when i first went in, samara's energy was kind of manic. she was bumping into everything & yelling to her other coworkers. the first apt results were barely visible then after the "touch up" i left with these giant, unnatural eyebrows. she also did freckles on me & she was clearly very nervous to do them. don't let samara touch your face. she has no clue what she's doing & just gets lucky sometimes. she will mess up your permanent eyebrows then when you reach out after an appropriate amount of time, because she was literally hit by car while pregnant, she will tell you that you waited too long & leave you paying hundreds for laser tattoo removal. DO NOT BOOK VICTOR ALVAREZ (scam artist). I can only speak for this one artist, and not the tattoo shop as a whole. Long story short, the first tattoo I got from this guy was great, but the second was a nightmare. He cancelled on me 3-4 times last second over a span of 3 months after I had already planned my PTO from work accordingly because he forgot about my appointment or was "sick" at the time and conveniently could only let me know within an hour of the appointment. The way this sickness was portrayed to me was a casual sickness, but after I got fed up of waiting and getting ghosted months in between cancellations he wrote me an essay reply trying to make it seem like he was on his death bed (like that conman from SpongeBob) and tried making me feel bad for him. He tried to rationalize not responding to emails for months WHILE HE HAD MY DEPOSIT by saying he was too sick to respond to an email after 6 weeks of not replying after forgetting about my appointment last second. Asked for a refund after he cancelled 4 times and he said "aGaInST sHOp PoLIcY!" So I decided to stop wasting my time and let him keep his scam money. Would never recommend this place (specifically him) to ANYONE. read more

She is a phenomenal artist and does not disappoint when she is given the ability to use her skills to create the perfect piece for you. The shop itself is very nice and has a cool set up.
