My boyfriend brings his (rather nice) car here to get washed regularly. He says they do a good job in cleaning the outside and inside when he gets the Spray Wax package. He hasn't had any issues thus far with this place. The workers and manager are both friendly with him, and he'll continue bringing his car here in the future. I just visited today, and for a $50.00 wash, I do not think it was worth the value. The exterior of my vehicle is about as clean as it would have been if I went through a drive thru wash myself. They did vacuum, but it doesn't show because they didn't wipe any of the interior. The ashtray wasn't cleaned out, the dashboard and gear box, all was still as I left it. I wasn't expecting a detail job, I understand that is extra, but a quick damp towel wipe down of the backseat and the side panels, and all the dash is usually expected out of a "hand wash". If you car is not that dirty and you want it to kindof shine, I guess this place was ok but the pricing should match what they offer. This was about a $19.99 job not a $49.99 job. read more

I never hound small businesses because I own one.... But this experience needs to be shared. I took my 4runner to get cleaned off after driving around in mud over the weekend. I thought I would give Culver a chance, as it was too much to clean at my apartment. As clean as it appeared, I found a few things off about my experience here... First, I spent $200 and the car wasn't fully cleaned on the inside. They just make sure everything has that wet "luxury clean" look. Second, the detail specialist was adding pressure for a tip when I got the car back. He pointed out how much dirt my car had and how it required extra effort on his part. Last but surely not least... I had micro scratches on EVERY WINDOW (including the windshield and rear window). When I spoke with the manager, he persisted I got those scratches from the highway. No attempt to help or partially refund me after I paid $200 for a 3 hour mediocre car wash. read more

I had decided to go against Yelp reviews and give this place a shot since it's so close to me. It was not worth it. I paid for the 35$ "deluxe" hand wash and there was nothing deluxe about it. There is no quality check on the vehicles before they are handed back to the customer. Once the car was handed to me there were so many dirty marks and spots on my truck. The interior was barely touched and the exterior plastic polish was so poorly done (see pics). I had to go home and touch up everything they missed. Just avoid this place and find somewhere better, it's a waste of money. On a positive note, they were really friendly. read more

I would be embarrassed to do such a poor job at my place of work. The vacuuming was not through, some spots were completely left out, and trash was left in the car. I had to finish picking up the trash before driving out of the lot and asked them to vacuum the back seat which they had missed. His reasoning was that there was stuff in the backseat and they don't move anything. The stuff he was referring to were some reusable shopping bags and a yoga mat, nothing crazy. They also didn't touch the trunk for the same reason. I have been to several car washes in several cities, and they always move basic stuff, but this place couldn't bother. He was nice enough to re-vacuum the backseat, but the job was so poorly done, I had to do extra cleaning before going to pick up my friend, because I was embarrassed at how dirty they left it. A car wash should be judged on one thing... Does your car come out clean? if I have to do extra cleaning after paying close to $30, they didn't do their job. read more

But I don't have time it shouldn't have been left like this in the first place. Never seen a professional detail be done in 2 hrs before. It's very clean, people working there are very helpful, one of the managers (Antony) is very affordable, funny and extremely educated, so of them are people person's. They provide clean towels to use drying the spots the drying machine can't get it, towels for your tires and others for your windows, besides the vacuums and the pressure air you can use for anything you want, there's trash cans to clean up the trash you might have on your car. Zero stars if I could. I do not mind having to pay a little extra to not have to wash/detail my own car. I paid $60 for wash and detailed interior clean. You can tell the person that detailed the inside of my didn't even put in the bare minimum effort. Whatever was used to wipe down the interior was sprayed on thick and the person did not bother to wipe it off! This was used all over the interior and my steering wheel felt oily and super disgusting. Carpet/seats were not vacuumed properly. Had I paid $30 I would not be so upset but $60 freaking dollars and this is the service I receive. This for sure is the last time I will come here. My advise-save you $$ and go elsewhere. read more

The interior was not cleaned whatsoever, and they left dirt marks, didn't clean the mats, and left hair and crumbs in every corner of the car. When asking them to clean it up, they barely did so.
