It really just should have been brought out in a bowl. Our forks and napkins were piled on one side of the table. How hard would it have been to actually set the table? And no knives, which we had to ask for so I could spread my jam instead of pouring it on from the container. Drink refills were pretty slow. One coffee refill each.
