Thurs night 7/25/19 around 9 pm we went through the empty drive thru for a single concrete mixer. Young lady with glasses and long brown hair (not pulled back nor covered) repeatedly refilling her soda cup, leaning against counter talking to drive thru male window cashier, all while scrolling thru her cell phone and combing fingers thru her hair and flinging her hair around. I suppose this might have had something to do with the more than 7 min wait at the window with no one else in front of us or behind us in the drive-thru. No one behind the counter seemed concerned about anything. "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean," put on your hat, and while you are at it, put down the phone. Manager was apparently not present. Noted that the Fast food restaurant next door was as crowded as if it were lunchtime. Culver's was a ghost town -- with good reason. read more

I had heard so many good things about the Culver's butter burgers that we had to stop last night on our way home from Tampa (watching the Raiders beat Tampa! woo hoo) at any rate, we stopped off of 75S in Naples to get some Butter burgers: I had the double butter burger with lettuce, tomato and pickles: with fries. It was better than any other chain that i have had in the past: McDonalds, BK, Wendy's etc. I don't eat fast food that often (maybe 1 time a month to treat myself with a cheat meal) so this was a nice welcomed treat for me. The meat was tasty, the bun was sweet : the toppings fresh and it tasted very clean , not very greasy at all. If they had these in the Fort Lauderdale area I might frequent them a little more, but a las they are not. SO I guess for me that's definitely a good thing. If you haven't had one , I recommend giving them a try: you won't regret it. read more

I might be the only person in Naples that lived in Sauk City, WI, where the original Culver's was located. I ate there often. (See my review on them). I was thrilled when it came to Naples. But, guys, there is something about the way you do your cheese curds that is different (and not as good) as the way they do them in Wisconsin. Maybe you could call them? All of the other food is still pretty good, except the cod is a bit tasteless (again I don't remember it being that way at the original location). Maybe you could add spices, like salt? I mean, doesn't fish need to be cooked with salt? That is a basic. Best cole slaw ever and I don't order it in any other restaurant but here. Nice artery-clogging deliciousness burger joint with a nice selection of custard-style icecreams and milkshaes. Chicken sandwich was okay, the cheese curds were tasty and the butter burger was great. I love the selections of fruit smoothies, like their mango strawberry something-or-other was really refreshing on a hot day. Where to begin...hmm. Well i am a born and raised southern and never have heard of Culvers but wanted to give them a try. On my first visit i had to try their burgers that everyone raved about. Unfortunately, the burger did not please me at all. It was a limp, overcooked patty that fell somewhere between "School cafeteria" and "Prison lunch line". I was unimpressed by the emphasis on shakes/ice creams when they're supposed to be a burger place. Believe it or not, even after all the bad i had to say, something brought me back. So on my second visit, i instinctively avoided the so-called burgers and instead for the fish sandwich.... as my daughter would say, OMG!!!! it had to be one of the freshest tasting fish fillets i've had. Wowzers. That is the only reason Culver's deserves the two stars i gave them. TIP: ask for a slice or two of lemon to squeeze on to the fish to make it a little tastier. read more

I have been many times since they've opened, although I only eat the custard since they don't have much on the menu safe for my gluten intolerance (but most fast food doesn't anyway). The custard is great and has so many options, definitely recommend trying it. My boyfriend always gets the cheddar butter burger and cheese curds (don't forget to ask for marinara), and he absolutely loves them. Overall, a good fast food joint addition to Naples. read more

Extremely disappointed in todays lunch that we all order from Culver's on Pine Ridge Rd. The Atlantic Cod sandwich had no flavor what so ever and was soggy. I added salt and pepper and that did not help. Delicious and great customer service. Everyone was super nice in there. Very clean environment, which is a big bonus. We each got a meal, a shake, and split a side of cheese curds. Have you ever heard the saying "would you jump off a cliff if everyone was doing it"? Well, I jumped off the cliff. I went to the new place... Wow! Gross! Just plain butter soaked! They should just put a blender on every table. Then, they should serve a syringe with the burger and just get it over with! I'm all about a sloppy burger. But wow... Just too much. I never heard of them before, The kids and I stopped on a Friday evening after sports practice, Menu is so big so it took a minute or two for them to decide what they wanted. It was great! Shakes, are great, Burgers and Cheese Curds lol. Only dislike we ordered a combo and the photo shows Lettuce, Tomato, ect ect...and they said you can customize it. We have these where we moved from which is Wisconsin. Been here 3 years and was looking forward to the Culvers opening here. Burgers and fries are the same as up north but we were looking for the Custard. Love the variety of flavor of the day but its weird here they give you a number for take out ice-cream. Terrible food and service. I never tasted a burger so greasy in my life. The grease alone from one burger could probably supply a McDonalds. The sweet potato fries were burnt, ice cold, and tasteless. The garden salad should be called the croutons and cheese salad instead. The salad had probably five lettuce leaves which were wilted and a pound of cheddar cheese and croutons. The service was so slow and very very unorganized. This place was too hyped up. We just ate at Culver's after never tying them before. I had a butter double cheese burger with fries my fiancé had a pepper corn burger double with cheese curd. In my opinion both burgers where far too greasy both buns where saturated with grease by the time we got half way done. The fries and cheese curd where good but nothing to write home about. Amazing that the reviewers here do not understand a fast food restaurant. Go to Steak and Shake and because their burgerds are also MADE TO ORDER, you have to wait unlike McD. Cheese CURDS are suppose to be dry and rubbery. They ARE cheese CURDS which is not the same as chunks of cheese. Wow, for the guy that tells everyone to go around to Elevation Burger - sorry they're closed while Culvers has a continual line. I really love this place!! My food is always hot and fresh. I even like their chicken sandwich more than Chickfila...my son loves his Butterburger with cheese add bacon. Most times we are here it is busy and many of the tables don't seem to be cleaned often enough. read more

The sandwiches were pretty good, but not spectacular. I had the mushroom and Swiss single and the Reuben. They were tasty but greasy. The staff was friendly and polite. My beef with this restaurant, as with Taco Bell, is that the only soft drinks that they supply are Pepsi products. I don't like Pepsi. I would much rather have a Diet Coke, but Culver's doesn't give me a choice. It's wrong for a restaurant to offer only Pepsi products or only Coke products. The customer is better served with a choice. For that reason, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

A fast food restaurant that carry good yummy burger and the best milk shake. Only wish they have one in Broward or Dade area.

I find the service concept of this restaurant interesting in that it's fast food but not, since after you order they bring it to your table for you. The burgers are pretty good IMO although I just get everything on them since it's too complicated otherwise. Chicken tenders for kids are also delicious. The custard is out of this world!! read more
