I think this place is pretty good. Always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. The cheese curds are amazing and the butter burgers are really good. it really upsets me that I can't go to a restaurant anymore and get the expected qualifications that I used to. this store number 268 on Kentucky Avenue disappoints me extremely. I don't care what the other good reviews say but I do also live locally and it makes me so angry when I finally give in to just go there just because they're close. and I told myself go somewhere else travel 6 to 8 miles more just to get the food quality that you want. not only do you order a fish sandwich that is cold with probably I don't know I can count the pieces of cheese on it and the lettuce and the tartar sauce and the bread is stale but the last time I went all I wanted was a small concrete mixer of butter pecan and a small concrete mixer of the flavor of the day and I get a small concrete mixer of vanilla and a small concrete mixer of chocolate. Which was not the flavor of the day. I don't know how much of a difference it will make but I've decided I'm going to start writing more reviews because I'm sick and tired of going to restaurants ..sit down restaurants ..of any kind of restaurants. Good place to stop in for a sundae, their hot fudge is good and their pecans are crisp and tasty. Culvers dairy dessert isn't ice cream by the way, it's actually custard, so it's very smooth. Clean dining room and good service, hard to complain! read more

We have always had good speed, service and accuracy with this culvers location. We don't stop often, but it is always worth it!

I was hesitant to try them after a bad experience in KC. However my kids wanted ice cream, so we got three different custom concretes and they were all so amazing! For a fast food joint, this is pretty darn good. My burger was juicy & tasty. The girl taking my order was very friendly, which was nice. My favorite thing, though, was the frozen custard. First I have to talk about the staff: the girl was very nice and cute. After placing my order, I presented the coupon on Yelp for a free scoop of custard. She said she didn't know how to use it and got a manager. He also said he didn't know how to use it but, still honored the coupon. I thought that was supper cool. Now the food: I got the bacon deluxe butter burger with onion rings and a pumpkin shake. All were great. My wife got cheese curds and a chili. The cheese curds were good but, I didn't like the chili. I feel chili should be spicy and have more of a vinegar flavor rather then sweet. This chili was very sweet. read more

It's right down the road from me and is very quick and easy. Restaurant always seems clean and well kept. In addition, the people have always been very friendly. I haven't had a bad meal here yet, but haven't had one that stood out from other Culver's restaurants that I have been to. Make sure you try the frozen custard as well as a butter burger. Culver's is one of my favorite places to go and grab a burger. I've been to many across the United States but this one was amazing! Culvers, I just want you to know that you freakin slay me. Every time I come to this restaurant, drive-through or dine in, its an enlightening experience. Not only is the food reasonably priced and delicious, but the store is typically well kept and the staff are always incredibly welcoming and personable. The menu encompasses all of my major comfort-food cravings and provides a much needed spin to the fast-food experience. The butter burger is the staple item, and is in fact cooked with butter. This gives the burger a unique flavor that truly sets Culvers apart from chains like McDonald's that basically serve ground up ligaments between two pieces of cardboard. I don't believe I've ever received a meal here that wasn't served piping hot, which I truly appreciate seeing as so many places regularly serve lukewarm food. The cheese curds are another menu item worthy of praise. They are absolutely phenomenal and a great substitution for fries (lets be honest I get both). Last but certainly not least is the buttermilk custard (I'm down with the butter fetish Culver's). I'd like to think its blended with pure gold and sprinkled with sunshine. While this likely isn't the case, its still pretty damn good for fast food ice cream (or any ice cream). What I appreciate the most about this restaurant isn't the food, but the fact that it provides mid to low income people like myself with an inviting atmosphere to sit down in and have a quality meal. Culver's is not only a fast-food restaurant, but a casual place where I've spent many great times eating with family and friends. Well, we ordered at 7:50. We were waiting for our order to come and we thought it was normal that it wasn't going to come because of how busy it was. Then about 35 minutes passed and we saw people who ordered after us recieving their orders. We asked an employee if he could check what was up with our order. About 5 minutes passed and he was just walking around us doing other small things and he didn't tell us anything about out order. It was 8:30 and we were already very irritated until I went up to ask myself which the line was very long. They told me they still hadn't seen our order because they hadn't transfered it to the back. It didn't take long for them to react and we got our food pretty fast after they saw what they did wrong. But I will not be going back for sure. read more
