    Kinetico Quality Water Systems

We have done some maintenance over the years but the basic system is from 2004. My issue is with the service department at the local office. They sent us a mailing offering a free system inspection. Although ours has been working great, why not? Of course I would expect them to try to sell us something newer but I'm pretty good at resisting that kind of stuff. The first issue is they could not pin down an appointment to any window smaller than an entire day. I had to find a day when I knew either my wife or I would be home at all times. They promised a call between 8:30 and 9:30 the morning of the appointment to give us a 2-hour window. We had to book the initial date for more than a month out because of the "home all day" requirement. We booked for Oct 1st. As the date got closer, I had to book something else for the early morning on Oct 1st. The day before I called to see if they could give me a window later in the morning or the afternoon. They could not so we rescheduled. Magically they were able to push back just 1 day to Oct 2nd. I was promised the same 8:30 - 9:30 call. Having not received the call by 10:30 AM, I called Kinetico. After being passed around to several folks, I reached someone who said they've had a lot of emergencies lately and they need to rebook some of the non-essential service calls. Totally understandable but where is the call to tell me that? And how did all these "emergencies" materialize in the last 36 hours? The staff seems to have no concept what people need to do to clear a day on their schedule or keep a COMPLETELY open for them.

Found out tech would be here around 5:30. He arrived. Didn't give me time to video. When I asked if filter was ok to use, he didn't look at it, just said, 'we will see' installed it and out the door he went. Terrible experience.

Don't ever use Culligan for service repairs. It is a rip off!! The instructions the salespeople…read moreprovide on changing the water filter on the softener are wrong. Then, when a customer like me calls in to get the proper instructions, you will get rerouted to people who do not know what they are talking about. Then, they will want you to set up a service call for $144. This is just to drive to your house. Then, the technician will tell you how to do it yourself and then you will get charged another $65.90 for a labor charge for doing it yourself. Why can't the customer service people just tell the customers how to do this for "free" over the phone? Because they want you to spend $209.90 on instructions they should have given you for "free" when buying this very expensive system. Here are the proper instructions, so you do not have to waste $209.90. Proper Instructions for Changing out a Water Filter for the Blue Canister hooked up to your Water Softener: 1). Close hot water valve. 2). DO NOT close cold water valve. 3). DO NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON on top of the blue canister!!! 4). Run hot water out in sink. 5). Unscrew blue canister. Remove and replace water filter. 6). Screw blue canister back on. 7). Turn on hot water valve. 8). Run hot water. Check for leaks. DO NOT PRESS THE RED BUTTON on top of the blue canister!!! If you follow these instructions, it will not spray all over you or the wall or the floor! Also, don't buy your salt or filters or accessories from Culligan! They are too expensive. Just go to Meijer or a Menards and it will save you lots of money!

Since 2021, I have placed dozens of orders through Market Wagon's website. Unlike competing companies' food delivery services, Market Wagon does not automatically send pre-selected foods. Instead, I choose when I shop and what exact products that I buy each week. I also like that the website allows me to ask questions about products and to review my purchased items. On a predetermined day of the week, the company's drivers deliver my order in reusable totes to my front door. The deliveries have occurred on time, and the drivers have been friendly. Delivery does cost several dollars, and you can add an optional tip. During my next delivery, I leave out my totes and ice packs, and the drivers return them to the company for reuse. I deducted 1.5 stars from my review because I cannot do all of my grocery shopping here, and because the vendors often run out of particular products. Sometimes MarketWagon automatically gives me a refund, and other times I must contact them and ask.

Absolutely amazing!…read more We love that during the winter months (and summer too) we can obtain local produce to both improve our health and support local Indiana businesses and farms. We have been ordering off and on for a few months and find that they are consistently efficient, on time, have courteous drivers and a ton of great options to choose from for purchasing. We especially live that they have gluten free options like Native Bread which is too far from our home for us to make it there during the week to buy bread staples. But now we can get it delivered! We recommend trying this out to many, especially those with a desire to support local and get organic items throughout the year. Love it!

They did contact me a bit ago telling me that I had not returned the water cooler, to which I responded that I would wish to buy it. They told me that I would get an email in which I could use to pay for the machine. They never did send that email. I'm still waiting for it. I called to complain on 5/19 and was told our account was being transferred (no previous warning) and they couldn't help or start a ticket. This was after being on hold for about an hour, so I requested to speak with a manager to request a call back and sat on hold another 20 minutes to be disconnected. I called back 5/20 and sat on hold for over an hour before the phone was answered. I was informed an adjustment request to refund the erroneous charges would be processed within a week and a no charge pick up would be scheduled to collect our 15 empty bottles of water. I called back 6/5 to be informed the adjustment request was never entered. I was sent to a supervisor who gave me a confirmation number and assured me that it had been processed by her. That supervisor then scheduled a unit pick up for 6/10 and promised to call me on 6/11 to complete the closing of our account after all this trouble. I sit here now on hold (57 minutes and still no answer) because we just received our monthly statement with NO refund of the billed services that were NEVER completed in March April and May, the free delivery fee that WAS indeed charged to our account, and for water delivery that was not supposed to happen as I had requested for the account to be closed!
