We enjoy Culver's and this was our first time visiting this particular franchise. We were greeted by a very friendly employee at the counter, one who exhibited great patience while we negotiated with a child's order. The food came out in a decent amount of time and was very tasty, as per the Culver's standard (with us anyhow). The wee one devoured everything, which is always a good sign from a finicky child. My wife and I couldn't figure out how they made it so bad. Very small, hamburger patty Very thin, nothing to it. The bread was soggy and so pressed down it was maybe an eighth on an inch thick. As far as fast food places, this one has well cooked fresh food, it is clean, the people are well trained and friendly. What more could you ask for when looking for a quick meal?! Plus their menu is quite extensive and with different enough items to make it worth a visit. For these reasons I'd pick a Culver's over other dirty disgusting burger or taco franchises any day! Ate there 3/10/2026 drive thru. Was slow. Had to repeat "Senior citizen " four times. Ordered Butter burger with bacon, boom boom sauce, onion rings and shrimp for dinner. At 2am had food poisoning and knew it was the Culver food. The burger had an off smell, the boom boom sauce was old tasting, the bottom of the bag onion rings had a burned pile of no onion crispy shell crust. I will not eat there again. This Culver's location deserves a glowing review! It was my first time here and my first time to any Culver's for that matter. I didn't know what to expect or even what to order. Steve greeted us at the door and he was so friendly and kind he explained all of the options and gave us some great suggestions, we chose to get the Mushroom Swiss burger, some Wisconsin cheese curds, and the pretzel and cheese bites. All of them were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! Staff members came by and asked us how we were doing during the meal and even brought us extra condiments. The service here is better than a lot of places staffed with waiters and waitresses in my opinion. Plenty of parking out front and a nice outside patio to dine on as well. Super clean and tidy venue. I don't usually go out of my way to review fast food joints or large chains but this one is one of my favorites. First, the food has always been damn good! The burgers, corn dogs, fries, ice cream, chicken tenders, heck even the shrimp basket meal is all really good and affordable, there's a bit of effort it seems to keep quality control high at this location. The service has always been phenomenal and prompt whether we're dining in or going through the drivethru but if Chick-Fil-A's niceness is the standard for top notch service then these guys and gals meet that standard as well. The inside of the restaurants is what you'd typically expect, busy! I like the different seating options and the booths but I guess maybe having a better layout for the drink machine would be better. I don't have many complaints, but it's fast food, I prefer to support local mom and pop shops when I can but this place doesn't miss and employs the younger folk in our community. read more

I came here after working an eight hour shift because I was starving and all I wanted was a simple meal. I ordered a single burger with all the toppings. I get home and they completely screwed up my order. They gave me a double which was super greasy and disgusting. It had no lettuce no tomato. It had very little onion. I had to throw the damn thing out and it's not convenient for me to drive up there to have them remake it when I already had to sit for 10 minutes to wait for them to make the order that they messed up but with traffic and everything it's not convenient to go back so I have to wait two days before I can go back and get a refund because that will be the next time I'll be up in that area.This is completely unacceptable. Okay I came here for a hot fudge sundae since their commercials tout there frozen yogurt as being the Best! Well, I can honestly say it was the worst hot fudge sundae I think I've ever eaten. Maybe one scoop of hot fudge which wasn't even hot. The yogurt was bland and hardly any caramel or pecans. $7 and never want to go back again. We kept seeing the commercials for Culvers on TV and was very interested in their fish. Having spent four years in Southern Wisconsin 1974-1978, we had never heard of Culvers but before their time. We were familiar, however, with fried cheese curds, and couldn't wait to try theirs. Stopped by after church, our weekly outing with family, but a little further than we usually drive. My wife, daughter, granddaughter and I made the trip. A little concerned that they were very busy but only one of the four registers open, but only about a 5 minute wait. The wait time did give us needed time to glance over the menu choices. Granddaughter chose the Kid's Burger with only ketchup and pickles. Daughter went for the Cranberry Bleu Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese