The employee, Caleb, called to check in with the service TWICE trying to ensure my order was picked up and even offered to deliver the food itself due to a few issues on Uber Eats' end. I was so impressed with him trying to make sure I got my meal; he was so attentive and kind. He's a great person to have and accepted my gratitude and my apology for the delay. A man walked by our car and said I hope you have a lot of time I've been waiting 20 minutes. So my son went into the restaurant because he knew I couldn't sit very long.
