The food was good here! I loved the atmosphere of the place. However, the wait staff I wasn't really that impressed by. Service was really slow and he rarely checked in to see if we needed anything. The drinks also were not that strong. Expensive, but not worth it for the lack of alcohol in them.

Food and service here is always fantastic!! Love sitting out on the patio. I always get the queso, a skinny marg, and the mini tacos and they never disappoint

Birthday dinner for 4 As we approached the restaurant, we noticed a huge parking lot--which, believe it or not, was free. We quickly found a spot and made the short walk to the restaurant. We entered and Wifey confirmed our reservation for four and, of course, we requested outdoor seating. The host led us to a comfortable table on the great open air patio where our server immediately brought waters, complimentary chips, and a variety of salsas. We decided to add a bowl of queso, and the chips kept coming--our server made sure the basket was never empty. We all reviewed the massive food and drink menu--it was the size of an old encyclopedia volume. My daughters both went for the Dragon Fruit Zero mocktail, Wifey ordered the Strawberry Limeade mocktail, and I opted for a Scofflaw Basement IPA. While we snacked on chips, salsa, and queso, the mocktails arrived first, in some tall great-looking glasses. They sparked a debate: were these souvenir glasses included or was there an extra charge? When it came to entrées, my youngest kept it classic with two barbacoa tacos. My wife ordered the Street Skillet but asked for shrimp only instead of the usual mix of chicken, beef, and shrimp. My oldest chose the salmon with cilantro rice, spinach, and roasted cauliflower, while I went with the grilled chicken chimichanga served with black beans and rice. The only hiccup was the timing--ideally, the dishes would have arrived together, but they came out in stages. My youngest's tacos came out first, while my oldest's salmon took a little longer (a couple of reminders to our server were needed) and arrived last. Still, everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Everyone but my youngest had enough left over to bring home. The mocktails were such a hit that at least two other guests stopped by to ask what my daughters had ordered. Since we were celebrating my birthday, the staff came by to sing "Happy Birthday." While there wasn't a complimentary dessert, we ordered a Tres Leches cake to share, which turned out to be the perfect way to wrap up the meal. All in all, our first visit left a great impression. The food, drinks, and service were spot-on, and our server was extremely attentive. We'd definitely come back the next time we're on this side of town. Also, the ladies ended up walking out with their glasses, so I guess they were included. 4.5 rating

We have been before but it's been a long time so we decided it's close to home and we want Mexican food w/a margarita. It's in a great location, The Halcyon. Free covered garage parking, and an easy walk to the restaurant. I had called to ask if there was a wait. No wait on a Sunday around 6 pm. Nice!! We entered the restaurant and it really wasn't as busy as the first time we enjoyed it. However as we sat in the bar area to eat, people kept coming so we timed it well. The outdoor patio seemed busy as did the dining room area but the bar was not. We were greeted by a super friendly server named Mia. Had her bring water plus she brought our salsa and chips. I loved that you have four different salsas, such a nice change plus the chips were very good. I only wish they would have been warm, but they were good. Always fearful I'm not going to like the margarita, but I was extremely pleased with my margarita. Great flavor, not overly boozy and not too sweet, mine had a float of Grand Marnier which was yummy!! I've been experiencing margaritas here in Georgia that tend to be way too sweet for me. Nice size as well especially for the price. I believe my husband said they were $17. I am so sorry but I cannot remember the young gal bartender (Christine, Christina). Anyways she was awesome and made killer margaritas. The restaurant is very lovely inside decorated nice and nice room between the bar booths. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. We shared the plate with chicken, shrimp and red meat which all the meat was cooked excellent with great flavor. It was bedded on squash, onions and bell peppers. Unfortunately it was a bit greasy but still was excellent. It came with a choice of Mexican rice or coconut rice, we chose Mexican along with black beans or regular. We enjoy black beans. Also 6 mini flour tortillas that are made on site upon ordering. Very tasty however we ordered 6 additional torts bc we love homemade tortillas. The plate was large enough to share especially ordering extra tortillas. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and escape from the busy day. Definitely will be back. I did look on their menu to see if they have Happy Hour, it does not appear they have one. Too bad but then again maybe that's good especially with those yummy margaritas. Lol. Also the 400 isn't far from the Halcyon so it is a convenient location.

In Halcyon - great location, lively place and covered free parking lot. Went to celebrate a birthday party with friends. It was a truly amazing experience. The ambience, food and service - all phenomenal! We reserved the patio place - totally secluded from the restaurant and covered place with fireplace, red sofas and red ceiling - whole setting was superb ! Very comfy and 30 of us sat very comfortably and cozy. Chips, about 6 kinds of salsa, guacamole, street corn, queso -- amazing appetizers. Assorted fajitas, quesadillas, salads - both vegetarian and chicken - shrimp varieties and the quick service with tons of options in tequila, margaritas and what not ! The food was super good ! We could play our songs outside with zero disturbance inside the restaurant .. absolutely fabulous experience !!!!

4 salsas to sample with complimentary chips!

