It was our anniversary so we decided to go out and have Italian food for lunch. We went to Tarantella in the Weston Town Center and I'm glad we did. We were welcomed by the owner and/ or manager. Then we were introduced to our server, Juan. He was excellent. He was very attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We didn't have to wait long before we were enjoying warm , toasty, crusty bread. Juan offered parmigiana cheese for dipping. I tried the eggplant parmigiana and angel hair pasta. My husband had the chicken parmigiana with rigatoni. Although these were the lunch specials, I had half the meal to bring home. The food was very good. We had a latte and cappuccino, as well as a cannoli for dessert. Again, it was very good. Craving pizza this was it. I didnt think it was going to be amazing but it was. Our server was knowledgeable and seemed like he knew the menu off the top of his head. Baskets of bread to start the meal and soup. We also tried the short rib with risotto cooked in veal sauce for the gravy. Very tender. My wife picked up our dinner at Tarantella a few days ago. We usually dine there but were too busy to go there. The food was great, as always, and i always enjoy the leftovers the following day. Soups are wonderful and I always order the minestrone; sooo delicious!! I have not ordered many of their different entrees since I am usually going to re-order my favorite; gluten free pasta with egg plant and mushrooms in marinara sauce. Of coarse, food is the most important reason to go to A certain restaurant, however, the second reason would be the service. We visit this area occasionally and decided to try Tarantella's. We tried 2 pizzas and a side of their grilled veggies. There were 5 of us and no one was impressed with any of the food. After trying other pizzas and restaurants in the area, I'd have to say the chances of us returning are slim to none because there are other, much better choices. read more

He gave us the specials also answered our question's patiently. He is an asset to your team! However my husband a questions about the dessert when he was answering a gentleman whom I assume was a manager or owner picked up things from our table and loaded them into his arms. Andreas answered his question concerning the dessert. Just my opinion but I found whomever this man was rude. First by interrupting the conversation between Andreas and my husband and not at all customer friendly he was downright offensive. The personnel has no training at all, they sit us on a table and the lady took the plate where my wife was sitting but left the one where no one was sitting. The tables are way too close to each other, but they have plenty they don't use and put all the guests next to each other making their job difficult since they need to keep apologizing for them crossing over to deliver the food on the table.
