Creme de la Crepe is in the very popular Marietta Market Square food hall, and it's located toward the back, near the public restrooms. I ordered the Berry Lovers crepe, which had Nutella, strawberries and blueberries. The berries were fresh, and the whole thing was very flavorful. I don't like things that are very sweet, and this crepe was just slightly sweet, so I liked that. The only thing that I didn't care for was the thickness of the crepe itself; it was too thick, and cutting it just with a fork was practically impossible. Using a plastic knife to cut the crepe was a little challenging too. The employees were very nice and courteous, and worked quickly and efficiently to get everyone in the line through as fast as possible. It was nice to be able to see them make the fresh crepes on their griddles on the counter right in front of us. Creme de la Crepe's menu allows customers to choose to have breakfast, savory or desserts, which they can have in crepe form. Customers can choose to have breakfast or savory items in panini form, and dessert items in waffle form. This business is the only one like it at this food hall, and definitely one to check out. Customers can eat outside on the deck partially wrapping around the food hall, or inside in either the main dining area or the smaller dining area which is right near Creme de la Crepe. read more

Crème de la Crepe is located inside of Marietta Square Market and sits on the back side of the market near the restrooms and backend dining area. I have never been one for sweet crepes, as I am all about savory most of the time, but after trying the Berry Lovers crepe here recently I just may be a convert! Additionally, I normally don't like chunked fruit in things...so I was batting 2 for 2 with things I normally don't like, but something told me to give it a go and I am glad I did! The good thing about this spot is even if I would have stuck to my dislikes, I still would have been able to enjoy a crepe as they have a healthy mix of sweet and savory crepes on the menu. In total they serve 18 different varieties from the classic egg and cheese to a smore crepe...and I would imagine they are all extra tasty! Each crepe will cost you on average around $8.00 with a few a tad bit more and a couple about .50 less. This is the only downside, I do feel the price is a tad high, but it is not insane. They are tasty, but not the largest and by nature, crepes are smaller...so I get it. Another cool thing about this spot is the crepe machines and prep station is right in front of you, so you can watch them work their magic as they prepare your treats! Service was decent on my trip in. I did feel the owner was a tad annoyed with me as a crepe novice, but we worked through it and I got what I was after. There are so many options to choose from (slightly overwhelming, but luckily I live close by so I know I can come back many times to try everything haha). This is a food stall inside the Marietta market. I don't know exactly what I was expecting, but these crepes were good, not great. I had Le Classique with spinach, eggs, bacon, and cheese. I ate it by hand, almost like an ice-cream cone, so the crepe held up to the insides nicely, but it was just kind of thin, crusty, and tasteless. It needed a sauce. The potatoes were fine - nothing special. The lemon was lemony but whatever was inside just melted into nothing. It wasn't filled, maybe just glazed? It was okay for a bite of something sweet, but these two items cost me $18 but didn't feel like an $18 meal. The crepe is way too thick. It's like eating a pancake and is doughy and won't cut. I'm from Canada and this is not how a crepe is supposed to be. 3 for effort but this "crepe" needs some work. I personally didn't eat here on this particular visit but my preteens did. One had the Philly cheesesteak crepe with a sprite. There were no complaints and the plate was almost clean. My other child had the strawberry waffle, which smelled delicious. The overall experience was decent. The cashier was young and friendly. The wait for food was about 25 minutes. They seemed to be backed up. I would return because the crepes are delicious however, they should invest in a larger location or more crepes/waffle makers. read more

The crepe itself was thicker and chewier than traditional crepes I've had, which made it difficult to cut through. Also, the takeout box it came in had foil under the crepe, which kept getting stuck to it. Wonder if there's a better way to package. Go for the fun experience of watching them make the crepes! I was there on the early side so there was no line or wait. I asked for recommendations if I wanted a sweet crepe. The cashier suggested the s'mores or one of their fruit crepes. I chose the s'mores because I generally prefer chocolate over fruit. The crepe was ready in no time and I watched as she filled the inside with marshmallows, chocolate sauce and ground up graham crackers. It looked and smelled delicious. However, the ground up graham crackers gave it a gritty, unpleasant mouth feel. The crepe alone was pretty good but I couldn't get past the texture from the crackers. Overall...yummy! This is my go to spot whenever I want dessert at the Market. I probably should branch out a bit, but I like what I get. Service: the multiple times I've come service has been quick to get our orders. Staff is friendly and they're pretty quick with making the crepes. Food: I usually always get the desert crepes instead of the savory ones. I've tried the s'mores and it was a little too sweet. So I like getting the ones with fruit. The Berry Lovers is my favorite since the tartness of the fruit counters the sweetness of the chocolate. They're very generous when it comes to how much filling they put in so I'm always satisfied with my order. 4/5- there can be a wait depending on when you go in and that in turn takes a while for your Crepê to come out. Super yummy! I recommend everyone coming to try it out! Eating it can be messy so you can either have your Crepê in a cone or in a box. Whichever is more convenient for you. read more

Tonight was our first experience with Crème de la Crepê. We ordered through DoorDash, and had to jump on here to leave a review. Wish we had photos to upload but our crepês were so great, there's nothing left but foil. I think the way the crepês are folded help a lot with heat retention. Both were still warm upon arrival. I had a bite of the La Crepê Club and it was awesome, not too much sauce, and the bacon was not too crispy. My personal Crepê was the strawberry and Nutella. I added a little pizzazz with some whipped cream from the fridge and it was PERFECT. Both meals were a really healthy serving as well. I really love how the crepês were firm and not soggy at all. Friends and I visited Marietta Square Market and ordered 3 different kind of crepes (not the dessert kind). The actual crepes were thicker than what we've each had at other crepe eateries (think: thin pancake-like texture.) None of the crepes had seasoning or taste. Specifically, I had the egg, peppers, onions and mushroom crepe and it was bland with absolutely no salt, pepper, or even possibly a special sauce on it. I politely and privately shared our dissatisfaction with the cashier as I tried to salvage my $10 meal with salt and pepper packets, but was met with an apathetic attitude.
