Customized Keto Breakfast on a croissant
Chelsyea M.

Quaint spot in Englewood. Initially ordered the Classic breakfast sandwich with bacon & egg and that was not sufficient especially if you like bacon & have a large appetite lol. After I devoured The Classic in 2 seconds lol, ordered the Keto Breakfast sandwich & customized it by asking for a croissant instead of a bagel. That was lovely and will be my future ho to order.

Somoa Latte

Such a cool atmosphere. The barista there was very nice and friendly. I had the Somoa latte. Sometimes when I stop at coffee shops and try their signature lattes they are overly sweet, not here it was a perfect balance of all of the flavors. If you need a jumpstart for your day this is your place to go.

In one week we visited this spot five times. Definitely a coffee shop gem in Englewood- I especially liked that it was located on the charming Dearborn St. In Old Englewood. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed multiple days of coworking in their front window counter facing onto the street. I explored their cold brew coffee offerings and their delicious guava pastry- try it and thank me later! They have sidewalk seating and a nice plush seating area inside complete with games and children's books. The staff was passionate about their coffee and eager to talk through the offerings. They also offer hot breakfast sandwiches. Lastly, this spot is perfect for a walk to the new park or the waterfront military memorial. Can't wait for our next visit!

Affogato

Stopped in here today to grab some ice cream and while we are only visiting Florida for a week, Culture Coffee has left enough of an impression that we are looking to make it back before we head home. The walls are adorned with unique work from local artists. I honestly thought about buying a piece, and still might when I come back. They have some really great stuff! And while I was incredibly impressed by the artwork, what is bringing me back for more is the selection. They have a wide array of sandwiches to ice cream. I got a chocolate waffle cone which was delicious. They order their ice cream from a local distributor called Big Olaf which is an Amish company, in case anyone was interested. My mom had the blue cheesecake and my dad had the coffee. They were all fantastic! My husband got something called an Affogato, which is double espresso over ice cream. I've never heard of it, but it was super tasty. We are looking forward to coming back on Thursday morning to hear the live music and try the Creme Brûlée Latte for the farmers market. Definitely recommend this place!

Do these online Yelp reviews really matter for a new business? Certainly they can be persuasive either way and at the very least, you will gain knowledge from my experience and research. Well here's the scoop. This coffeehouse was formerly known as Irving's coffee, Culture Coffee acquired the business and re-opened the shop in the middle of October. After closing down for a few weeks the store was nicely remodeled and has a fresh, clean vibe. Importantly, the coffee was good. It was a warm morning in Englewood and I tried their cold brew. My friend, who I consider a coffee connoisseur, enjoyed sipping on their medium roast served hot. He too made a good choice. The owner was our barista and seemed excited about this new undertaking. Service was prompt and he seems knowledgeable about the coffee business. There's plenty of seating with tables and chairs inside or outside. While Deerborn is a main drag in Englewood, you can usually count on finding free parking in front of the shop. Next time at Culture Coffee I'll try some of their baked goods. We'll have to find out which items are being made in-house and which products are being sourced from outside bakeries. It's exciting when a new team takes over an enterprise in Englewood and I'm sure they'll try hard to earn your business. Salute!

Art Coffee and gluten free coffee cake

And this was an unexpected gem for my stay in Mansota Key. I love the coffee and the staff was wonderful. Employees were happy competent at explaining options. Yes they have gluten-free which is for me and the almond milk!l-option. The art filled walls and farmers market were a win win!! Also, found a thrift store that supports animals. We had a blast along this little street

Great selection of food and drink, strong espresso, and super friendly baristas. You could ask for nothing more in a coffee stop. Right in the heart of the shopping district and local Thursday farmer's market. If you need some caffeine, great place to stop.

Guava croissant

We went three days in a row. The Italian and Classic breakfast sandwich on a croissant won't disappoint. I ventured out to try the Guava croissant. Sweet but pleasantly sweet. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

Wow, this is a really good drink. Made very quickly, and not too sweet. Would 100% come back every day if I was a local.

The cookies are really incredible, best when they are fresh but ok when taken home. They are worth every penny and the wait.

While we waited outside there was gentleman playing music and singing praise to the Lord. Once we got inside you can see all the flavors of the board which helps a lot because we were helped almost immediately after walking in the door. The girl who helped us asked what kind of flavors were we looking for and she worked quickly to get us our treats. My kids ended up getting the chocolate peanut butter eggs and a scoop of cookie dough with caramel. It was a little pricey I think for both the kids ice cream was $17. Both of their ice cream flavors were spot on and tasted of good quality. Very fresh and the texture was very creamy and smooth. Overall it was delicious and we enjoyed our experience.

The line is very long for good reason: fantastic ice cream with so many flavor options! Cute story: in the long line our little girls made friends with the people ahead of us--and the gentleman insisted on paying for the children's ice cream. How sweet was that on Valentine's Day! To keep the spirit of love going, girls made a donation to a talented street musician nearby! We tried cake, mint chocolate chip, Oreo--all chock-a-block filled with the stir ins and flavor. An ice cream institution!
