Love this place! Phenomenal service right off the bat. My friends and I were greeted right away and…read moreeveryone was so kind and friendly. They even gave my dog a pup cup which I appreciated; didn't know they offered that here! Super speedy service! We received our food less than 10 minutes after sitting down. I ordered the Culver's Deluxe Butterburger in a basket which came with very crispy and fresh fries and a drink. I also tried the Really Reese's frozen custard and it was delicious and much needed on such a hot day. I loved the chunks of Reese's peanut butter chocolate. The vibes was just so welcoming all around. First meal in Minnesota and it really hit the spot. I'd come back in a heartbeat!

When you dine in the staff brings the food out to your table. This location had a homey vibe, a lot of older people eating, and meeting up. I ordered their chicken sandwich combo and my husband got their cheeseburger and for dessert. I had their vanilla cone. Chicken sandwich was really great and fresh and crispy. I like how they do crinkle cut fries. At first looked I didn't think that there was a crisp on the fry, but I was surprised that it actually had a good amount of crisp for how light the color was on the fry. Their ice cream/soft serve is really creamy and delicious. You can definitely tell it's a higher quality of than other fast food places. Overall 4/5

The food was perfect, the people who work there is perfect, everyone LOOKS perfect, so attractive. And it was such an awfully amazing experience. I will never forget it. Anita is a joy (she was my order taker) lovely chats and gay meetings! I got a single chicken nugget and a diet coked sprite. So delicious. Highly recommend, and the llamas and tigers were so cute to pet (:

It was not a pleasure dealing with the staff and lack of management at this location 3/9-3/10/2026…read more I went in last night (3/9) with my girlfriend to try out the new frosted lemonade. We ended up waiting in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes. Upon ordering we had made up our mind on what we wanted to place for our order. I asked for 2 four piece chicken strips, no meal, an eight piece nugget, no meal and a straw berry frosted lemonade. Once I got home I was unpleasantly surprised that our order was incorrect. No worries people make mistakes. When I gave the store a call no one picked up so I left message. Today 3/10/2026 I went in to address my issue to a manager. When I spoke to the cashier she told me to wait while she got the manager. While waiting in line I noticed the manager was standing around free of doing any tasks. The nice lady at the cash register went up to him with my receipt to tell him that I came in for a refund. He then sent which seemed to be the shift-lead to come talk with me. I told her the issue and she went back to the manager to ask what to do? All I wanted was a refund. I find the game of telephone when there is a unsatisfied customer to add insult to the problem. The shift-lead was a nice lady as well but she said that management is unable to refund my order. I found that to be unprofessional since I came into the location within 24 hours of ordering from here. She said that management does not refund orders after the day is done. The thing is I ordered at 8:13pm and by the time I got home it was past 8:30pm so I gave them a call to address my issue, which no picked up. Today when I went in I asked if their phone works which the shift-lead said yes. To verify that I actually called the store she asked me to recall in the moment to be sure. Before doing so I showed my phone call log which verified I called at 8:35pm. I also left a voicemail message so that there wouldn't be any confusion today (3/10) when I went in. Today when speaking with the shift-lead I was informed that their voicemail isn't available for them to listen to?? At this point I was beyond dissatisfied with this locations lack of professionalism. I asked for my refund because I did everything possible on my end to verify that I'm telling the truth. I was feeling gas lit as if I did something wrong. I guess I should've verified that my order was correct before going home but in reality after paying money for a service I thought it'd be done for me. I guess it's my fault for not making sure in the moment they did their job correctly. Once I got home I clearly realized that they were not doing their job correctly so I called to address. My call was not answered even though the shift lead and I both heard their phone does ring lol. It's fine again people make mistakes but what isn't fine is the lack of accountability and professionalism that took place afterwards. Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. I've been a manager for multiple companies and never would I find the "customer service" that was given to me to be professional, nor acceptable. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. Their resolution to this was to give me a "Be our guest" card which has 3 listed items on it, none of these items contain the actual item they messed up on. All of this could've been resolved satisfactorily by either picking up the phone the night of me calling or by refunding me the following day. Again neither of these things happened!

Quite honestly, there are very, very few places that serve a good roast beef sandwich in the North…read moreStar State. Granted, I grew up elsewhere, so my tastes were forged differently than most Minnesotans, but I have persisted on my quest for great RARE and thinly sliced roast beef for the last 40 plus years. In my opinion, only two places qualify as great: Wally's Roast Beef in Bloomington and Maverick's Real Roast Beef in Roseville. Morts in Golden Valley used to be good, but then it went downhill and closed in 2023. Wally's is a funny, little place. First of all, it's located inside the Southtown Office Park Building. Go to the back (south) side of the building, go inside the door and it's immediately on the right. It's only open for lunch and it's closed on Saturdays. You will find it off of 494 on Penn Avenue. Wally's does that 1950's vibe and they specialize not only in Roast Beef, but also ham, turkey and a variety of soups. They also have daily specials as well as Blue plate, Red plate, and Green plate specials. One is meat loaf, one is roast beef, and one is turkey. They explain which is which on their website, but not on their restaurant board, which is insane, but is one of their quirks. Most importantly, the food tastes home-made, is excellent in terms of quality and taste and the prices are reasonable. C'mon, what more do you want? They have good milkshakes and tasty fries too. I think this place is a gem and I highly recommend it.

The French dip was good too, especially with that horseradish sauce- that will clear your sinuses up! Not the weak stuff.