What separates this restaurant from other Mexican Food places? How about complimentary chips with 4 different salsas? Comfy environment with contemporary, modern decor inside and an outdoor seating space that will make you want to hang out and drink margaritas until closing time! A good place for groups or a date night. Perhaps visit on a Tuesday when it's $2 taco night!! Cheap price but tasty tacos!!

Great Mexican restaurant located at Halcyon area, very nice place with latin ambiance, many tables options inside and outdoor area, service was friendly and professional, menu options is usual mexican style, tacos, chips, soups, salad, etc. we had many differents plates like pico de gallo, cheese dips, beers, loaded nachos with beef and others. Restrooms were clean. Fairly priced restaurant.

Sat down for the first time here. Out of my peripheral I see something crawling on the table and it's a roach. It crawls its way into the salsa tray. It's brought to the servers attention and he comes and removes it. That is the only thing he does! Absolutely disgusting and the most unorthodox experience to have while out of town.

Love a great Mexican restaurant? And this one hit the mark for us. Stopped by while shopping and decided to have a drink. Seated immediately on a fairly busy afternoon. Waitress came over right away with house/made chips and four salsas and took our order. She wasn't gone five minutes before our mini tacos appeared. They arrived so quickly that i told the server that she had the wrong table, but it was our order. Mini tostados were barbacoa, el pastor, shrimp and chicken -- all were seasoned very well and pretty tasty. The margaritas were really good - Perfect Pineapple and Fresca. Served in tall glasses, too, with limited ice. Very attentive staff. Multiple servers checked in with us on their way back from other tables. Constantly saw staff cleaning tables or checking on guests. I'd like to return when I'm really hungry. Saw a monstrous/sized burrito come out to a table nearby. Burrito was large enough to be shared by 2-3 people.

Inside location. Around 10:30pm on a Friday night.

The prices are alright. And the tacos were pretty good for the area. They are definitely catering to an American demographic, but it's ok. The music is at a moderate volume, and festive. I came on a Friday night, and was seated immediately. Comfortable crowd here, even sitting near the bar, not too rowdy, just hype and fun, But not so much that it's uncomfortable for a family sitting nearby. Baby changing station in the bathroom also. Friendly and welcoming staff. Food came out very quickly and was hot. Five stars.

Popped in for a casual dinner, the couch seatings in this restaurant is actually so cute. I really liked the chips and 4 salsas that were provided at the start. They were bussin' I ordered the impossible tacos, and veggie tacos. The impossible meat here is seasoned really well and has been the best I've had so far. I felt the food was tasty, and the vibes were pretty cool! I would come back if I lived here. I was pretty full after my mix n match combo of 4 tacos and a side of beans...plus the chips.

We were given an opportunity to give them a second chance. Pending new review. -------- Original review : I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately today's experience at Superica left a bad taste in my mouth. For starters, the restaurant wasn't ready to open. The doors didn't open until approximately 10:10 AM, and employees were still actively preparing the restaurant while guests waited. The seating process felt chaotic, and overall the staff appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic. Everyone--from the hosts to the servers to the kitchen staff--seemed to be moving at a pace slower than molasses. It certainly wasn't the energetic brunch atmosphere I remembered. Our server, was particularly disappointing. Despite arriving early, we waited over 30 minutes for our food while multiple tables seated after us (with different servers) were already eating. We repeatedly had to ask for water refills, chip refills, and basic service needs. Whenever we needed him, he seemed to have vanished like the last tortilla chip in the basket. The service issues continued throughout the meal. We requested to-go boxes and were handed a stack of five-plus containers, but no bag. After waiting, I eventually had to track down another server myself to get one. At that point, it felt like I had been promoted from customer to assistant waiter. The most frustrating moment came at the end of the meal. Before we had even requested the check and while I was actively packing leftovers into my to-go containers, Blake seemed overly eager to clear the table. In the process, my to-go containers were knocked to the ground, and my phone ended up falling and cracking. What should have been a routine cleanup turned into an expensive and frustrating ending to an already disappointing experience. To make matters worse, prices have increased significantly. I would not recommend the huevos rancheros. For the current price, receiving what amounted to two small eggs and roughly a quarter of an avocado served over chips felt underwhelming and difficult to justify. The one bright spot remains the pancakes, which continue to be consistently excellent. I've enjoyed Superica in the past, which makes it especially disappointing to see the decline in service, attention to detail, and overall value. Today's experience felt less like hospitality and more like hard labor.

It is an open concept eatery with indoor and outdoor eating space. We ordered with the cashier but you can also order online or at the kiosk in store. I ordered 1 chicken tinga street taco and 1 regular chicken street taco. My cousin ordered 3 steak street tacos. We added the sauces of our choice from the sauce bar. The tacos were so flavorful. I preferred the regular chicken taco than the chicken tinga. We went again 2 days later and we ordered the tostada, the gym burrito and a chicken torta. My cousin said the bread was a a little hard for his liking, but the flavor was well. My other cousin really enjoyed the gym burrito and i enjoyed the tostada. The tostada is quite messy so i probably wouldn't get that again. However, this place does not disappoint and was a great find. I would visit it again and again and again.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.
