I can't say enough good things about this company and this location specifically with its awesome employees who practice good customer service with the dying common sense. No doubt the teamwork attitude has been embraced here and somehow I feel these employees need to be rewarded for that!! it is obvious that this waffle House cranks and that it is well oiled and that it cannot afford a week link. Working on Cape Cod, we studied Zingerman's in Michigan and Southwest Airlines for example, as customer service flagships, however I would use waffle house and Chick-fil-A as superior customer service experiences.
