I would be embarrassed to do such a poor job at my place of work. The vacuuming was not through, some spots were completely left out, and trash was left in the car. I had to finish picking up the trash before driving out of the lot and asked them to vacuum the back seat which they had missed. His reasoning was that there was stuff in the backseat and they don't move anything. The stuff he was referring to were some reusable shopping bags and a yoga mat, nothing crazy. They also didn't touch the trunk for the same reason. I have been to several car washes in several cities, and they always move basic stuff, but this place couldn't bother. He was nice enough to re-vacuum the backseat, but the job was so poorly done, I had to do extra cleaning before going to pick up my friend, because I was embarrassed at how dirty they left it. A car wash should be judged on one thing... Does your car come out clean? if I have to do extra cleaning after paying close to $30, they didn't do their job. read more

I had decided to go against Yelp reviews and give this place a shot since it's so close to me. It was not worth it. I paid for the 35$ "deluxe" hand wash and there was nothing deluxe about it. There is no quality check on the vehicles before they are handed back to the customer. Once the car was handed to me there were so many dirty marks and spots on my truck. The interior was barely touched and the exterior plastic polish was so poorly done (see pics). I had to go home and touch up everything they missed. Just avoid this place and find somewhere better, it's a waste of money. On a positive note, they were really friendly. read more

Zero stars if I could. I do not mind having to pay a little extra to not have to wash/detail my own car. I paid $60 for wash and detailed interior clean. You can tell the person that detailed the inside of my didn't even put in the bare minimum effort. Whatever was used to wipe down the interior was sprayed on thick and the person did not bother to wipe it off! This was used all over the interior and my steering wheel felt oily and super disgusting. Carpet/seats were not vacuumed properly. Had I paid $30 I would not be so upset but $60 freaking dollars and this is the service I receive. This for sure is the last time I will come here. My advise-save you $$ and go elsewhere. read more

The interior was not cleaned whatsoever, and they left dirt marks, didn't clean the mats, and left hair and crumbs in every corner of the car. When asking them to clean it up, they barely did so. I pulled up and told the gentleman the service I wanted (Basic). He then advised I go with the upgraded plan which I did not want.. I only wanted the Basic w a few add on features. He didn't seem to like that and asked to see the backseat. I have 2 kids which the car seats were removed to help clean the back seat. He made a fuss and said it will be $90 (from $25 plan to $90) It was an Asian Man that assisted me (I'm sure the other workers are more pleasant so don't want the bad review to fall on them) It was his tone and coldness that rubbed me the wrong way. I paid $80 for my car and mom's car washes (2 cars) and wanted to give $20 in tips to the hard working men washing and drying our cars, but the most I could give them was 2 $5 bills when I made the rude counter clerk divide the 2 car washes into 2 transactions so I could get 2 $5 instead of one. Have you ever had your car damaged at this ing this to me. Be warned! Check your vehicle before you leave this place but even But, as you are about to read it doesn't matter if you see it, they will say it didn't happen. When you feel like you are sitting there too long and the wash line breaks down 3 times before your car can get through...get up and go see what is happening. They had cars running in to each other and then say they didn't damage your car. To top it all off it was the worse wash job I've ever seen. I spent all of my time trying to get the wipe down guy to clean my windows repeatedly and gave up when I saw he was not accomplishing anything. Beware of Gas Hikes! I would have given this place 3 stars, but their business ethics forced me to take away 1. I use to come here once a week because of an Unlimited Carwash membership I bought from Groupon. After about a month or so, this place stopped accepting the deal, stating that they weren't getting paid from the membership company. Groupon reimbursed me for my troubles, so I didn't really care whether that was a valid argument. Fast forward 3 weeks later. I continued using their service, since it's fast and close to my house. They give customers a 10 cent discount per gallon of gas with a car wash. If you do this deal, the guy in charge will fill up your car for you and apply the discount manually on the register. Since I commute everyday to San Diego, I have to fill up pretty frequently. I know approximately how much a fill up would cost and it was nowhere near 35 dollars they charged me for 1/3 tank. I thought it was a mistake and I let it go. When I brought this up to my fiancé, she noticed the same thing! Last week when I went in, I made sure I paid attention to the amount that I was supposed to be charged. They actually charged me more, again. In addition to the shady business, this place up sells like crazy. They tricked me into getting a wax on my car, saying it'll get rid of the water marks. 150 dollar setback and 3 weeks later, the water marks came back. Last time I did that. There's free wi-fi and indoor and outdoor seating. It's fast and I feel like they do an average job. The car wash is good enough so my fat, lazy ass would come here instead of getting out a hose and bucket. A little about my Credentials: Once upon a time, I use to wash my car by hand. I was raised with the motto, "if you want something done right, then do it yourself." This was back in the early nineties when Fast and the Furious was popular, I didn't have any responsibilities, and I didn't have a significant other to cater to. Now, I will pay anywhere from 15 to 150 dollars for car washes or car detailing services. My new motto is, "Just get it done and do it fast!!" read more

This placed is a mixed bag. I was quoted 2 hours for a mini detail by Alonso who was friendly and professional (even asked medically related questions to protect his team). I paid for the wash and left for 2 hours. I came back and asked about my vehicle because it wasn't readily available. The cashier, possibly named Daniel, possibly not, said he would check and then quoted me an additional 40-45 minutes until it would be complete. I told him it was unacceptable to wait that long additionally-the place had no air conditioning and it was a hot day. He didn't escalate it to management. Whomever the cashier was he wasn't professional, and was actually quite rude; he decided to help another customer rather than get me some help. So I went out and spoke again with Alonso, who put me in touch with the manager. They spent about 10 more minutes on it and it was ready to go. The effort and service is worth the 3 stars.
