Honestly, I am not surprised at the lawsuits extra space storage has had in the past years. I'm surprised they haven't had more! When my movers and I arrived to empty the unit, Carlos yelled at my crew because we hadn't made an appointment and said he needed the carts for another customer. After I moved out, he claimed I left the unit "a mess" because one wicker chair remained and tried to charge me a cleaning fee. I disagreed because I did not believe the unit was left in a condition that justified such a charge. I was also unhappy that late notices were sent to my employer's address, which I did not expect. Instead of resolving the conflict, they chose to issue a refund to force an immediate move-out rather than addressing their employee's discriminatory behavior. I had #1 wire and it was clean and they had the audacity to sell it to me for #2 wire prices. Literally losing half the money. Don't go here they rip people off. They are scammers. I simply asked him to change it and first he tried to lie to me saying it's insulated and that's the price for insulation. Then I told him yes it's insulated but it's #1 copper. Then he was like no #1 is non insulated. Then I said no it's #1 INSTULATED copper.
