When booking an appointment, there was a miscommunication hat the manager will come pick up the car, but ended up not happening due to language barriers. That's fine, I drove the car there and took an Uber back. Took them an hour and a half to complete my car and was told I would need to pick it up by 3:30 (since they can only park my car there for 3 hours). I had to leave work early and take Uber back to grab my car. That's fine. I didn't really get a chance to check my car there, but when inspecting my car after I got home, I noticed a bunch of spots that got missed...especially since this is a 2 step Exterior and paid separate for interior. Inside, they missed a spot on the driver side door latch and had a liquid drip spot on the passenger side. Exterior, the bumper still had a bunch of missed bug splats...not even small ones. Also didn't wipe down the driver side side-mirror so it had some white residue. The roof had a bunch of random spots that looked like they didn't wipe it clean or at all. Lastly, this might be nit-picking but they didn't clean the inside of the fuel door. For the amount of money paid, I definitely expected a better job on the exterior as it was the two step exterior. Other than that, the owner was very responsive and communicated to his staff. When I arrived, the staff were also really nice, although a bit rushy. They definitely did a better job inside the car than outside. The inside was pretty spotless besides the door handles. Don't know if I would go back as a quick wash place would have yielded similar results for much much less.

A couple days in, my fiancé went to check in because he hadn't heard anything. Turns out he was stalled because his buffer was broken but never contacted us. My fiancé fixed his buffer so he could get back to work and gave him a deadline to finish. After all that, my fiancé was blown away that he was still expecting full price for the poor job. Ronald was super responsive and was able to quickly turn around a same day appointment for a full interior detailing on a Sunday. What's unique about this place is that they come to you which is extremely convenient and saved me the trouble of having to Uber home and back to pick up the car. Ronald showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. And let me tell you, these guys are THOROUGH. They spent 3 and a half hours detailing the interior of my SUV. While it did feel long, I appreciated their attention to detail and the results were worth it. My car felt almost brand new on the inside and I was genuinely excited by how great my car looked again. The system is very disorganized as the line spills out onto the street, and it can be unclear where the line is. I talked to him, apologized and he said no problem and that I could go ahead of him. As I got to the front of the line, the attendant who saw what happened immediately started shouting at me to go to the back of the line without listening to what I had to say or talking to the gentleman behind me. Childish and incredibly unprofessional behavior, and despite the fact I've previously had really wonderful attendants here, this miserable fellow totally tarnished the reputation for me. Went to the scrub a dub in Chelsea and moved through the line in a quick and organized fashion without getting yelled at. Take your business there instead.
