My husband and I were in the area and were looking for somewhere to have lunch. We stumbled across this spot on google map and was surprised to find it was inside the Hilton. What a pleasant little hidden gem! Wow! It has a wonderful salad bar and they make personal pizzas made to order. They are wonderful. I only wish we had learned of this place sooner. They have been around for a year now. We will definitely be back. Their prices are great for what you get. Staff was very pleasant as well!

This place was located inside my hotel. It was late and I didn't feel like going out for dinner, so I decided to try this place on the recommendation of locals. They have a beautiful brick oven and people raved about their pizza so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the mushroom and spinach pizza with ricotta chesse and it was tasty. I liked the sweet drizzle on top and it was loaded with toppings. It was served hot and the size was great for $16.00. The only issue was the crust was a little soft in the middle, and they automatically add a service fee of 18% even if you take the pizza to your room. Overal, the service was great and the resturant is cute.

Crust and cork is located in a hotel with limited parking. Once we found parking, all was well. The staff were friendly and our server was great. We ordered pepperoni pizza and the flavor was delicious. The restaurant was well lit and I love the artwork of wine. I will be back to experience the pasta dishes!!!

Great food and great service. Located inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Suffolk, VA. After a long day of travel this was exactly what the doctor ordered. Hot, fresh pizza for me. Muscles in marinara for my wife. Both were very delicious. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. Our server, Faith, provided superb recommendations and details. Her service was amazing.

Our experience was amazing overall! We were pleasantly surprised by how great most of what we ordered tasted. Even the drinks, like the sweet tea and Sprite, were on point (no lack of carbonation there, lol). The jumbo wings were fire! They came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked without us even having to ask for them well done. They were packed with flavor. The housemade ranch was also super fresh and tasty. The menu only listed garlic parm as a flavor option. However, after our wings arrived, we were told they actually have tons of other flavors available. Had we known beforehand, we definitely would have tried more. No biggie though - that just gives us another reason to come back. We also ordered a cheese pizza, which tasted great. However, the cheese was a little tough. The one letdown was the burger. It lacked flavor and was on the dry side, so I wouldn't recommend that one. On the sweet side, the Caramel Cookie Crunch Gelato was a hit: rich, creamy, and delicious. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the service was great. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The waterfront view from inside the restaurant is beautiful. There's also plenty of parking, since it's located at Suffolk's Hilton Garden Inn Riverfront. Whenever you get the chance, make it a point to check them out. The wings alone are worth the drive.

A really great staff that's very attentive and friendly. We were staying at the Hilton and we like the open bar and bartenders. They remembered us from our previous stays...Took our family to Crust & Cork, which is the Italian restaurant within the Hilton. Large array of salads, appetizers, pizza, pasta, dishes, and other entrées. We typically get pizzas and salads, which are very delicious. The Greek salad was fresh and delicious, we had the Italian pizza, the white pizza and I believe the meat lovers pizza. A 12 inch pizza is more than enough for two people, including leftovers. Service is always friendly and very attentive. Ambience is very casual.

Came in today for a Christmas lunch! Super excited initially. However, the waitress was not very pleasant. Immediately turned off. When asked about the menu, we were told it was limited. Honestly, that should be stated online. Because the full menu was posted. We ended up leaving. Not sure if I would come back.

This was such a great dining experience! Brooke checked on our table and made sure we had everything we ordered including the extra marinara sauce!! Manager Zach took the time to advise us of the daily breakfast buffet. The brussel sprouts had pancetta and hot honey...can you say yum?? The wings were friend perfectly! The white pizza on gluten free crust with mushrooms added was deliciously!! I had a side of fries...crispy and tasty! I also added a side of marinara for dipping and it was perfect! Next time, I'll try one of their signature cocktails. They have bar seating along with tables. I like the vibe and all of the staff was super nice!

Came here for happy hour and dinner while having a staycation. My husband got an old fashion and I tried a cocktail called corked which was good. The bartender was friendly and made great drinks even though my husband was disappointed they didn't have the big ice molds for old fashions. We tried the cheddar and garlic cheese bites since it was before dinner time. They were really good, my husband ordered a second batch of them. Later on we came back down for dinner and sat in the restaurant area. Our server was nice also. My husband who loves meatballs but doesn't eat pork was glad the meatball appetizers were beef only. I also got the fritto misto because I love calamari!! The seafood was seasoned very well. I was pleasantly surprised and the calamari had a great texture. I ordered the brussel sprouts because they're also my favorite but unfortunately they were extremely mushy!! The server had them remake them and they were still mushy. That was my first time experiencing bad brussel sprouts at a restaurant. For entree my husband and I split the supreme pizza. Since he doesn't eat pork we asked for the pepperoni and sausage be removed from one side and add meatballs. The pizza was very cheesy, the toppings were fresh and the crust was really good. We quickly saw why most guest were ordering pizzas. Definitely a great spot for happy hour or dinner. We will certainly go back.

Burnt asf. Smh. They are priced too high for this shit. They would've never sent this to a table in person so why send it to someone's home.

