When I called to find out what happened they eagerly offered to sell me 9 additional rings to get me to the 12 I was expecting. They were not willing to reimburse their shipping to me nor my cost to return ship to them although their representative acknowledged the mistaken item description was their fault! Disappointing and concerning business practice. I wouldn't order from them again.
