I'll be honest, I've never been a big fan of getting tacos from street side stands because I've had plenty of experiences where I end up getting sick the next day. What really sets this truck apart for me is that they keep their food refrigerated before cooking it. That gives me a lot more confidence in the quality and cleanliness of the food. And the food is excellent! Their al pastor is delicious, and the cooks really know what they're doing. Jorge, the owner, is always friendly at the ordering window, happy to talk and answer questions. Jeronimo is always friendly and respectful as well. I'm very happy I found this place. What started as an occasional stop has turned into one of my regular spots. I hope they never move!