Me and the wifes 9 year anniversary. We ate outside march 22 at opening. Weather was perfect, view of the water was perfect, no 1 was there really so we had no wait. Service was timely and super nice waitress. We both had a personal pizza. Crust had a perfect soft crunch with a soft chewy texture. Presentation was great. A must try

Very nice! It's been about three times now since my husband and I have dined here. I wanted to give this place a try ever since I saw the sign from Main Street advertising this place is opening soon. I think I even stalked the IG page. Nevertheless, three dining experiences later, I love it here! My husband and I have dined at the bar top twice and one in the booth dining area. Needless to say, we are fans for the bar seating. Now, not the two baby bar seats, but the high top seating! The decor is gorgeous. Super inviting and welcoming :) The waitstaff there is amazing and attentive. I must mention our last dining experience was a bit lack luster, but the waitress made it better by the time we left the restaurant. I must say we are fans of the change Hilton has made to their onsite restaurant. It was also great to see some familiar faces remain even though this new restaurant is here. I am not sure if this pizza is considered Neapolitan style, wood fired, but I will get this pizza every time. And the way my stomach is set up, I eat a little at the bar and take some home for later. As a result, order a large. It's sooo yummy! My husband has tried the salads and spaghetti - pleased. I believe we shared a chicken sandwich from the appetizer menu, just to try it out, that was yummy too! Great atmosphere! Plenty of parking... Saturdays and game nights this place is busy, but they usually are good about getting people seated. We have never experienced a wait. But if you love pizza, try it out. In my mind, this is a healthier pizza :) Have fun and enjoy life :)

Didn't have to travel outside of my hotel for a great meal! My waitress was sweet & patient with me as a very tired guest! She was attentive & gave great menu suggestions. She also made me the espresso martini herself! Definitely recommend this place for a light dinner & good drinks!

Cooper's Hawk has become one of those places that somehow fits every version of a night out -- date…read morenight with my husband, wine with longtime friends, or bringing along my grandmother, aunt, or mother and turning dinner into a whole family affair. The wine tasting is still my favorite part of the Cooper's Hawk experience. It never fails me. And Nightjar? That one has my heart. The brandy gives it just enough attitude to remind you that you are, in fact, an adult with excellent taste and nowhere important to be afterward. Once the tasting is over, we usually migrate to the bar, and that menu has quietly collected some serious favorites over the years. My longtime love has always been the shrimp and scallop risotto. The risotto itself is still consistently creamy, rich, and beautifully done. Unfortunately, the seafood portion just isn't what it used to be. The scallops seem to have entered witness protection, and the shrimp are often tiny and a little overcooked. At this point, it sometimes feels like a gorgeous bowl of risotto waiting for its seafood to come home. Maybe toss a little crab in there and restore some dignity to the situation? Just a thought. Thankfully, there are plenty of other winners. The burger is easily a 10/10 for me. The chicken piccata completely surprised me because I am not usually a big piccata person, but Cooper's Hawk somehow won me over. The Parmesan-crusted chicken is simple, familiar, and absolutely phenomenal. The green beans are always tender, the mashed potatoes are divine, and the quesadilla on the bar menu deserves far more attention than a quesadilla has any business demanding. Dessert and I have not spent nearly enough time together here, but I did try the chocolate mousse dessert, and yes -- she was worth meeting. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling stuffy. Depending on how lively the locals are around the bar, it can get a little loud, but that is honestly part of the charm. It always feels warm and welcoming, and somehow I manage to meet new people, make new friends, and then find myself back there celebrating with them later. That may be my favorite thing about Cooper's Hawk. I originally came for the wine and food, but over the years it has become a place tied to people, birthdays, family dinners, friendships, and plenty of "one more tasting and then we'll go" lies. The wine keeps me coming back. The food gives me plenty to love. And the memories make the reservation worth it every time.

Hubby and I were thrilled because one is opening near our home outside of Charlotte, NC. Make reservations! This place was packed and we quickly figured out why. Everything is so good. We didn't quite figure out the "lay of the land" but there appeared to be a designated place for tasting that was packed. We enjoyed looking at the "wine toys" while we waited for our table. There are sooooo many unique things that I can't wait to purchase from a location closer to us when it opens; traveling with glass didn't seem too smart. Our server was great and I wish I knew her name to shout her out. Ask to sample any wine you're curious about. And let me say... the sampling pours are more than just a sip. I was astonished! I chose the red flight as rendered. Everything was good. I'm not a fan of Spanish reds and should have substituted that one. Next time! They are so conscientious about food allergies and preferences that you can customize everything (except the jambalaya). I already knew before arriving (because I look at menus ahead of time) that I was getting the scallop and shrimp risotto, especially after I learned I could have it without the disgusting peas and asparagus (but with extra spinach.... I do love some veggies). It was AMAZING and will probably be the dish I always end up getting at the Indian Land, SC location when it opens. No room for dessert so you'll have to read my next review for that. 10/10

When I told the owner, he agreed that the wine taste was overpowering and told me they got a new chef who tried a new recipe and that they will go back to the old recipe. For entrees I got the lamb chops with risotto and she crab soup. The lamb was very tender but the flavor was lacking. It was also luke warm. The she crab soup was good but too salty. The owner also acknowledged that as well. The risotto was okay. Nothing special. My husband got the grilled bronzino and broccolini. I tried some and I liked the taste but he said it could have used more flavor. Broccolini was steamed and I wish they had grilled it instead. The bread pudding was the star of the entire meal.
