There was slight discomfort but I believe most of the pain is Apprehension and Anxiety. Get rid of those A-holes, and it's all good. Staff professional and friendly. I forgot her name but she answered all my questions and then some. Gave me one of all the stickers she had for my girl, packed me an extra Coke, tucked a long sleeved tshirt into my bag and cheerfully said "I'll see you next month! You get a blanket in January." I'm a total sucker for a good blanket. Even better though, I'm a sucker for a good cause. Share your power, it won't cost you a single dime. We were told their location doesn't do those and he would need to make an appointment at a location across town. That was frustrating and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. She was able to find a vein in my arm very quickly and get a needle in with little more than an "ouch."
