Bro i swear this is the best best food ever it is so so fresh and the milkshakes are so thick and creamy

I went to the drive-thru to order a hamburger, fries, and a drink. This was my first time at Culver's. They're a little bit more expensive then other fast food places but the quality is better. I ordered the Deluxe and it came with french fries and a drink. The french fries were just okay. They reminded me of those french fries from the frozen food isle that mom used to pop in the oven when I was little. They didn't have any salt or seasoning. Mom did use to put seasoning on mine! Meh..You get the point. They were nothing special. The hamburger came with VERY fresh condiments including cheese, lettuce, tomato, and fresh onions. The quality is better than other fast food restaurants like Burger King or McDonald's and the good thing is the food didn't have that nasty aftertaste of other fast food places. Overall, the experience was good. I got a fresh burger cut in half with no aftertaste and it was hot and fresh. I will try Culver's again! read more

Love this burger place and I wish they were in PA! I love the they have A&W Root beer and that their burgers taste so fresh. The fries are crinkle fries and I'm not sure why but they just taste better... Maybe thats because they remind me of the NJ Boardwalk fries! I wanted to take a second and recognize the kitchen crew. That was the best burger I have ever had. The toppings and burger complemented each other so well. Tried Culver's chocolate custard and chocolate malt with brownie and cookie dough. We went through the drive thru, but they had ample seating inside. The chocolate custard was good - rich and creamy, but nothing over the top special. The chocolate malt was good. However, it was a process to order and get. We assumed the chocolate malt would be made with the chocolate custard. And then you were permitted to have 2 mix-ins in the price, so we ordered the brownie and cookie dough. As we pulled up to the window, the woman informs us that chocolate drizzle counts as a topping and therefore we couldn't get the brownie pieces or had to pay 50 cents. We tried to ask for an explanation, but she was already taking the order of the next guest and sort of ignored us. When she came back, we asked if we could have the chocolate custard malt and she said yes. So we got it as we wanted it. He malt was good, but it was more like a blizzard from DQ than a malt and there were huge chunks of brownie and cookie dough at the bottom that required a spoon, but she only gave us a straw. read more

We had about 6 or more Culver restaurants open up within the past 2 years. Almost like weeds springing up in a lawn. An obvious move against McDonalds. The place is clean. Staff are very helpful and nice. Now for the food. This is great for retirees who like bland food. It's not bad but not great. This is no In and Out burgers Good- no McDonald's aftertaste. Bad - fresh but bland. This is definitely a great place where Northerners who haven't been exposed to a variety of food would like. Canadiens too. Hope this helps. read more

Slow, inefficient & poor service. Food is cold and prepared wrong despite placing order how I wanted it and the ticket saying exactly how I ordered it. Not the first time either. When you wait forever and then get cold, improperly prepared food on multiple occasions it is time to say never again! read more

The food here was more of a 3.5 but I'll round the score up to a 4 because the food came out shockingly fast (in just a couple minutes, fastest I've ever seen a chain serve food) and because I was impressed that for the free Father's Day Ice Cream Sundays they were actually pretty big and actually offered any choice of toppings. The staff were nice too and the aestetic of the place was clean enough it was pretty typical of a fast food place. The shakes were great, the sides were solid, and the burgers were on the higher end of the tier list when it comes to fast food burgers although definitely not among that very top tier of chains (it's certainly no Five Guys for example). But without a doubt Culver's is a pretty solid option as far as fast food is considered. read more

We ordered 2 concrete mixers that were delicious. Perfectly made. Then we ordered a chicken sandwich and a double butter burger with no cheese plain. The chicken sandwich was good but the burger had cheese on it. Now i don't have a dairy allergy, but if someone were to come to this location and order the same thing i did there would be a major problem. i would do a little better. read more

We always enjoy going to Culver's on Corkscrew because it is consistently good. However, today I was extremely disappointed. It's really my fault. I should have said something immediately. I ordered a Turtle Sundae and my husband ordered a burger and fries. I think they must have made the sundae first and it sat there melting. It was a puddle when it came but I assumed there was custard under it. There was one semisolid spoonful, I could literally drink my sundae. I realize that hot fudge melts the custard but this was completely melted. It really ruined my getting out experience. read more

