Garlic knots

The food was absolutely delicious! Lori was our waitress and was so sweet. She had the best recommendations. She recommended a bottle of Pinot grigio and also the penne all'Arrabbiata pasta dish. The Pinot grigio was a perfect summer wine because it was a light cold and refreshing. And the pasta dish was garlicky and very flavorful! We can't wait to come back and try the penna ala vodka and the Bolognese! Also I can't forget the tiramisu! It was so light and airy! The perfect end to a perfect dinner. This has definitely become one of our local favorites!

Cucino Alfresvo has only been open for about a month but one of my friends was raving about it and said she'd already been there 10 times. I decided I had to give it a try. I went with my mom for lunch on a Sunday. They had a good amount of traffic for a Sunday afternoon. They have inside and patio seating and we were given our choice when we entered. We chose to sit at a table for two inside by the window. Our server, John, came over immediately and gave us menus. I was surprised at how extensive their menu was. They have the usual pasta dishes, and pizzas, but they also have several main courses, burgers, salads, calzones, and sub sandwiches. I decided to have the Chicken Milanese Salad. It was only $15.99 and consisted of a huge piece of breaded chicken topped with arugula and shaved Parmesan. It was really good and a hefty portion. I took 1/2 home. My mom had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was also really big and piled high with meat and cheese. ($14.99). She was only able to finish about 1/2 of it and she took the other 1/2 home as well. Right after we ordered John asked if we would like some fresh garlic rolls. He brought out a plate with 2 warm rolls which was just perfect for us to have before our lunch arrived. Cucina Alfresca is a great neighborhood Italian restaurant! They provide excellent service. The food is good, and reasonably priced. The portions are large and they have so many different choices. (They also serve beer and wine.). I really hope they stay around for a while. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.

A great new spot to check out. We were so hungry so we forgot to get pictures of our food but I will definitely be back for more and plan to get some good captures. What stood out the most was the service. Lori was incredible, made us feel like family. She gave some recommendations and really was so attentive throughout the meal. There were 4 of us and a baby and they accommodated us so nicely. The little one approved of the food, he especially like the chicken parm. I tried the baked ziti and it was delicious. I want to go back for some pizza and stromboli, they sounded delicious. We were all very happy with our food. The cozy, nicely decorated atmosphere made it extra nice. It's a perfect spot for a date night or family outing. I'll definitely be back for more.

Chicken pacata

Had family in town & we they looking for a casual Italian restaurant after a long day. This restaurant is in a plaza with free parking. When we arrived we noticed how clean this restaurant looked. The decor was calming. We sat at a table very close to the door. The restaurant has been open a week so it was not crowded. We ordered 2x Caesar salads & a caprese salad for appetizers. For entrees, we shared the baked ziti, the vegetable calzone, the chicken pacata, and a chicken francese. Everything tasted delicious. The little one had a bite of everything and enjoyed it all though she favored the chicken pacata. I highly recommend the calzone!! Extra bonus : 10% military discount year round

Our server Lori was such a pleasure. She welcomed us with such great energy, that made the dinning experience all the better. The mussels were absolutely divine in the sauce. They were very spicy. I think I have a medium spice tolerance and I found it very spicy. They did give us a taste of a lemon parsley white sauce to try which was also delicious. The staff is so kind and attentive. Constantly suggesting what to try, and making sure all our foodie needs were met. The calamari was amazing, not oily, or heavy. All the pastas were fantastic. The portions and overall vibe of the spot is mom and pop, home cooking, and a taste of Italy. The owner made sure to greet us and show us kindness. I would highly recommend this establishment, I can't wait to come back!!!

Chicken Piccata

Cucina Alfresco is my new favorite place for pasta. Omg! My dinner was delicious ! I pondered on what I wanted tonight and decided on this spot after recalling seeing it earlier in the day. I'd also seen it pop up multiple times on Yelp over the past few months and today I happened to be in the plaza where it's located on an errand and spotted it. So I'm not shocked that this evening I was craving pasta. Cute, dimly lit place giving the vibes of a pizza spot with a little bit of "upscale DNA". I think it was a dim lights that gave that feel. It's a small spot but can still seat maybe 30-40 people. It's located in the Publix plaza next to Starbucks and Zuru. Plenty of parking available when I arrived around 8:45pm. I ordered Scampi for myself, Piccata for my husband, and Pomodoro for the teenager. I didn't taste the piccata but my daughter's Pomodoro was sweet, full of basil flavor and so yummy. I would definitely order that again for myself. My hubby's piccata looked really nice and he said the chicken was tender, the pasta was cooked perfectly and the piccata sauce was very nice. My Scampi was really good. The shrimp were large and juicy. My pasta was SO FLAVORFUL. I got fantastic hints of white wine, lemon, garlic, and butter and fresh herbs. I asked for spaghetti instead of linguini (personal preference) which made it all the more perfect. The only thing I would change is to cook the shrimp just a teeny bit longer. My shrimp texture was a bit gelatinous but since I got it to-go, I popped it in the air fryer for a few more minutes and that did it! I was in heaven. I can't take off a star for that because the customer service was absolutely amazing and that alone, earned my respect. Everyone was SUPER FRIENDLY! My order came out quickly and was very fresh! This place is a must try!

