Of course I had to try the famous Curdburger! Ugh. It was a bit disappointing though. Super squished thin curd patty. Not sure if it was end of night or what. We did a drive thru order around 8:30pm. Tasted mostly of fried breading. Also got the spicy chicken sandwich. That was really good. Spice level on point. Ended our order with a chocolate cake concrete mixer. That was pretty good. Service was fine. Ambiance is fine as I've eaten inside before and it's like other Culver's. One thing to mention because I will never forget is the roast beef sandwich. I ordered that before and it was the worst item for the price. Meat tasted good, but there was hardly any in the sandwich. I was a bit blown by the execution...more bread than protein. I was so excited to try it, but remember being so disappointed by the roast beef sandwich. There was hardly any roast beef! One other note is sometimes the buns on the burgers at this location seem....not that fresh. You can tell by the color and bounciness of the bun. I used to be the MSL for Bimbo Bakery and know fresh buns. The RSL and store manager should swap out the old buns at this location or keep a better eye on the freshness more. Today the bun on the burger was ok. The bun on the spicy chicken sandwich was great!

We come here often when the family needs a quick dinner and the food is consistently good. Kids love the burgers, and I love the fish fillets. And the kids love hanging out with friends here after a band or choir concert. But, I need to tell you about the great customer service I received today. We had purchased a To Go order from their app. Food was good, but they forgot the frozen custard. So I drove back to the store to explain, and the kind lady at the register said, "We're so sorry you had to drive back here again. Would you like a pint of Frozen Custard for the inconvenience?" What an awesome show of understanding the impact to me while making an offer to make up for it... now I'm a customer for life. Great job, Culver's!

To this day, I have never had Dairy Queen in Minnesota. In Rochester, my local DQ was less than a five-minute drive from my home. Why have I never dropped by a DQ in this state? My chosen place for frozen custard, specifically shakes made with it, was and is Culver's. You have not lived until you have visited Culver's. The burgers and fries are incredible. Pair it with a shake and you can die happy. Funny how I will choose a Wisconsin-based eatery over DQ, which is based in Bloomington, MN. After spending a few hours shopping at the Eagan Outlet Mall, I needed to grab some dinner. I did a search and found this Culver's fairly close to my hotel. I went through the drive-thru to place my order. I got what seems to be my usual: a mushroom swiss butterburger with crinkle-cut fries. I substituted the fountain drink in the combo for a raspberry shake. The man taking my order was friendly and competent. I headed to the window to pay for my order. I handed him my credit card. He commented on how cool the graphic was, which was a cassette tape. I agreed with him. I pulled up by the side of the restaurant to wait for my order. There was a vehicle ahead of me doing the same thing. In the past, you used to get a physical number given that you place on your window so that the person with your order knows which vehicle to deliver it to. During this pandemic, it's now a sticky note with your number that's stuck to your side mirror. I like it. The wait didn't seem to long for a cheerful woman to hand me my food and shake. I was so happy. I thanked and wished her a nice evening, and drove back to the hotel. I was so looking forward to dinner and it didn't disappoint. The mushroom swiss butterburger was awesome. The sauteed mushrooms with swiss cheese always make me happy. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth yummy, juicy, and flavourful. The bun was lightly toasted and perfect. I love the crinkle-cut fries here. They are consistent. Lightly salted. Crispy on the outside and creamy inside. Yes! I am drooling thinking about the food and shakes. The raspberry shake was so good. I love how creamy and full of raspberry flavour this shake had. Culver's is my favourite shake place. So much goodness. I can't wait to return and stop drooling. (466)

Busy Spot on a Friday night or drive-through.

Food was prepared very well hot and fresh. Service has much improved since my last visit that this location.

It was a nice little dive bar and it was not that busy at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. My server was really outgoing even though she said it was a busy night. She had a good sense of humor and kept things lighthearted. The food was very good, and the burger was a good size. The wings were crispy and delicious. The fries were well prepared as well. Overall I enjoyed the food and the pleasant staff. I recommend this place.

We went for dinner and I was very impressed with their wide selection. I got the dill pickle chicken sandwich and thought the chicken sandwich was really crispy and I really liked their aioli with my fries. I didn't really taste the dill of the pickle spread, however, if you want the dill you can get the dill pickle pizza which one of our friends got and really enjoyed. Husband got the Bacon Patty Melt and he enjoyed it and our other friend got one of the dishes from the tacos, bowls and naan section, which we discovered you can get any of those made as those three options, which I thought was such a cool way to make the menu fit everyone. I actually didn't have any beer but I did have a couple cocktails off the spring cocktail menu and loved both. My friends really enjoyed the Lime Bubble beer and were excited they could buy some to bring back to Wisconsin. The server was the right amount of attentive, we ate inside and I like the mix of restaurant and brewery vibe they had going on. Will definitely go back.

We didn't have a wait at 6pm on a Saturday evening. Staff was busy, but checked in often and were friendly throughout the stay! Lots of beer options, as well as a full bar! I had the Coffee Ale, which was lovely! Subtle notes of coffee in a smooth sipper. Enjoyed the Dill Pickle Chicken Sandwich for dinner, which was a great portion, savory, and delicious. Overall, a really solid meal! Our only constructive criticism was that the Onion Soup that my partner ordered came out luke warm, which was less than desirable. If we wanted to make a fuss, we could have sent it back, but decided against that!

We walked in for a pretty late dinner, slightly past 8PM and this place was still crowded. Ten minute wait for a table, the concierge said, but there were free seats at the bar either downstairs or up. We decided to walk down to the bowling alley (a fully functioning, retro alley might I add), and order at the bar. Nook Curds ($13.75) - It's a big basket of battered and fried cheese curds. There's bacon mixed in the batter, giving that smoky and salty, meaty element, and then drizzled honey for some very complementary sweetness. The batter is lightly crisp and the cheese curds inside are completely softened, to the point of being gooey and stretchy. Definitely no squeak here, but these were so delicious that I didn't particularly care. (5/5) Juicy Nookie Burger ($15.95) - Now that's a burger. Huge patty, completely filled with a large pocket of hot, melty, gooey, stretchy American cheese that gushes out while biting through the patty. It's decadent and rich, and that patty - charred so well, giving a robustly smoky charred flavor along with a strong natural beefiness, a result of the patty only being cooked until medium pink. Somehow even with so much cheese stuffed inside, it doesn't leak out at all. It's a pretty simple burger, with just that patty, three pickle rounds on the side, and a bun. The bun is buttered and barely toasted, just enough to give a hint of toastiness and hold up to the massive patty. It cradles the beef like a baby and sucks up all the patty juices and cheese. The burger comes with fresh homemade fries, fried heavily until dark brown, making them similar in both look and taste to my secret craving for Better Made Rainbow Chips, which has a heavily caramelized almost slightly burnt flavor. And yet somehow they aren't over fried in terms of texture. The outside isn't super crisp like commercial battered fries, instead the clear homemade nature leaves some softer areas interspersed with the crunch. The insides, of course, are still perfectly fluffy, and there are little crumbs spread out all along the bottom for an extra crunch. These fries are the height of deliciousness. (5/5) Yes, I've been missing this kind of fatty, unctuous, filling, greasy, rich food after moving away from the Midwest to Seattle. You simply can't get this kind of food anywhere in the PNW. What a great start to our week long trip!
