I rented here in the past for over 2 years, and I recently came back to this location because of the manager Eric. He is the nicest guy to be around, and he has always been incredibly helpful to any of his customers concerns or questions. Getting and keeping a storage unit can really be a pain especially because it's one of those things that you just have to have sometimes. I've had several units in various storage facilities over the years. They find every reason to raise the rental prices an unreasonable amount and far too often, make it incredibly difficult to get ahold of management when you really need it most and have random days that close early or are closed altogether without proper notification. If you've experienced the same, look no further than this storage facility! The manager and staff are so kind. They go above and beyond to accommodate and actually try to save you money, giving you the best unit options and letting you know when a more suitable unit opens up... just in case. They are very thorough in all that they do. The manager always has a smile on his face and treats you like family. They definitely work for your business here. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had with everyone here. Not to mention, the units and property is very well maintained. Please do yourself a favor and choose this facility. There really aren't enough stars on yelp. They deserve way more than 5! read more

Unprofessional management​ on site. Several people appear to live at the units full time. Many times I have seen people "hanging out" late at night as if it was their home. Units are old. The Cube Smart corporation​n is a good company but this particular facility is poorly managed. My girlfriend would not go here by herself as she always felt unsafe​. I do not recommend. read more

Okay so I've had a unit here for about 3 years and for the most part it's been good. The manager has a few weird things he does that can make you a little uncomfortable though, like going in a side door very quietly and just standing there listening to what you are doing and then as quiet as a mouse sneaks up on you and try's to make small talks all the while never making eye contact because he's too busy eyeballing what's in your unit. Now I was offended by this but I've just learned to ignore it, but now the comfort level has drastically changed. There is a restroom that is supposed to be open to customers but for the last 3 weeks or so itd been locked and you have to ask for a key. This wouldn't be an issue except I have kidney problems and when nature calls I have about 90 seconds tops before I have an accident. This has resulted in just that occurring. I have 24hr access and the bathroom was always open for me to use now its locked when I come. Apparently the manager had to clean up the mess of somebody and in turn now locks the restroom and we all suffer. Please explain why I have to be inconvenienced because the manager had to do something his job requires. read more

Angie and Eric are amazing! I had a reservation here to store some things I had shipped from out of state. My movers had given me a 4 hour window with 45 minutes advance notice, then they arrived 30 minutes before the time frame they'd given me. I immediately called Cubesmart to tell them what was happening. By the time I arrived Angie was ready to process my reservation and Eric had already given access to my unit to the movers! Disappointed,had a reservation, showed up only to be informed given to someone else, what is a "reservation" ? Directed to another location, why? Eric didn't even bother to look at me just stared at the computer while Kris explained, you didn't call so it's gone, would you like another size unit? explained was working couldn't return call, as I walked out then told me to have a good day...what bad customer service. He had a family function at 7pm, was supposed to close at 6pm, we hit major traffic, he stayed till we got there. He set us up quickly with a clean, safe unit at a very reasonable price. I have been to a lot of self storage facilities and it's not terribly difficult to keep the property clean, free of trash and sketchy people. You want competitive prices, and most important quality that should almost be a no brainer is don't alienate your customers. If you yell at your customers wife for the husband pouring a few cups of clean and clear water onto the pavement in the sun with nobody else around to slip or track the water in or out the facility (Eric's concern) and no grass or any sign that doing this action would start WWIII. Well, when I heard my wife make a sound as if something was wrong. I rushed out the hallway where our unit was that I had just entered after pouring the miniscule amount of water to see what was wrong and my wife who was making a very important big money call told me Eric had yelled at her and she looked as if she had been attacked or horrified considering the fact that she didn't see me pour the tiny 2 or 3 cups of water out my cooler. But she exclaimed Eric just yelled at her and we already discussed prior to this day how he's been acting peculiar walking around us more than the usual amount considering the size property and optional routes to pick from. We had our doubts about him even though our first day together at the unit was quite the opposite opinion. So, I figured Eric and I need an official meet & greet. Maybe we're getting off on the wrong foot maybe some type of misunderstanding who knows. I get to the office where I find Eric the manager along with his grounds keeper or maintenance person I don't know because he never introduced himself the half dozen times we've seen him and all he did was look or stare back after a hello gesture from me I can't speak for my wife. Buy. Back to the confrontation. I walked in introduced my self asked their names and asked if there was something we should know because he seemed perturbed and explained to Eric how our first week at cube smart self storage had been a mixed bag and was wondering if there was something we're doing wrong and that is where the first nuke was fired and hit its mark. He exclaimed his beef with the water dumping, how it leaves stains & people will track it in and out the hallways and how I must dump my water in the restroom located right before the office approx 60 or 70 feet away from the Shamoo splash spot I left according to the red faced and nearly hyperventilayltinn Eric and when I asked why did he yell at my wife when I know he saw me pouring the Lake mead river from my cooler forcing him to Dam up the entrance or be washed away forever perishing into the Pacific ocean or worst drown. Anyways, I calmly told Eric that we're sorry and didn't know and could he not ambush my wife and address me the one doing it, another man. Telling him how he interrupted and startled my wife. He continued his shock and awe nuclear attack dropping nukes all over the place trying to blow hospitals and schools. No place was safe as Eric told me how he is the manager pressing excessively on his chest insisting he is the manager with that fire in his eyes like a man drunken with power telling me how she's my customer and I'm not but evicting me. I said I thought I wasn't your customer and laughed as I left the office to get my wife but the gate was locked asking him to open the gate as he was like haha back and said open it yourself so I motioned the wife to let me back in and when she arrived I told her that he's flipped out and evicted us and acting a fool. Telling her how its not worth it because she's Italian and you know how Italians roll when there's conflict. So Eric continues his assault on all of Europe so we leave the office and my wife enters her code to open the gate and asked did he kill her code and he called her stupid as he repeated her code back to her the same time as her telling me the network opps engineer that he had her acct open and possibly messing with her access. Still drunken with power we limped our navy back to our own shores to rebuild and return to fight another day with a new high tech weapons called the Internet and Cellular networks that contact heads of Cube Smart SS. No telling how this attack on an old war dog like Eric will fare. Only time will tell for the new digital age weapons can be swift or one that takes a long time to show its results against a unconcerned upper management.