dressing. My wife opted for the Culvers Deluxe Butter Burger with everything. I was surprised she didn't order the Roast Beef Sandwich, a big fan of roast beef, but glad she did. I wanted to try a bite! I had looked at the Fish Sandwich but opted instead for the Fish Dinner with coleslaw. I also ordered the Cheese Curds, of course. My daughter was too young to remember them and granddaughter had no idea what they were. We poured our drinks from the self service bar and retrieved napkins and ketchup. Not long and our meals arrived. Salad looked and tasted fantastic. Butter Burger was really good too. But that fish dinner was The Best I've had at any fast food restaurant. Not a flaked and pressed fish "patty" like others have but wonderfully fresh and delicious actual filet of fish. I wanted the 2 piece dinner but my daughter wanted to try it also, so I ordered the 3 piece. And good thing I did - she loved it! Of course my wife and granddaughter needed to try their ice cream. My wife chose the flavor of the day Butter Pecan, with chocolate syrup. And our granddaughter got chocolate with strawberries. I did try a bite of my wife's ice cream - it was superb! So creamy. Culver's has the best cheeseburgers in the fast food business, in my humble opinion. I read an opinion one day that listed all the hamburgers cheeseburgers in the country, Culver's was the number one, and I can't disagree. To me there is nothing better than a double butter burger, with cheese of course. It comes with red onion, lettuce, tomato with mayo and ketchup. Same clean appearance, same tidy dining area, same quasi friendly employees running around with food trays, etc. The one fella who eventually brought out our chow was hospitable enough, offering to fetch anything else we might've needed. Queen Bee had simple butterburger basket. Single patty with American cheese; standard toppings with no changes. It tasted like a run of the mill Culver's burger; meh! Personally, I think our previous visit provided a better burger bargain. I opted for Wisconsin sourdough melt; that only has cheese and grilled onions on, uh, grilled sourdough. It wasn't bad, but not great either. Certainly not worth $8 price tag in my book! It had one anemic, sorry under-seasoned under-charred meat puck with just a couple of grilled red onion slivers. The highlight of my experience, you ask? The fries weee actually hot and somewhat crispy. They have crinkle cuts as their standard side; lightly salted and not mushy, cold crappy fries like so many so called fast food places. One can upgrade to other sides for an extra charge (onion rings and cheese curds are popular). We chose not to do so. Other part of the good news was the fact that they give little game cards to customers. Mine wound up being a $1 off coupon for my next burger basket. I have ordered via the drive-thru a couple times in the past without incident, however, yesterday I never received my order. My order was taken quckly by a person outside and I paid for it by credit card (which apparently was my mistake-the cars waiting in the regular line to pay cash were able to just pull forward and receive their food). I have only had wonderful experiences at this Culver's, the food is amazing, I always get the burger with bacon and cheese and fries. Some times I get the cheese curds they are SO good. Karen checked me out today through the drive through and was so friendly even after I needed to alter my order at the window. She was helpful and quick. Apparently it is done weekends and at certain times during the day, but not a fan of having to give my order to a person standing outside at the drive up. If you are trying to copy your competition, please stop, because there's a reason why a lot of us do not like them and it's not just the food. Not to mention the poor employee l assigned to standing outside in the baking hot sun or pouring rain...Your customers do not need to give their order to a person. I'd never heard of Culver's before I started passing by this one on Gulf to Bay Boulevard. I tried it for the first time about a month and a half ago, and now Culver's is one of my favorite fast food chains. I've been to this location about a half dozen times already, trying their ButterBurgers, pork loin sandwich, shakes, ice cream and concretes, and I've loved everything. The ButterBurgers' flavour reminds me of the burgers my mother used to make - and she was a good cook. The interior is nice for a fast food place, with lots of comfortable booths. They also have outdoor tables with shade. And even though Culver's seems like a higher end fast food place, they have low-end fast food prices. read more

Best burger I've had! Delicious and kids love it too. Ice cream is great as well. We have been twice while visiting here. Service is friendly. The first time we had it to go but the second time we ate inside and it was the standard burger place setting but clean, with cute art and friendly service.