Penne vodka , garlic roll

This new Italian place opened up just this week. Came to try it out and had the Penne vodka. It was perfectly al dente and the sauce was very flavorful and classic Italian. I also had an order of the garlic rolls. Yum. Very cute and cozy place, will be back for pizza.

Chicken parmigiana for take out. Service was nice and the restaurant is cute but the chicken parm was not very good. Very thin and tough. Would not order again.

Garlic Rolls

What's not to love about this place? The atmosphere is so warm and romantic, the restaurant is clean, staff is friendly, and the food is honestly to die for! Went here for the first time with my bf and had an incredible experience. We had the soup of the day, pasta fagioli, garlic knots, rigatoni alla bolognese, and they even made my bf the chicken parmigiana sandwich during dinner hours since it was slower around closing, which we deeply appreciated. All of the food was served hot and fresh, and full of flavor. The servings were incredibly generous for the price -- I have enough for another meal! Will definitely be making this a weekly spot to visit.

I will say parking is a little terrible in this plaza, so just head to the parking garage to make your life easier. The store was super clean and they have all the pick up orders right at the host stand for easy pick up. I was immediately greeted and assisted upon arrival by the friendly staff. My order was ready by the time arrived like the app predicted and the pizza was still hot. I'm normally not a big neapolitan pizza lover, I prefer thick crust pizza, but this was delicious. There was lots of cheese and it wasn't too greasy. It was very delicious and a huge pizza for a medium. They cut the pizza into like a million pieces so you get so many slices it's nice. Definitely will be back here super delicious.

We started with the white sangria (so refreshing!), a classic Caesar salad, and Pepe's Italian salad, both were delicious and great portions! For our table of 8, we ordered five small pizzas and somehow still had leftovers. Every pizza was delicious, but the Calabressa (the special) was hands down our favorite. We also loved the Amani Della Carne, Doppio Pepperoni, Margherita, and the Chicken Diavlo. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating, and Robert truly made our night. He was attentive, friendly, and helped make my mom feel so special on her birthday. We'll absolutely be back, highly recommend for celebrations or just a great night out!

Large bay doors stay open, creating an inviting open-air atmosphere with plenty of fresh air and a relaxed vibe. Inside, every table has a view of the traditional wood-burning brick oven, along with multiple flat screens and music playing throughout the restaurant. One detail that stood out immediately was the visible service dog sign near the hostess stand. I was seated right away, and they even brought out a water bowl for my service dog without needing to ask. The server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and confirmed they provide a 20% discount for military members and first responders on select meals, which is always appreciated. I shared a large Mona Lisa pizza topped with fresh basil, prosciutto, and thick slices of tomato. The thin crust came out perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char from the brick oven. Service was friendly overall, although it appeared the server may have been covering too many tables. Drink refills were missed, and it took a little while to close out the check. Even with that, the food, atmosphere, military-friendly discount, and service dog accommodations make this a place worth visiting for either lunch or dinner.

We started with the complimentary rolls that were very nice and the butter served with them...YES!! My mom ordered the "Italian Chopped Salad" which I told her I didn't want any of... until I tried it. There were so many flavors, all delicious, and the serving was enough for 2-3 people. I highly recommend starting out with this salad (although it would be a bit much if you're dining solo). For my main dish, I went with the lasagna and my mom chose the Chickenn Romano (I think). My lasagna came out in a beautiful Staub rectangular dish and was absolutely delectable! I can not wait to go back and order this again. My mom's chicken dish was also very, very good! I ordered a side of Brussel sprouts that were cooked to perfection. We were both so happy with our choices. My mom and I enjoyed a chocolate martini as well. The ambiance is definitely a date night vibe, especially if you sit towards the back. The front is more of a sophisticated bar vibe. The service can be improved as it took a really long time for things to come out for our game but not the other table and the server seemed awkward with a few things. With practice they'll get better. It won't deter me from going back again as the food was excellent! Kudos to the chef! Parking lot in the front with free parking.

Parking was very easy to find and there is a nice amount of signage to find this place without getting lost at all. The interior was very nice and decked out in New York items. I loved that the TV they had in the place was playing old style teenage mutant ninja turtles episodes because who else loves pizza more then them (and me). The tables were nicely spaced out and there was a few other people waiting for their orders so it was a little busy. I did have to wait longer then expected and got asked multiple times what I was there for so the communication amongst them was a little rough but all of them were very friendly. I decided to get a pizza and garlic knots. Their 6 garlic knots are about $7 dollars. They were very good but I do wish they had a little more oil on them because they were a little dry to me. The pizza was very delicious! A 12 inch pizza was $17 for a plain cheese. The cheese was melted wonderfully and the crust had a nice crunch to it. my only thing was I am not a fan of sweet sauce and this pizza has that flavor to it. it was good but I don't think I would order a pizza from here again, personally. It is also a thin crust style, again which I am not a fan of, but was tasty nonetheless.
