Wasn't having any problems with Primo, they were fine. Then late Spring of 2025 Primo merged with another company, ReadyRefresh, to become Primo Brands. Ever since then, they've been a raging dump fire. Their web site/app doesn't work at times and I have trouble with it. I paid them last month, I have a confirmation email from them with a transaction ID, and now I find they have no record of it. Turns out checking the bank account, they never processed it and now I'm going to have to fight them about a late fee that I wouldn't have gotten. They also repeatedly have show up on days I wasn't expecting them and NOT shown up on days their website says they were coming. No wonder the delivery driver I spoke to a few weeks ago said he was losing multiple customers frequently (I forget if he said daily or weekly). I will be cancelling, so add me to that list.

While waiting for my two hibiscus lychee green teas, I noticed some confusion behind the counter. The employee preparing the drinks couldn't find the green tea and had to keep asking the same woman for help. She eventually took over, but the drinks didn't taste right. There was no green tea flavor, or lychee only hibiscus (I'm not saying she didn't add it, it didn't taste like it.) Honestly, the bigger issue for me was the lack of customer service. The previous location I used to visit always felt welcoming, so this was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment like "I'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. That said, I DO want to give credit to the employee who stepped in and helped me--he was polite and attentive. As for the woman with short hair, I hope she works on her customer service approach. This morning they did not show up during the time window they gave me TWICE. I called to find out where they were and was told they had an emergency call that the installer was on. I wasn't contacted prior to let me know so I was sitting around waiting. I was told that they would try and get it done today and received a call saying people were on the way. Well, I decided to cancel because I don't want to get into business with a company that is so unprofessional. That's just asking for frustrations down the road! They didn't try and compensate or even fight for my business "not that it would have worked" but it just goes to show how little their customers mean to them. Beware! They will promise you the most professional experience you could ask for, but once you commit, they will fail you.

I've had to consult an attorney and am working with consumer affairs to investigate this further but it's a headache. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! My son who is a computer software developer got me onto the log-in screen and into my account. He complained that their website is botched up. He is going to ask them to hire him to fix it. Let's hope they hire him, he will fix it. I'm not blaming their telephone customer service rep because she doesn't have the computer software knowledge to fix it.
