I haven't been by in a while so I stopped in to get one of their Gyros and fries. Their Gyros are awesome! Although a bit pricey, you get a lot of gyro meat and it's a big, filling wrap. They still have shoestring potatoes. I always ask for them to extra crispy and they kindly oblige. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always tidy. There's a guy there with a hat on always sticks, his tongue out, always cracking jokes with this other guy and somehow it always times it basically spits all over your food when he's wrapping it up other than that everything else is on point, but I'm not gonna risk H. pylori all sorts of E. coli all sorts of stuff so for that reason, I will never be back. They serve up excellent gyros and cheesesteaks here. The dine-in area is always clean and the service is fast and friendly. They do have a drive-thru as well. Back around 2008-2009 I used to eat at Seminole Subs & Gyros quite regularly. I had a job near their store on Seminole Blvd. and it was handy for me to have lunch there. I am quite habitual when it comes to my favorite foods, I liked the Tuna Sub- and I remember it was about $9.00 for the sammich, fries and drink back then. Today it was $15.00 for the same food!!! WTF!!! I went into this Seminole Subs & Gyros and ordered the Tuna Sub with fries and a drink. Seminole Subs & Gyros puts tomatoes, cheese, some type of dressing and lettuce on their Tuna Subs. I asked for NO tomatoes, cheese or dressing. That's 3 things they DID NOT PUT on my sub. I asked for green pepper to be added to my sammich. The lady told me that would cost an extra .99 cents (a dollar!) I thought about it for 2 seconds and I said "So, you're subtracting 3 items from my sammich that in Seminole Subs & Gyros eyes are apparently worth .99 cents each (a dollar each!), but to add 1 item your charging me an additional .99 cents? (a dollar!) She genuinely sounded embarrassed and apologetic about this situation and told me she had no control over it. There was no way to ring in the "add green pepper" key without incurring the .99 cent (a dollar!) charge. So, to be clear, I saved Seminole Subs & Gyros $3 by subtracting 3 items, BUT YET THEY CHARGED ME A NET EXTRA .99 cents FOR ESSENTIALLY SUBSTITUTING 1 ITEM IN PLACE OF 3!!! Food is almost always pretty good. Prices have gotten higher which I understand with the cost of groceries but the take out menu has no prices on it. The breaded mushrooms have been very salty the last 2 times I got them so can never eat more than a few. The dressing for Greek salad I never use because while the herbs are good it has to much oil! Fries sometimes are a little soggy and fried enough but I tell them extra crispy and then they are perfect! They do "forget" to put stuff in take out bags so always double check your order! Came through the drive thru on my break one day and ordered a sweet tea, five wings, and a cookie and wasn't very impressed. The wings were salty and overly crunchy to the point that they started to destroy the roof of my mouth while eating them. The cookie was huge and full of peanut butter, but it was crushed to little pieces and wrapped in plastic wrap to save its shape. The best thing I ordered was the sweet tea which I should have gotten in a size large since it was some of the best sweet tea I have ever drank. I'm pretty sure i'll be back due to the fact that this place is very close to my job, has a drive thru, and the sweet tea is very good. I have been going to Seminole subs for years all locations decided to stop at the one on Missouri and get a sandwich it was late at night I didn't get a chance to eat it till 11:00 when I did get to eat it it was just me there was no dressing on it which makes it a dry sandwich with meat and bread the manager calls me back said they had it on video they claim that there was lettuce onion dressing all that stuff on the sandwich couldn't be further from the truth I'm not going to argue with him I just no longer will go to that location for any of my food needs kind of being petty over $11 sandwich that I had to throw in the trash cuz it was so dry you could not eat it the nerve of him to call me and tell me that all that was on there that they had it on video tape yet I'm the one that didn't eat it because it didn't have anything on it was kind of absurd I'm a business owner too and I can understand employees make mistakes but don't call a customer who spent their hard-earned money on your product and it wasn't correct and call them a liar I should dig it out of my trash can and bring it to him but I don't want to waste my time read more

Great place to stop in for a quick casual lunch or take it to go. Discovered it a few years ago with my teenage son- he loves it. Lots of workmen types come for lunch cause it's good for subs- gyros etc. My husband had the cheesesteak and it smelled delicious and he enjoyed it. I had the Greek salad with chicken on top. It was large and very fresh- tomatoes here are always red and tasty not barely pink and flavorless! The grilled chicken they use for chicken gyros and topping the Greek salad is seasoned well and my favorite. The place is small and bright- great pita too. Counter help is friendly and good parking. **Hands down the BEST cheesecake I've ever had. Cheesecake and potatoes are my two favorite foods. I have eaten here wayy to many times to have not tried this. If you haven't tried the cheesecake your missing out on mouth watering goodness. I do not think I can ever leave this place without taking home a slice. I'm addicted. I eat here at least 2/3 times a month. I first found this place two years ago. Food is always good and consistent in quality and portions. I order the same things when I come. The owners are very nice and always recognize me. I used to visit the seminole blvd location but I noticed them to be inconsistent. This location and seminole blvd are equal distances from my home, so it's not a big deal coming to this location instead. I like this location best. I order the chicken bacon ranch sub and add white American cheese. Literally the best sub I've had. It's a lot of food so I recommend sharing half if you order anything else. I get French fries a lot and a side of the homemade ranch dressing. They have the best ranch dressing. I have never tasted better. I have even bought a whole lb to bring home to use for salads. It's that good. If I'm trying to be healthier I order just the chicken meat with mushrooms and onions. It's delicious. The salads, fried mushrooms, brownies, Cuban, chicken gyros, tenders, works steak and sweet tea are all things I've tried and enjoyed. But the CBR is the best! This is the best one of the three locations in my opinion. It's not cheap at the same time not over priced either, especially since the portion sizes are quite large. They make all of their dressings in house and if you're a ranch dressing whore, such as myself make it a point to check theirs out. It's fabulous. Salads are always fresh and tasty, as are the sandwich breads. The Italian is a stand out. The super sub, which is basically the Italian with extra meat and cheese is every mans dream sandwich. Seriously, it's a beast. Gyro's are great and they don't skimp on the meat. Their cheesesteak comes with mayo lettuce and tomato which I thought was strange so I ordered mine with mushroom and onion only and I thought it was very dry. I'm sure that's the reason for mayo and veggies. I will not order this again. TIP: They have a punch card and after 12 you get a free sub BUT you have to ask for one, they won't offer. read more

Interestingly enough only 1 of them is located in Seminole, Florida the best thing about this place is everything they serve is made while you wait so it's fresh and hot. I have never had a bad sandwich and their steak n cheese sub is delectable. They have a drive thri that makes pick up easy. They have inside seating as well. Seminole subs has the best home made ranch sauce I've ever had! I have tried the gyro, grilled chicken salad, cheese steak, wings, onion rings, mushrooms, brownies and baklava. They are all amazing and the grilled chicken salad with their home made ranch always hits the spot. I wish they had baklava cheesecake like their online menu says, but they don't. They often have but one get one free gyros and free drinks with rotating specials. My family also loves to come here when they are in from out of state. read more
