasy. Not the biggest wine selection but I think they are focusing on classic mixed drinks. I went in the early afternoon but I understand it is a pretty happening place in the evenings. For stars but I still highly recommend checking it out. read more

Burger was really good as it reminded us of another place. The shrimp and chorizo was very good. The steak was juicy and the sauce really good. The cubano sandwich was just ok. Lemonade was good but not spectacular. We will definitely come back, but try a few things different and a couple of the items we had today.

As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. She said "have a good day" in an oddly, irritated way when I paid with my card. Oh wells. Ill come here for the desserts! And perhaps ill give other things a try

The flavor profile was good and the hollandaise sauce was a nice consistency. Service was okay. Our waitress was nice and helpful. It seemed like she was busy with indoor tables and our table. We received our food before any silverware. We had to ask two different people before being brought any. Overall, experience was okay.

We arrived early on a Friday evening, and thankfully it wasn't crowded. Since they don't take reservations, getting there early is definitely the way to go. We ordered the Dealer's Choice, which was refreshing, balanced, and beautifully presented. We also tried one of their stronger signature cocktails, and they definitely don't hold back -- there's a reason they limit those drinks to two per person! Both drinks were creative and well-crafted. The bartenders clearly know their craft, and the drink presentation was outstanding. Service was good, although not especially memorable, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. One thing that would make the experience even more immersive would be if the entire staff wore cowboy attire to match the Old West theme. With the speakeasy setting and vintage decor, it would add a fun touch and make the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, Twain Speakeasy offers excellent cocktails, good music, and a unique atmosphere. I would definitely come back again, and my recommendation is to arrive early since reservations aren't available and I can see this place filling up quickly on busy nights.

John has that rare combination of being incredibly skilled at what he does while also making everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. Solid upscale bar food option in Old Town. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Saturday and were immediately seated in the bar area. There are plenty of large TVs, which was nice and the decor inside was very rustic chic. I ordered a Royal Maid cocktail, which was delicious and refreshing. I saw a number of people order bottles of wine, wine flights, and bloody marys, so definitely a popular place for early drinking :) We ordered the Brew Burger (amazing-the BF inhaled that thing so quickly!) and the hearty greek with chicken. The salad was phenomenal and did not skimp on the toppings at all! The accompanying cheese bread was also a nice touch. Minus one star for average service (would have loved more of the small-town friendly vibe that we received other places) and being overpriced. They charged an additional couple of dollars to have "truffle seasoning" added to our fries...really? Overall a great spot to grab drinks and a meal! read more

After 25 years in Temecula there isn't a restaurant that I haven't tried, and it seems their viability has really come down to their service. While it took me a little bit to get over to Crush & Brew I am so glad I did. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food authentic, and the service bar none. Not to mention frequent live music that just catalyzes the overall enjoyable ambience of the entire place. I have had the pleasure of being served by a few of the staff there, and I rarely recommend staff, but Arielle has routinely offered exemplary service. Coming from the restaurant industry, my family holds a pretty high standard and Arielle exceeds this without question. I would definitely recommend asking for her section if your privy to excellent customer service, a satisfying meal, and a great night out! read more

Literally the worst service of all time. Our server went on his break right after we ordered and we didn't have any service after that. Our food was so late. Multiple tables that had ordered after us got their food before. One of the orders was messed up. When we sent it back, it took 15 more minutes until we got the food back and there was still an issue. Tried speaking to the manager and he was not aware or cared about anything that was happening. We had a table full of servers and bartenders and it was super disappointing on how we were treated and any service at all wasn't present. No one on staff acknowledged what was happening. It was horrible. We will never be returning and no one else should either. read more

Great tap beer selection - we did the sampler (4 pours 4 oz each)....porters & browns for me, IPA's for my husband. We also shared a brew burger, mac & cheese and an extra order of creole seasoned fries. Mac was amazing, very rich and cheesy yumminess. Burger was ok, over cooked from the med-rare order and only half of burger had the proper toppings on it. Our server corrected the "issue" by bringing us an extra side of the toppings (blue cheese, mushrooms & sautéed onions) so her efforts and care made the burger great! Good location in old town Temecula. The wine flight we saw someone enjoy had a really nice presentation, so maybe would try that if we were to come back. read more

My wife and I frequent this place often and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. If you're hungry for a burger, I think they have the best in town! The Whiskey burger is one of my favorites and they've recently added a few different wing offerings which are tasty. Always great beer selections and the staff is great. We particularly enjoy Lisa Marie who always treats us well and remembers us. It's definitely a place you should check out. And if it's your first time make sure you check out the hidden bar that's attached. Very cool! read more

Olivia introduced us to Crush & Brewery being our first time there by introducing us to daily specials, giving great recommendations of wine and beer samples as to why we stopped there and also great recommendations to there Appetizer, lunch and dinner menu. There Parmesan bacon fries are awesome to try, they were absolutely Delicious. We will definitely be returning back. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Temecula. They have surprisingly good eats and incredible bar service! You will have to wait a bit to get seated so be prepared. Good craft beer selection and the live band was killer. From the host to the server, smiles and energy were abundant. The server was more than happy to listen and help us find a few i wanted to try. Worst restaurant experience of my life. From the hostess to the server this place sucks. We tried to order from the bar while waiting for our table, with reservations mind you, and never got served. When a table finally cleared, we had to move our own set up and waters to the table, which is all we got after a half hour of waiting then when we finally got seated, we still didn't have our food two hours later. We went here for dinner and it was such a pleasant experience. Food was amazing and nice sized portions. The sauce was perfectly spicy, the shrimp was cooked just right and it was served on a bed of polenta that was very creamy! Love the Vibe, good drinks! Thanks Justin for taking care of me at the bar. Went again for a 3rd time, my bartender was Johnny. He introduced me to this drink called the last word, and this is my new favorite drink! He was funny, attentive and makes great cocktails.