Been here twice now and have had over and beyond service. I was just floored with how they were with their customer service. The second time I was in the drive through and as I pulled out I checked my bag to make sure everything was there. Noticed fries were missing. So I quickly parked and went in. I explained what I was missing and the lady that had given me my food at the drive through apologized profusely. She offered me a free pint of their flavor of the day and I received my fries. I discovered Culver's a few months ago and loved it!!! If you want a burger from a drive-through, come here! It's hot fresh and juicy and cooked to order! The chicken sandwich is also wonderful! The cashew chicken salad was better than any fast food salad I had ever eaten!!! Loved the fried cod and the prime rib sandwich too!!! The food takes a little longer to come out then it would if you went to McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King! It's definitely worth the wait! Oh and their chili is to die for!!! Their crinkle cut french fries are the only french fries I will order!!! I never ever get fries ever!!! Just not a fry girl anymore. I should also add that I don't eat burgers! I'm just very picky when it comes to ground beef! This is the only burger I enjoy! The single mushroom and Swiss is my favorite. I'm craving one right now!!! Was in Ft. Myers for business and saw this place across from my hotel. I have Celiac so I thought it might be a long shot, but I wanted to see if they had GF buns/fries. Turns out they have a separate fryer for the fries which prevents any cross contamination. The person who run up my order said they had a GF bun, but the burger came without one. She misunderstood and GF is just no bun. So I was disappointed about that, but it was still tasty. I would definitely go back and try the Custard Shakes. read more

I wanted two pints of the flavor of the day - banana cream pie. The sign board clearly say the first pint is $4 and change ($4.59?) and each additional pint is $2. The cashier insisted this was not so. I pointed to the billboard sign hanging over the food prep area that listed the prices and she still refused to honor the price. I then asked for a manager and another college age girl repeated that no it was not $2 for an additional pint. And I again pointed to the main ice cream sign with all the prices for everything the restaurant sells and again they refused to honor the price posted. They told me that that is no longer the case. Umm then why have your big billboard sign say that an additional pint of a flavor is $2???? Bait and switch? I bough the 2 pints anyway. Only to be GREATLY disappointed. The tiny spoon size sample I tasted had wafer cookie and banana in it. In the two pints I bought I have found exactly 2 pieces of banana and no cookie pieces. Two thumbs down. I will say the choc caramel twist pint I bought from the prepackaged case was pretty good, lots of choc pieces, although the caramel swirl that was supposed to be in there was really skimpy. But the wee bit of caramel was very tasty. I also bought a pint of Kt Kat Swirl that was just plain gross. The top 2 inches of the pint were like melted and re-frozen vanilla/choc with ice crystals running through it and not a trace of kit kat to be found. I did try the cheese curds and they were pretty boring. They need some kind of a sauce. The fries were decent. Nothing special but good. And my burger was thin and greasy. In the future I will stick with Ben and Jerry's. They at least have the advertised chunks of mix ins in the actual container. read more

I can' t figure out why this place gets any good reviews. I've tried it twice, because my son loves it. First time I ordered the cheese curds, and a butter burger. The batter looked oil soaked & the curds were flavorless, the burger didn't impress. Second trip I ordered a fish sandwich, I'm sure it's same batter as the curds, more oil soaked food & again flavorless. I literally poured a bit of oil from the box the fish came in. I like fried food but someone needs to explain to them they should probably turn the heat up on the fryer or food is going to continue to be soaking wet from grease. So happy this amazing chain has ventured from the Midwest and expanded into the Naples area. First discovered Culver's on a drive to Madison WI from Chicago. It was a great find. Since then I seek out Culver's when in Illinois and the mid west. I was thrilled to find this Culver's today in the Estero area. Had a double cheese burger and picked up some fried chicken as well. Here at basket combos with a choice of a side and beverage. This is a chain that is originally from Wisconsin. They have solid burgers, and offer shakes and custards. The burgers taste better than the larger chains of Wendy's and Burger King. They bring the food to your table which is a nice touch. read more
