This was actually a very surprisingly good experience. I have nothing bad to say! The food was pretty good, the service was absolutely divine, and most of all, the atmosphere of this location is unmatched. I've never seen a prettier fast food restaurant. Love the burgers and cheese curds. Normally a pretty quick wait on drive thru for fresh food. Employees are always friendly.

Worst burger I have ever had at a Culver's. My tongue feels burt/raw due to salt. I stayed quiet because we didn't have a lot of time. I relied on excessive ketchup and drinking after ever bite. The worst part is, as we wrapped up hubby complained about his too. He is the kind of salt. So for him to say that, says a lot. He always adds salt, never complains about anything being salty. I decided to let cashiers k ow on way out so it could be addressed asap in kitchen before more food went out this way. read more

We walked to this Culver's from the place where we stayed. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was FRESHLY made and hot. The restaurant was delightfully decked out in Holiday decorations. Highly recommended. read more

As far as fast food goes, this place is a bit pricey. Maybe not Five Guys pricey but probably a bit above the Wendy's range. The menu is huge, takes forever to read through. I usually just get the burger. Keep it simple. Burger is fresh and tasty, similar to a Wendy's signature single, but a different taste. If you order extras like tomato or some other "deluxe" item, they add it to the bill. Fries are "ok." Crinkle cut, probably from a bag. Not greasy though. I ate inside. Burger, fry, drink....a little north of $8.50. Downside....the parking lot is basically in back of the restaurant, so you might have to walk a little. I bring this up because people around West Michigan seem to always prowl around looking for the closest spot to the entrance. There are a handful of handicap and regular spots right up front, but pulling out of them could be a chore because of the ill-designed traffic pattern in this retail/residential area. read more

I had already added an additional $5 on top of their automatic 20% but I guess that wasn't enough because when I looked at my bank account it was discovered that the tip was almost $32...making the tip percentage 36%. The service here is not always great, usually most of the time there are young teens working. The food is as good as any other Culver's. To add on their outside section is very well done and welcoming. They also allow pet!! read more

It's been almost 10 years since I had a taste of Culver's. Last time I had some was driving across the country to my duty station in Washington state. We opted for the original Butter Burgers. The burgers were extremely flavorful, but quite small and thin. Definitely should've opted for the double patty option. We loved the outdoor patio, where we dined with our dog on a leash. The staff were extremely nice. I passed by numerous Culver's on the way to Grand Haven and I must say this has definitely been the busiest location I've seen. read more

After walking about 5 miles all over Grand Haven including the beautiful Lake Michigan, I needed some grease and cheese curds in my belly! My lovely boss took me to all the native Grand Rapids hot spots and she mentioned that Culver's is an absolute must try! We headed here after a long day and I was pretty impressed. Culver's is a bit pricey for a fast food place, but it's well worth the cost. I went in on this lol Double bacon cheeseburger- This two patty goodness was oozing with cheese and grease. Honestly, I've had a better burger, but for fast food it was good. The patties were thin, and under seasoned. The onion bun was nice! The bacon could have been a little on the crispier side for me. Overall a good burger. Cheese curds- OMG, wow! I'm glad that these things are far far away from Miami! If you think that mozzarella sticks are good, then you haven't had a cheese curd. Once you go curd you won't return! Lol ! These are breaded with like a sweet yet salty batter. They are dense, delicious, rich cheese balls that are exactly what's needed to fight that MI cold I didn't have any ice cream( they call it something else) it looked amazing though. The flavor and first of the pumpkin pie makes for the most delicious fall treat, if you have not had one of these you need to try one ASAP it reminds me of home. I stopped here with a group of 10 people on our way to Mears, Michigan. The staff was great at accommodating such a big order. The food took a little longer than we had hoped but the wait wasn't crazy long. I enjoyed a bunless burger and a cup of their supreme chili which I had never had. I really enjoyed it! This Culvers was always one of my favorites. Always clean and good food. BUT, my husband and I have not been out to eat since the Stay-At-Home order went into place. We decided to stop at our favorite Culvers, assured we didn't need to worry about them taking precautions about the Covid-19. As we drove up to pay, we looked inside to see the crew making our food with masks BUT around their NECKS !! What the heck !! What good was that doing ????? Very disappointed with them. This was my first experience at Culver's and overall was better than McDonald's or Burger King in my opinion. I have the double cheeseburger as well as the chicken sandwich. Both were good. The fries and onion rings were good too. The facility felt cleaner and more open than other fast food places. I just had left Paisley Pig after having a great meal only to be yelled at for parking in an public area by the owner of Culver's and he also harnessed my friends as well. Favorite inexpensive restaurant. Everything is made 'after' you order it, so you don't get anything that's been sitting in a heat pan or just microwaved... Burgers are consistently the best around, the flavor is amazing and doesn't compare to other chains. But don't stop there! The fried chicken is 5 star as well, probably because its made to order, along with their cod. I'm not a big fish eater, but try their cod dinner, add some malt vinegar, and you'll be surprised how much you love it! One could write the entire review on just Culver's dessert! Their custard isn't ice-cream... its better! Custard is kinda like soft serve, but its more solid, smoother, and doesn't melt as fast. Its almost like a cold moose, but maybe that's because I'm a crazy chocolate lover ;) To top off dessert, they have ever candy you can imagine to mix or sprinkle and they come up with some pretty amazing combinations and flavors of the day. Besides for the food, you need to check out all the statues and little things from around the world that decorate this place. It's like being on a free vacation! My family and I came to Culver's after camping for a week and we had our camper with us. There we're 12 of us and as we were parking the owner came out and started yelling, cussing at us and telling us to get out of his parking lot. This sure isn't a way to make money or run a business and we will never be back to this location again. I've never seen someone act the way this guy did over a parking lot for paying customers. I ordered Culver's Deluxe Burger. Considering it's the season for home grown tomatoes, I was surprised to find the sliced tomato yellow and hard in the middle. Surprisingly clean for a fast food joint. They occasionally get the order wrong (regular curds instead of large, same with drink) but at least you know you are getting clean food. If you are looking at fast food in GH this is one of the best places to get it. read more

Culver's stands on consistent good food. Their variety is satisfying for anybody that has a craving for fast food. Today I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich which was delicious. Their food is fast, fresh and made to order. The restaurant is usually filled with patrons that enjoy the food. On the negative side the restaurant is showing wear to the flooring. Late night drive through with no wait, can't ask for anything better. Had the classic double butter burger with cheese, fries, and an ice cream crusher (?)--basically like a Dairy Queen blizzard. The burger was good, a bit saucy for my taste but my bf loved it. The fries were excellent, almost as addicting as McDonald's fries. I like that they're crinkle cut. The dessert was good, had snickers and Reese's peanut butter cups in it...don't think snickers was the best choice cuz the ice cream was so cold it made the snickers really hard, felt like I could've broken a tooth on it! Just ordered a 2 scoop pecan fudge sundae -- paid $4.5 Husband drove out of drive thru too fast for me to see and point out how incredibly small this sundae was. The top peak wasn't even half way in the container. Tasted good and I finished it quickly. Total bites was less than ten.
