I love cubby's and I'm so excited there is one in Draper now but the drive through is PAINFULLY slow! Like I see inside and they are all just talking and moving so slow. I hate to be picky but a drive through is not supposed to take as long as a sit down restaurant. UPDATE: I went through the drive though again and it was even slower. 35 minutes. This obviously isn't a drive through place or you need more employees working at once. One poor girl was handling everything. And she was freezing and told me she can't wear a jacket unless she buys a cubby's one. Give the girl a damn jacket it's 20 degrees!!!! read more

It's just meh and that's being kind. I also think the price point is quite a bit too high considering the portion sizes and quality.

The Black Bean Burger was mushy. The bun and fixings were great. Just cook it more and give it some texture! The buffalo fries were really good. I would def give it another try. read more

I ordered a Gypsy burger. The meat was bright red on the inside. I asked the staff if this was how they usually cook a burger. She said it was and that they cook it different here. She was kind enough to get me another burger that was cooked well-done. While I don't require a burger to be well-done, the temperature of a burger should exceed 145 degrees to kill harmful bacteria. read more

I've come here three times now, ordering half the bender bowl with chicken. I came tonight to be disappointed yet again with no chicken on my meal. I get if the first time they missed it but I've been charged for the extra chicken all three times I pay for my meal. Kinda frustrating and dissatisfied. read more

Don't get Cubby's at the Jazz games. We ordered a couple of burgers and the buffalo fries. The fries came cold(ish) and limp and had almost no buffalo sauce. We also ordered a $4.50 Dasani. They were out and offered us a cookie with tap water instead and then also told us to come back for refills if we wanted due to the circumstance. We thought this was nice but when we came back for a refill they told us they don't do refills. When I protested, two of them literally pointed me away in a dramatic attention-grabbing gesture and then rudely told me to post a complaint if I didn't like it. So I am! read more

Went to this location because it's always been busy since we arrived in town. Needless to say not sure why they're busy. I think if I was the owner of this franchise I'd take a serious look at this review and the downward trend of the last few. We ordered two black bean burgers, some shakes and sweet potato fries. The fries were burnt. Which isn't the first time this happens if you're glancing at the last few reviews. The bean burgers were horrendously under cooked to the point it was the texture of refried beans. The shakes were great but it's really hard to mess that up. When we called to complain we were told that they didn't have time to crisp up the black bean burgers. So let me get this straight, you had time to burn our fries beyond recognition but you didn't have time to fully cook the burger??? So if I were the owner I'd actually make a trip to this location instead of counting my profits because if this is a reflection on the franchise I don't think I'll ever visit a Cubby's again. Additionally if you read all of the GM responses on here they are all generally the same. Instead of "talking" to your manager, maybe it's time to get a bit hands on. I love coming to Cubby's with my family! My wife and I have been splitting the pikey chicken sandwich and it tastes great with their chipotle fry sauce! Actually, let's face it, everything tastes great with their chipotle fry sauce! Do yourself a favor and get some rosemary fries and also be sure to get a whoopee while you're at it! Ever since Training Table went the way of the buffalo, Cubbies has had to step in and fill the void. I LOVE the food at Cubby's, but the Draper location gives out terrible portions! The past 3 times I have ordered and paid $14 for a regular sized salad, they have given me a half size. The food is good, but $14 is WAY too much for such a small amount of food. Please bring back your original portion sizes. read more

First time eating here over all an okay experience. The burger was good, I had the Buffalo Blue fry's, horrible...The dipping sauce was runny and not mixed well, the fries were limp and greasy. That said my wife had the sweet potato fries that were crispy and great, and I am usually not a fan of sweet potato fries. read more

Update: This place has def become a new fav. After having a less than desirable experience last time we decided to give it another try. The kale and rice salad is so good and my husband really likes their burgers. Will be going there again for sure. The kids especially like the fruit with the kids meals. Not great. This place isn't that great to be honest and definitely overpriced. For example, for a sandwich and fries and a drink you're looking at almost $20. Also, last time I went here the customer service wasn't that great. I had to ask her 3 times to fill up the ketchup dispenser because they were out and it took them 15 minutes to do so. I really appreciated the business reaching out to make things right! They sent me a gift card so I would come back and try the drive through again. So that's exactly what I did tonight - I had high hopes. Like I said, I don't live close to this location. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from my house. I ordered my usual - a lemon chicken salad with double chicken. My first clue to disappointment should have been the girl didn't repeat my order after I gave it but at least she was friendly I waited a total of 17 minutes in the drive though, with 5 of that at the window. Annoyance set in at this point. They either need to really step up their drive through game or don't have one at all. The girl at the window (who needs to work on her customer service skills) takes the gift card and hands it back. I expected my receipt in the bag since she didn't hand me one. I get all the way home and it gets worse... my salad has NO chicken. Sigh. I give up. read more

I love Cubby's but my experience at the Draper location has not been great. My first visit I ordered the tritium steak salad. I took it home to find a chicken salad inside. I was compensated with a free salad upon my next visit. Today I again ordered the steak salad. Returned home to find a salad with ZERO meat inside. Called and was told my next salad will be on them. I doubt I will take them up on that as I live 10 miles away. Hope you're luck is better than mine. If you do get the right food, it is delicious. read more

We used Cubby's to cater a team lunch for 25 people and each person customer ordered what they wanted. We added on a "bulk" mac and cheese. The food arrived hot and was delicious. More impressive was that they nailed every order. Every. Single. Order. Some had no bacon, some had extra bacon, some had no onions, etc, plus we had two veggie orders. Everything was perfect. For a customer order of a group that size, that's the first time in I've a vendor get everything correct and I've done a LOT of group lunches over the years. I highly recommend Cubby's for both the food quality and service. We will definitely use them again. read more

Cubbys doesn't seem like it's set up for a drive through at all. Both times I've used it they have messed up my order and the food is cold by the time I get it. The drive through takes at least 20 min every time even if there aren't any people in front of me. I usually like cubbys but this location isn't a good one. read more

The 30 min wait time in drive through definitely sucks. If you order here definitely be prepared for a longer than usual wait. BUT the food is extremely delicious. They're chicken quesadillas are the best I've ever had anywhere. read more

Tried this location again and it's forsure made up for the last time I was here . The staff was friendly and we were presented with fresh food that made my tummy happy . We didn't wait long at all for our food and the fries were the freshest I've ever had anywhere (cooked to perfection ) the buffalo blue cheese mixed was perfect and I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quick but high quality meal . 5 stars read more

I rarely leave reviews but after the experience I had today I feel it's better to let the management know how they are doing. First of all. This used to be one of my fav healthy allergy friendly places. But this location is ruining Cubby's reputation for me. As soon as we got there to order. The employee who took the order seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Telling her what to substitute due to allergy was harder than normal. She kept sighing and whining about accidentally deleting what she just put in. So we stood there for at least 10 mins for her to finish putting in two salad/soup orders. When the food arrived. One of the half salad looked like someone ate half of it. It wasn't even half way filled in the bowl. Like how much does it cost to actually put in more Lettuce and of course she forgot to add extra chicken we ordered. But at that moment we didn't even bother to ask for it. We knew that was the last time we would be eating there. Now there are way better restaurants opened up in Draper that actually give you what you paid for. If the management just gonna cut corners and be content with the service and the never changing menu I think people are just gonna go else where. What a shame... read more
