The cashier, Dominique, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu options. The atmosphere is very quiet, maybe too quiet. Something to liven up the place would definitely be recommended. be careful at this place. I ordered delivery with them. They were missing an item which were the fries, which is fine. However, the salad had hairs in it. I called the store spoke to the general manager named Myra and she couldn't care less. There was several issues, unfortunately when spending $70 you expect it to be edible....the Swiss and mushroom burger was cold stale and bad, the shrimp very mediocre as well. The only good thing was the added piece of cod. None of the sauce asked was right, when stepping inside to show and complain, got even more upset with the excuses they try to give. I've been going to Culver's location all around Florida for the better half of three years when I found them in Tampa... I was so excited to know that they had opened a location near me and Cooper city!! today I had one of the worst experiences with the actual owner... The food was not fresh and I brought back the order in Tact everything was in the bag and he refused to remake the order... Losing a customer who comes there at least once a week with multiple people at a time... The service could use a little work since most of the people working in side are young children that are probably in high school... They continuously get orders wrong or don't know how to handle the drive-through guess... Even though that's the case we still come and show them support since they are the closest location to us outside of Margate location (which is by far the best.) We spend $30 an order and today im officially done with them. So rude and unfriendly. Maybe the owner was having a bad day but if I said we got food that wasn't up to standards a couple hours ago. Bring the entire bag with the food barley touched why wouldn't you make the meal again that costs you $2 to make and you charge me triple that. Very bad taste on their part today. Sad and pathetic... At first, I was thrilled about having a Culver's so close to home. Now, the novelty has sort of worn off and I don't go there as much. The grilled chicken sandwich is all I've ever ordered (other than fries) and it's not bad. The fries are good and their diet root beer is awesome. However, they are very slow. It sometimes feels like it takes forever for the food to get to the table. There was one time where they forgot about our order although one staff member apologized profusely. At night, the line seems to be much longer than during the day. I will keep eating here. I just won't go as much as when it first opened. I like how they offer coupons. read more

I had never been to Culver's before but heard of it (can't remember how). I ordered a double butter cheeseburger with only lettuce, onions & mayo and a small vanilla custard with hot fudge and hot caramel on the side. The servers were nice. I told the cashier it was my first time at a Culver's and asked her what the difference between a butter burger and regular burger is and she said there is no difference; all their burgers are butter burgers bc they toast the buns with butter. In case anyone was wondering. The burger wasn't bad. I'd say it's comparable to your typical chain fast food joint but it's def much much better and fresher than other fast food burgers like McDonald's or Wendy's. I like that you can substitute American cheese for other cheeses like cheddar at no extra cost. I glanced the menu and saw they have a really good kids meal with lots of options (burger, cheeseburger, tenders, corn dog, fries or applesauce etc) so def seems like a good option for the kids. We stopped in to Culver's for a late lunch on Sunday. The restaurant is fairly modern and navigating the menu options was relatively easy. We had the single burgers with the typical fixings, with side orders of french fries. I must admit, this locale was just okay. The burgers were fresh, but lacked seasoning. There was very little that was noteworthy about the meal itself. Is kept it simple with the double butter burger crinkle fries and vanilla shake. Burger is smashed down on buttered toasted roll. Juicy flavourful and maybe the best fast food burger I have ever had blows away in an outburger. Fries were hot fresh crispy tasty, Milkshake was off the charts. 5 stars for food and service. Growing pains for sure as they were out of the dispencible ketchup and whoever designed the napkin holder is clueless napkins drop into holder cant be retrieved thats meant to be horizontal. The only issue I ever had is if you go on drive thru it kinda takes a long time because apparently everything is made fresh. So don't be in a rush allow the extra time for drive thru orders. We are very happy to welcome Culver's to Cooper City! As far as I know this is only the second location to open in South Florida for the Wisconsin chain, but we have visited some other locations while traveling and it's always a great meal. A step up from fast food, it's more on par with BurgerFi or similar fast-casual franchises. Their Butter Burgers are fresh grilled and have excellent texture and flavor. Lots of toppings, but nothing weird and unnecessary like quinoa or fried eggs. More like bacon, mushrooms, sautéed onions, Wisconsin Swiss. And while I'm usually skeptical of crinkle cut fries, theirs are crispy and delicious. Their crispy chicken tenders are filled with tender, not-greasy breast meat - with superior texture and flavor to Chick-Fil-A if you ask me (and my family). And let's not forget dessert! I got to Culver's for their ice cream so this review is only based on that. It's hard to find smooth, creamy custard around town and this place has been doing right for quite a while. They usually have a special flavour of the day outside of the vanilla and chocolate choice. I don't eat burgers but they are made fresh and there's always a line which should be telling you something. They do offer a vegetarian burger and they also have cheese curds (how good is that!) Open later than most and they bring the food to your table after you order. Super clean and a friendly staff that works hard to get your food to you as soon as possible. read more

Culver's was a recent discovery of mine that has become a personal favorite. It honestly made me pretty much drop McDonald's cold turkey. For the price, service, cleanliness of the restaurant, quality of the food, warm atmosphere, you CANNOT beat Culver's. The menu has a variety of foods: seafood, chicken, beef, pork, a veggie burger, salads, some wonderful sides like cheese curds, chili, and pretzel bites, and plenty of sweet treats! With McDonald's prices as high as ever, I am willing to drive the extra distance to get to this Culver's due to all this. Staff even check in with you as you're eating as if you are at a sit-down restaurant. Little things like this make the difference for me. If you haven't tried Culver's you're missing out. A burger chain with Chick-Fil-A vibes. It has a 2-lane drive thru, good service, tons of employees (unless that's just for opening week) and good food. My first time trying Culver's and I enjoyed it. The menu has a lot of interesting options, even a pot roast sandwich, Reuben, and veggie burger. We tried the butter burger with cheese, grilled chicken sandwich, and chicken tenders. Sides were fries, cheese curds and onion rings. I liked the burger. It was a little better than the usual fast food burger, with some good topping options. The grilled chicken sandwich was also good, though a thinner piece of breast meat than other places. I liked the chicken tenders too and actually find them better than Chick-Fil-A's version, since the batter isn't sweet here. Fries and onion rings were great. The cheese curds were interesting, lol. They tasted like mozzarella sticks but with 2 types of cheese in them. We finished with a turtle sundae, which was awesome. read more
