    Vanilla ice cream with strawberries

This was actually a very surprisingly good experience. I have nothing bad to say! The food was pretty good, the service was absolutely divine, and most of all, the atmosphere of this location is unmatched. I've never seen a prettier fast food restaurant. Highly recommend sitting outside! Pictured is my vanilla ice cream with strawberries on it. (Super yummy)

    Pet friendly patio

The service here is not always great, usually most of the time there are young teens working. The food is as good as any other Culver's. To add on their outside section is very well done and welcoming. They also allow pet!!

After walking about 5 miles all over Grand Haven including the beautiful Lake Michigan, I needed some grease and cheese curds in my belly! My lovely boss took me to all the native Grand Rapids hot spots and she mentioned that Culver's is an absolute must try! We headed here after a long day and I was pretty impressed. Culver's is a bit pricey for a fast food place, but it's well worth the cost. I went in on this lol Double bacon cheeseburger- This two patty goodness was oozing with cheese and grease. Honestly, I've had a better burger, but for fast food it was good. The patties were thin, and under seasoned. The onion bun was nice! The bacon could have been a little on the crispier side for me. Overall a good burger. Cheese curds- OMG, wow! I'm glad that these things are far far away from Miami! If you think that mozzarella sticks are good, then you haven't had a cheese curd. Once you go curd you won't return! Lol ! These are breaded with like a sweet yet salty batter. They are dense, delicious, rich cheese balls that are exactly what's needed to fight that MI cold I didn't have any ice cream( they call it something else) it looked amazing though. I couldn't fit anything else. Just in case you're wondering, I ran 3 miles earlier that day lol so it wasn't so bad....

Love the burgers and cheese curds. Normally a pretty quick wait on drive thru for fresh food. Employees are always friendly.

Only bought two things, burger and fries. The cheeseburger was dry and not on the bun all the way and the fries had way too much salt.

And I have to say I think this is lack of singular focus on just one type of food and offering too many different items is probably what leads to some of their stuff tasting meh to horrible. First, the shareables. The elote fries were completely bland. The fries themselves were soggy and limp (they're called fries, for crying out loud) and despite there being plenty of toppings, none of the toppings worked together. This dish was absolutely awful. Their chips and guac were fine. The guac was nice and limey. The chips were actually quite crispy and well-seasoned, which made no sense to me given the fries were the opposite. Maybe they outsource their chips. Entree-wise, we had tacos, both meat and vegetarian. Meat-wise, the pulled chicken was awful, super dry meat and yet the tacos were soaked through, I have no idea how they pulled that off, so it was pretty inedible. The beef one, which is a recent special, just tasted...wrong. Not sure how to describe it, other than it just left a bad taste in my mouth. The fried fish was actually okay. For the vegetarian options, the falafel was also very off. Something weird about their seasoning, it's just not like your typical falafel so idk what's going on there. The sweet potato and seasonal veggie ones were pretty good, though. Tortillas overall were fine but when you have to double-stack them, and the fillings still soak through, making actually eating them a form of labor, something is not working with how you are building your tacos. Service - everyone seemed friendly enough. Overall - pick a different taco place to get food from.

I loved that they had an outdoor ordering window, so you could order and then sit at a table outside and wait for your name to be called. No need to go inside and wait to be seated, which was perfect for a quick lunch. We got the pickle poppers and the Nashville Hottie, and oh my goodness. That Nashville Hottie will go down as one of our top Nashville hot sandwiches ever. It may not be a traditional Nashville hot, but the flavor is absolutely phenomenal. It's ginormous, messy, and loaded with sauces that complement each other so well. Your first bite gives you a little sweetness, and then that heat starts to kick in, followed by all the other flavors coming together. So, so good! There's also a pimento-cheese-style sauce that comes with it, and that just takes everything over the top. And the pickle poppers were an experience all on their own. They were hot, crunchy, and delicious. I was worried they might have too much cheese inside, but the ratio was actually perfect. And of course, the pickles themselves were fabulous. The service was great too. The girl working was super friendly, and even though the lunch line started getting HUGE, they moved everyone through quickly and got the food out fast. Highly recommend! If you're in Grand Haven, definitely give this place a try. Just be prepared for a crowd around lunchtime!

You don't see that at McDonald's. IDK, maybe I just happened to be there when they had a leisurely lunch crowd. The counter person was super-friendly....almost to the point of acting. I'm not used to that at fast food places. Usually the staff is pretty bored or not happy to be there. But at Chick-fil-A, that was not the case. I ordered a free chicken sandwich, no sauce, waffle fries and a medium drink. Drink was $2.49. Total bill was a little more than $5. Chicken sand had pickles.
