The units are fairly standard with pull down doors. The gal we met and escorted us inside (after we called her) seemed quite happy with her choice to rent three units side by side here. They didn't do much talking -- just got right down to wrapping items and putting them in the truck. They followed me to the first stop to drop off one item, and then to the second floor storage unit.
