Everyone is nice and it seems they each have their own niche. While I have been there I notice they all seem to be very friendly, informative and honest. Xander is great. My first tattoo here was a silhouette of my kids and he recently just did a floral wrap on my arm and this wrap will eventually finish my sleeve. I appreciate that he takes his time. He had a couple of suggestions I didn't think about, that I honestly think makes the tattoo look better than what I initially envisioned. The guy in the hat who spoke to us acted like we were inconveniencing him for simply walking in and asking about flash tattoos that your shop advertises online. Every question felt aggressive, skeptical, and unnecessarily rude instead of helpful or professional. We came in excited, polite, and ready to spend money, and left because the vibe was that bad. If customer service feels like a burden to your staff, maybe don't work in an industry where people are trusting you with permanent art on their body. Took our money somewhere else lol weird experience. Reply: I was honestly just going to leave it at that but interesting how your entire response focuses on defending yourselves instead of acknowledging how your customers actually felt. I shouldn't have to defend my experience or be told what your staff "really meant." The issue was never the micro dermal that was just our gateway to leave.The issue started the second we walked in and were met with cold stares, awkward silence, and an attitude that made us feel like we were bothering everyone just by being there. Being asked "What are you here for?" with a mean stare, then acting confused when I said I wanted to look at flash designs... in a tattoo shop...? Like what honestly wild. You can explain it however you want, but you don't get to tell customers they didn't experience what they experienced. We came in excited grinning from cheek to cheek and ready to spend money. Vivid tattoos were offering Friday the 13th specials on flash or custom and wanted to check them out. I arrived early as I wasn't sure if there'd be a long line. I have been to places b4 where the lines were ridiculous. Luckily, I arrived right when they opened and there was 1 only couple ahead of me. Of course, by the time I was in the chair more and more people had started coming in.I showed the artist Yesi, my design and she drew it out and made sure it was to my liking. As she was prepping to start of course fear crept in as it's been awhile since my last tattoo and I asked if my shoulder area was going to hurt much. She was kind and told me how she's pretty gentle handed, but if at anytime I needed her to stop, just let her know. That eased my nerves and once she became, I was like... wait?! I barely felt anything.... even when she was doing some shading the pressure was fine. When she told me she was finished I was shocked, by how truly gentle handed she was. I loved the finished work, and would definitely comeback if I get the itch for another tattoo.

Dom took my idea and designed a medium-sized crysanthemum that comes to life and really completes the tattoo and movement of the piece. The color pops and grabs attention, but also does justice to the entire tattoo. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with Dom and his team to schedule me in and give me a personal and unique experience. It's hard to say but the service at the shop has improved. My son was greeted by the tattoo artist named Culleton P. (that had remembered him from their prior interaction). Culleton was able to work us in, which was wonderful. We had just a little bit of a wait time, as he was finishing up with his other clients. As we were waiting, I was watching tattooist Sean creating a Scorpion with extremely intricate design that was added in to his previous work on his patrons sleeve. It was incredibly impressive! The shop is laid-back and has a really cool vibe. Each station has a noticeably clean hygienic workspace and overall an environment that allows you to feel extremely comfortable. What an amazing experience we had from start to finish. My son and I already had in mind what we wanted, so it made the process that much easier. Culleton our tattooer did an incredible job on our tattoos! He's been in the business for decades, so his craft is exceptional.
