We just left, ordering about 45 minutes before closing. Maybe they were just tired but they told me to pull forward and park for our food and closed the door forgetting to give me my credit card. We're regular visitors to Culvers in various locations around the country.. This time, the order taker botched our order completely, after just getting the order wrong for the person ahead of me inline. When she read the order back to me it was correct, but she got it wrong when she input it into her register. (How does THAT happen?). When she told the prep person to fix the order, she got that wrong too, which made it even worse. We decided to just leave with what they gave us instead of trying to get it fixed. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've had at Culver's. I ordered two bacon double deluxe combos one without bacon and the other was supposed to be onion rings instead of fries. When order came it had fries in which I informed the team member ( Jasmine that it should've been onion rings and gave the receipt . She informed Meghan the supposed manager who behaved rudely by coming to my car asking for the fries, which we never asked for! I gave them to her and she stated it will be 1.30 cents up charge for the difference. The 1.30 is not the issue but the way she went about it was unprofessional, unkind. When you make a mistake you apologize not patronize or be condescending to a customer. I got out of my car to go inside to pay for onion rings and she had nerve to hand me onion rings that had been sitting there 10 min I gave them back and asked for fresh ones. after her stating to me that they were made when I ordered the combo's! I insisted on fresh ones waited again while my daughter ate her whole burger without her side of rings. A real manager would have apologized on behalf of her team and not throw them under the bus . Also a real manager would have brought the onion rings to the car when they heard about the incident, not asked for fries that wasn't ordered! I came through the drive thru not to get out my car. If she was supervising properly the oversight would not have happened in first place! The continuous have a nice day being a ugly person. The food was good but what really was cool was the manager was very nice. Most will just "do there job" and make sure everyone is good but she took time to ask about my plans. Four visits in a row our double cheeseburgers were ordered "Well Done", they were very close to burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Four times in a row we asked that the burgers be redone. Each time the replacements are sort of acceptable. The cook needs to turn the grill down and return to the prior way of cooking burgers, they were juicy inside with a brown caramelized outside. We also had a Concrete mixer as a follow-up, it came very over mixed the red raspberries were gone and the contents of the cup looked grey in color. The taste was unidentifiable. The custard was grainy, it left the spoon greasy. My guess is the mix spilt or the crew was not watching the equipment close enough. The whipped cream on the top was a puddle of white shapeless mess. It's really good to have a burger alternative. Actually, to be fully honest, if In-n-Out opened across the street from my burger place I'd close down and cut my losses! This place though was crowded on a Sunday afternoon and everyone looked happy. My experience with their customer service was perfect. Perhaps the assistant manager learned something from the previous Yelper's bad experience When a nearby table's order had some issues, the server practically insisted that he be allowed to make it right. I stoped by this afternoon to have lunch with my dad and our cashier Lizbeth was very friendly, there was a accidental mistake made when placing our order. Which is not a problem we are human 2 other employees walked over to help her but since they weren't managers they couldn't help, CIERRA the "manager" came over and was very rude from the beginning she was not friendly she kept talking over my dad and had a very rude attitude when attending us even in front of the employees. The last two times I have gone through the drive-thru here, they have messed up my order. This last time, I arrived home to find they did not include cheese curds and I was missing the sauces for the chicken tenders. The person delivering the food to the car seemed grumpy. When I called to complain, the person I spoke to asked me to wait for the manager, and I could hear her in the background saying, "Can *you* talk to her?" The manager (if it was a manager) put me on hold to look up my order and I apparently was not charged for the missing cheese curds, but no word on the missing sauces beyond "we'll try to do better next time." Ummm, okay...that doesn't help me now, but all right. Onion rings were only lukewarm. Frankly, the food here is way too expensive for that kind of quality and service--apparently management doesn't care. We won't be back. P.S.--In-N-Out Burger is right across the street...do yourself a favor and go there instead. Less expensive, better food, and way more service-oriented. UPDATE/EDIT: I am changing my review to three stars because the actual owner immediately responded and tried to rectify the situation. I plan to give them a month or so before trying them again to see if the service improves. I will say that when I first moved to Casa Grande, Culver's was one of the most consistently good fast food experiences, and I was willing to pay a little more for it.
