So called breaded chicken breast added cheese & bacon $5
    Roxanne B.

Lousy service, every time we asked for anything the waitress acted as though she was so busy she wasn't sure if she would have time to get to it. Definitely stick to the breakfast items, the ribeye was on special although my hopes were not high they were definitely lowered once I cut into it, very tough, asked for medium it was overcooked. A loaded baked potato cost an extra $5 , huge disappointment when your meal comes with 2 sides to pay extra for cheese and bacon on top . Also ordered the what I thought was a breaded chicken breast added cheese and bacon, again another $5, when it came it was grilled. I asked about it then waitress said hey don't have breaded, I grabbed a menu, pointed it out, she then took my chicken and put in the fryer and handed it back to me. Needless to say it was dry and well now over cooked and dry , did I say dry. I never got my drink refilled at all and my dad only got 1 coffee refill after asking multiple times. Overall a big disappointment. Happy Father's Day

This isn't a mimosa brunch kind of place. You eat here. Expect a large menu, a server that will answer your questions but may not want to engage is lengthy pleasantries (although not rude), large portions and reasonable prices. Decor is "functional". I got one of the specials-yes, don't forget to look at the card of specials in addition to the big menu-their version of a skillet from a chain breakfast place. I was disappointed the sausage was cut links and not ground but atleast they were cut into little pieces and delicious. The potatoes were thinly sliced with some crispy edges, which I really liked. Raisin toast as a bread option satisfied my need for something sweet. You can get french toast for $1. Looking at my friend's portion, it's the most worthwhile upcharged side I've seen. But the best thing was that my coffee cup never sat empty for long.

Been to Paragon on and off over the years. Stopped in with a group. I noticed they now separate the area for large groups with a curtain. From what I heard and have noticed, ownership of the restaurant changed in the last few years. While the food is still good, the changes are noticable. The lady at the register is not very personable and can come across as rude. I got the vegetable scramble without eggs or cheese and it was good. However, the highlight was the biscuits. They are soft and fluffy. Overall, the portions are still large and quite a few people in our group had to get to go boxes. Another thing that has changed since the change in ownership is that they no longer do the free desert on Fridays.

This is the perfect breakfast/brunch/lunch spot! They have so many options. I normally go for breakfast/brunch. I enjoy the atmosphere because it's family owned and operated. The food is always fresh and made to order. The service is good. The prices are reasonable. The parking is free. If you're ever on the west side, Paragon is a must try!

My boyfriend and I came on Mother's day (unintentionally) and we waited about 10-15 minutes to sit at the bar. Getting our orders taken & our food served definitely took a bit of time, but we enjoyed seeing all the cooks in action and getting to smell all the amazing smells!! I got Grandpa's one pan skillet and my boyfriend got the sausage breakfast sandwich on croissant bread. All I gotta say is those chefs definitely knew what they were doing! The flavors were unique and intentional and I enjoyed every bite. The home fries (potatoes) were also so yummy and everything was cooked really well. There's nothing basic about borage and I love that! This place is a gem. They also have a cafe/market area where you can order drinks and pastries. I wish we waited until we got seated to order drinks because the menu was much more extensive than what I saw in the cafe and I would have ordered a different drink had I seen all the other options. The staff here are also very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our little brunch and will be back with family next time!

They have a few parking spots out front. They seem few and far between and there is a lot about a hundreds yards away that have quite a few more spots. I think a 4.5 star rating is more accurate for this restaurant. I decided to go with the 4 because it came close, but did not meet a 5. The menu is on the wall and they have some laminated paper menus if that is your flavor. They have pork chops, chicken, ribs and a wide assortment of sides such as mac and cheese, dressing and fried corn. They also have desserts that include cobblers and sweet potato pie. You place your order through a small tinted glass window, but it is difficult to hear because the music is banging. I liked the music personally, but it was a bit too loud. You pick your order up from a small window to the left of the one that you placed your order. I order a fried pork chop diner with stuffing and sweet potatoes. Like i said, they do not have dine-in, so I had to take it to-go. It was smelling so good that I could not make it and pulled over at a park and chowed down. The pork chops were delicious, as well as the sweet potatoes. The stuffing was ok, definitely not my fav. Since I was there and had no dinner plans, I ordered another meal for later. I got the fried chicken diner with the greens and cabbage mix and the potato salad. The entire dinner was delicious. Some of the best I have ever had. The chicken was perfectly seasoned fresh. The greens and cabbage mix.....wow......I should have gotten a tub of it. I am still thinking about it. The potato salad is mustard based and was packed with flavor. I did have to wait a very long time for my food, but I know that you can't rush perfection. I would highly recommend placing your order online (you won't have the loud music drowning you out) or call it in. Soul food is hard to come by, and good soul food is even harder. According to the movie starring Vanessa Williams, soul food cures all and brings a family together. I thought that was a myth until I ate the food here. This food could stop wars. I cannot wait to go back.

I had a bowl with sweet potato noodles, some veggies and the Korean crispy chicken. The flavors were good, but the thing that struck me was that some of the items were essentially cold and others were lukewarm, but none of it was really hot. I think it's an inherent property of what they do. They never "grill" or warn all these items together. It would be much better IMO if all the items were stir fried or thrown on a grill quickly together to warm up the dish and meld the flavors. That said the Korean crispy chicken was flavorful and the noodles were a highlight, and seemed to be like Thai glass noodles I've had before. My dining partner got a bowl with the same noodles, some veggies and the salmon. She really like the salmon, and said her bowl was good. The restaurant was clean, the workers were very welcoming and helpful on informing how to pick bowl items, etc. Parking was very easy. Of course they accept all the standard forms of payment, including tap to pay, etc. Overall, if you like interesting yet potentially disparate flavors together in the same bowl, you will likely enjoy BIBIBOP. We had already eaten a few bites when I remembered to take the pics (Apologies).
