I have been a huge fan of Culver's for some time now. When I heard they were coming near me I was very happy. Not only is the food great but their custard is like no other! The cheese curds are really good too! The burgers are fresh and extremely tasty. If you're looking for better quality fast food this would be your choice. They also have homemade type dinners and the pot roast my cousin swears by. The only suggestion would be to train the employees a little better on what you have there and what it's called because the one woman behind the counter did not know what a cake cone is, and said they didn't have those.. Took a drive from the beach just for Culver's (and to get out of the house). Everything was delicious. We did the drive thru and it was super quick and felt safe - food delivered to us around the corner with employees wearing masks. My wife and I visited the Middleburg area location and had the battered cod platters and the cheese curds. The cod was perfectly fried and delicious. The cheese curds were a small portion but still tasted great! We live at the beach and wish there was one closer to us. This was my first visit to Culver's. Decided to order inside and eat on the patio. The inside was very clean and customers spaced out appropriately due to Covid-19. All the employees were also wearing mask. The cashier was very friendly and helped me navigate around the menu. I ended up ordering the Cod Fish sandwich with coleslaw & 2 kids meals with fries with drinks. That came up to around $22. Our food was piping hot when it was brought to our table. Every tasted good & fresh. I can't wait to order a burger & fries on my next visit. Pam was a great server. One of their servers had urinated in his pants and smelled SO bad! You could see that his pants were soaked. It made us sick! I reported it to the manager that he should not be serving food in urine soaked clothes. She said thanks for bringing it to her attention, but continued to let him serve food!! SO Gross!!!! My family and I LOVE Culver's. They have cheese sauce I mean COME ON!! Lol, we love how it's made fresh to order, there's almost always a line but they move it fairly quick to be honest. I think some people love it so much that it gets so hyped up that some people say they don't get it?? Which I understand so I'd hate to over hype it but I honestly can't help it. We went the first time on a Saturday afternoon and yes they were crowded, but the attitude of the employees was as if we were the only people there. The French Fries are great, the double cheese burger with bacon is almost too much to eat and their Strawberry Malt was perfect. My boyfriend really wanted to try Culver's since he saw they built one in Middleburg so we decided to stop by and give it a try. The food looked amazing and the service was fantastic. My boyfriend enjoyed his deluxe burger and cheese fries and liked the cheese curds as well. I on the other hand was pretty underwhelmed with the lack of flavor of everything and grossed out by how extremely greasy my single burger was, also the burger was a bit too pink for my liking. Recently moved to the area and have never been to a Culver's nor heard about it and I wish it stayed that way. It was so greasy that the wrap around the burger was ripping. Way too expensive for what it was. The customer service was great but we will never be going here again. Not to mention they didn't give me the extra fry I bought or the straw to my daughters apple juice and you can only imagine the tide home with a very disappointed toddler that she didn't get her apple juice. Being from Wisconsin, I was sooo happy to see they opened one here. Yes, it's really busy. Also, they do offer gluten free buns!! I've come in once and wasn't impressed with their customer service or lack of any enthusiasm from their employees. I decided to come today to use a coupon and because I've been craving ice cream. The girl taking orders in the drive thru was rude and didn't seem to want to answer my questions about certain flavor concretes because it's not listed on their menu board. She was doing drive thru orders during my last visit too and had the same attitude. They have you park and bring your order fresh to you, the girl today who brought me my concretes displayed zero customer service skills, didn't smile, didn't greet me, didn't say anything to me. Just handed me my order, took the number card when I handed it to her and walked away. If this is the customer service standard Culver's accepts then they won't get consistent business.
